1 How blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the Law of Yahweh!	1 אשרי תמימי דרך ההלכים בתורת יהוה
2 Blessed are those who observe his instructions, who seek him with all their hearts,	2 אשרי נצרי עדתיו בכל לב ידרשוהו
3 and, doing no evil, who walk in his ways.	3 אף לא פעלו עולה בדרכיו הלכו
4 You lay down your precepts to be careful y kept.	4 אתה צויתה פקדיך לשמר מאד
5 May my ways be steady in doing your wil .	5 אחלי יכנו דרכי לשמר חקיך
6 Then I shal not be shamed, if my gaze is fixed on your commandments.	6 אז לא אבוש בהביטי אל כל מצותיך
7 I thank you with a sincere heart for teaching me your upright judgements.	7 אודך בישר לבב בלמדי משפטי צדקך
8 I shal do your will; do not ever abandon me whol y.	8 את חקיך אשמר אל תעזבני עד מאד
9 How can a young man keep his way spotless? By keeping your words.	9 במה יזכה נער את ארחו לשמר כדברך
10 With al my heart I seek you, do not let me stray from your commandments.	10 בכל לבי דרשתיך אל תשגני ממצותיך
11 In my heart I treasure your promises, to avoid sinning against you.	11 בלבי צפנתי אמרתך למען לא אחטא לך
12 Blessed are you, Yahweh, teach me your wil !	12 ברוך אתה יהוה למדני חקיך
13 With my lips I have repeated al the judgements you have given.	13 בשפתי ספרתי כל משפטי פיך
14 In the way of your instructions lies my joy, a joy beyond al wealth.	14 בדרך עדותיך ששתי כעל כל הון
15 I will ponder your precepts and fix my gaze on your paths.	15 בפקדיך אשיחה ואביטה ארחתיך
16 I find my delight in your wil , I do not forget your words.	16 בחקתיך אשתעשע לא אשכח דברך
17 Be generous to your servant and I shal live, and shal keep your words.	17 גמל על עבדך אחיה ואשמרה דברך
18 Open my eyes and I shal fix my gaze on the wonders of your Law.	18 גל עיני ואביטה נפלאות מתורתך
19 Wayfarer though I am on the earth, do not hide your commandments from me.	19 גר אנכי בארץ אל תסתר ממני מצותיך
20 My heart is pining away with longing at all times for your judgements.	20 גרסה נפשי לתאבה אל משפטיך בכל עת
21 You have rebuked the arrogant, the accursed, who stray from your commandments.	21 גערת זדים ארורים השגים ממצותיך
22 Set me free from taunts and contempt since I observe your instructions.	22 גל מעלי חרפה ובוז כי עדתיך נצרתי
23 Though princes sit plotting against me, your servant keeps pondering your wil .	23 גם ישבו שרים בי נדברו עבדך ישיח בחקיך
24 Your instructions are my delight, your wishes my counsellors.	24 גם עדתיך שעשעי אנשי עצתי
25 Down in the dust I lie prostrate; true to your word, revive me.	25 דבקה לעפר נפשי חיני כדברך
26 I tell you my ways and you answer me; teach me your wishes.	26 דרכי ספרתי ותענני למדני חקיך
27 Show me the way of your precepts, that I may reflect on your wonders.	27 דרך פקודיך הבינני ואשיחה בנפלאותיך
28 I am melting away for grief; true to your word, raise me up.	28 דלפה נפשי מתוגה קימני כדברך
29 Keep me far from the way of deceit, grant me the grace of your Law.	29 דרך שקר הסר ממני ותורתך חנני
30 I have chosen the way of constancy, I have moulded myself to your judgements.	30 דרך אמונה בחרתי משפטיך שויתי
31 I cling to your instructions, Yahweh, do not disappoint me.	31 דבקתי בעדותיך יהוה אל תבישני
32 I run the way of your commandments, for you have given me freedom of heart.	32 דרך מצותיך ארוץ כי תרחיב לבי
33 Teach me, Yahweh, the way of your will, and I wil observe it.	33 הורני יהוה דרך חקיך ואצרנה עקב
34 Give me understanding and I will observe your Law, and keep it wholeheartedly.	34 הבינני ואצרה תורתך ואשמרנה בכל לב
35 Guide me in the way of your commandments, for my delight is there.	35 הדריכני בנתיב מצותיך כי בו חפצתי
36 Bend my heart to your instructions, not to selfish gain.	36 הט לבי אל עדותיך ואל אל בצע
37 Avert my eyes from pointless images, by your word give me life.	37 העבר עיני מראות שוא בדרכך חיני
38 Keep your promise to your servant so that al may hold you in awe.	38 הקם לעבדך אמרתך אשר ליראתך
39 Avert the taunts that I dread, for your judgements are generous.	39 העבר חרפתי אשר יגרתי כי משפטיך טובים
40 See how I yearn for your precepts; in your saving justice give me life.	40 הנה תאבתי לפקדיך בצדקתך חיני
41 Let your faithful love come to me, Yahweh, true to your promise, save me!	41 ויבאני חסדך יהוה תשועתך כאמרתך
42 Give me an answer to the taunts against me, since I rely on your word.	42 ואענה חרפי דבר כי בטחתי בדברך
43 Do not deprive me of that faithful word, since my hope lies in your judgements.	43 ואל תצל מפי דבר אמת עד מאד כי למשפטך יחלתי
44 I shal keep your Law without fail for ever and ever.	44 ואשמרה תורתך תמיד לעולם ועד
45 I shal live in all freedom because I have sought your precepts.	45 ואתהלכה ברחבה כי פקדיך דרשתי
46 I shal speak of your instructions before kings and wil not be shamed.	46 ואדברה בעדתיך נגד מלכים ולא אבוש
47 Your commandments fill me with delight, I love them dearly.	47 ואשתעשע במצותיך אשר אהבתי
48 I stretch out my hands to your commandments that I love, and I ponder your judgements.	48 ואשא כפי אל מצותיך אשר אהבתי ואשיחה בחקיך
49 Keep in mind your promise to your servant on which I have built my hope.	49 זכר דבר לעבדך על אשר יחלתני
50 It is my comfort in distress, that your promise gives me life.	50 זאת נחמתי בעניי כי אמרתך חיתני
51 Endlessly the arrogant have jeered at me, but I have not swerved from your Law.	51 זדים הליצני עד מאד מתורתך לא נטיתי
52 I have kept your age -- old judgements in mind, Yahweh, and I am comforted.	52 זכרתי משפטיך מעולם יהוה ואתנחם
53 Fury grips me when I see the wicked who abandon your Law.	53 זלעפה אחזתני מרשעים עזבי תורתך
54 Your judgements are my song where I live in exile.	54 זמרות היו לי חקיך בבית מגורי
55 Al night, Yahweh, I hold your name in mind, I keep your Law.	55 זכרתי בלילה שמך יהוה ואשמרה תורתך
56 This is what it means to me, observing your precepts.	56 זאת היתה לי כי פקדיך נצרתי
57 My task, I have said, Yahweh, is to keep your word.	57 חלקי יהוה אמרתי לשמר דבריך
58 Wholeheartedly I entreat your favour; true to your promise, take pity on me!	58 חליתי פניך בכל לב חנני כאמרתך
59 I have reflected on my ways, and I turn my steps to your instructions.	59 חשבתי דרכי ואשיבה רגלי אל עדתיך
60 I hurry without delay to keep your commandments.	60 חשתי ולא התמהמהתי לשמר מצותיך
61 Though caught in the snares of the wicked, I do not forget your Law.	61 חבלי רשעים עודני תורתך לא שכחתי
62 At midnight I rise to praise you for your upright judgements.	62 חצות לילה אקום להודות לך על משפטי צדקך
63 I am a friend to all who fear you and keep your precepts.	63 חבר אני לכל אשר יראוך ולשמרי פקודיך
64 Your faithful love fil s the earth, Yahweh, teach me your judgements.	64 חסדך יהוה מלאה הארץ חקיך למדני
65 You have been generous to your servant, Yahweh, true to your promise.	65 טוב עשית עם עבדך יהוה כדברך
66 Teach me judgement and knowledge, for I rely on your commandments.	66 טוב טעם ודעת למדני כי במצותיך האמנתי
67 Before I was punished I used to go astray, but now I keep to your promise.	67 טרם אענה אני שגג ועתה אמרתך שמרתי
68 You are generous and act generously, teach me your wil .	68 טוב אתה ומטיב למדני חקיך
69 The arrogant blacken me with lies though I wholeheartedly observe your precepts.	69 טפלו עלי שקר זדים אני בכל לב אצר פקודיך
70 Their hearts are gross like rich fat, but my delight is in your Law.	70 טפש כחלב לבם אני תורתך שעשעתי
71 It was good for me that I had to suffer, the better to learn your judgements.	71 טוב לי כי עניתי למען אלמד חקיך
72 The Law you have uttered is more precious to me than al the wealth in the world.	72 טוב לי תורת פיך מאלפי זהב וכסף
73 Your hands have made me and held me firm, give me understanding and I shal learn yourcommandments.	73 ידיך עשוני ויכוננוני הבינני ואלמדה מצותיך
74 Those who fear you rejoice at the sight of me since I put my hope in your word.	74 יראיך יראוני וישמחו כי לדברך יחלתי
75 I know, Yahweh, that your judgements are upright, and in punishing me you show your constancy.	75 ידעתי יהוה כי צדק משפטיך ואמונה עניתני
76 Your faithful love must be my consolation, as you have promised your servant.	76 יהי נא חסדך לנחמני כאמרתך לעבדך
77 Treat me with tenderness and I shall live, for your Law is my delight.	77 יבאוני רחמיך ואחיה כי תורתך שעשעי
78 Let the arrogant who tell lies against me be shamed, while I ponder your precepts.	78 יבשו זדים כי שקר עותוני אני אשיח בפקודיך
79 Let those who fear you rally to me, those who understand your instructions.	79 ישובו לי יראיך וידעו עדתיך
80 My heart shall be faultless towards your wil ; then I shall not be ashamed.	80 יהי לבי תמים בחקיך למען לא אבוש
81 I shal wear myself out for your salvation, for your word is my hope.	81 כלתה לתשועתך נפשי לדברך יחלתי
82 My eyes, too, are worn out waiting for your promise, when wil you have pity on me?	82 כלו עיני לאמרתך לאמר מתי תנחמני
83 For I am like a smoked wineskin, but I do not forget your wil .	83 כי הייתי כנאד בקיטור חקיך לא שכחתי
84 How long has your servant to live? When wil you bring my persecutors to judgement?	84 כמה ימי עבדך מתי תעשה ברדפי משפט
85 The arrogant have dug pitfalls for me in defiance of your Law.	85 כרו לי זדים שיחות אשר לא כתורתך
86 Al your commandments show constancy. Help me when they pursue me dishonestly.	86 כל מצותיך אמונה שקר רדפוני עזרני
87 They have almost annihilated me on earth, but I have not deserted your precepts.	87 כמעט כלוני בארץ ואני לא עזבתי פקודיך
88 True to your faithful love, give me life, and I shal keep the instructions you have laid down.	88 כחסדך חיני ואשמרה עדות פיך
89 For ever, Yahweh, your word is planted firm in heaven.	89 לעולם יהוה דברך נצב בשמים
90 Your constancy endures from age to age; you established the earth and it stands firm.	90 לדר ודר אמונתך כוננת ארץ ותעמד
91 Through your judgements al stands firm to this day, for al creation is your servant.	91 למשפטיך עמדו היום כי הכל עבדיך
92 Had your Law not been my delight, I would have perished in my misery.	92 לולי תורתך שעשעי אז אבדתי בעניי
93 I shal never forget your precepts, for by them you have given me life.	93 לעולם לא אשכח פקודיך כי בם חייתני
94 I am yours, save me, for I seek your precepts.	94 לך אני הושיעני כי פקודיך דרשתי
95 The wicked may hope to destroy me, but al my thought is of your instructions.	95 לי קוו רשעים לאבדני עדתיך אתבונן
96 I have seen that al perfection is finite, but your commandment has no limit.	96 לכל תכלה ראיתי קץ רחבה מצותך מאד
97 How I love your Law! I ponder it al day long.	97 מה אהבתי תורתך כל היום היא שיחתי
98 You make me wiser than my enemies by your commandment which is mine for ever.	98 מאיבי תחכמני מצותך כי לעולם היא לי
99 I am wiser than al my teachers because I ponder your instructions.	99 מכל מלמדי השכלתי כי עדותיך שיחה לי
100 I have more understanding than the aged because I keep your precepts.	100 מזקנים אתבונן כי פקודיך נצרתי
101 I restrain my foot from evil paths to keep your word.	101 מכל ארח רע כלאתי רגלי למען אשמר דברך
102 I do not turn aside from your judgements, because you yourself have instructed me.	102 ממשפטיך לא סרתי כי אתה הורתני
103 How pleasant your promise to my palate, sweeter than honey in my mouth!	103 מה נמלצו לחכי אמרתך מדבש לפי
104 From your precepts I learn wisdom, so I hate all deceptive ways.	104 מפקודיך אתבונן על כן שנאתי כל ארח שקר
105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.	105 נר לרגלי דברך ואור לנתיבתי
106 I have sworn -- and shal maintain it -- to keep your upright judgements.	106 נשבעתי ואקימה לשמר משפטי צדקך
107 I am utterly wretched, Yahweh; true to your promise, give me life.	107 נעניתי עד מאד יהוה חיני כדברך
108 Accept, Yahweh, the tribute from my mouth, and teach me your judgements.	108 נדבות פי רצה נא יהוה ומשפטיך למדני
109 My life is in your hands perpetual y, I do not forget your Law.	109 נפשי בכפי תמיד ותורתך לא שכחתי
110 The wicked have laid out a snare for me, but I have not strayed from your precepts.	110 נתנו רשעים פח לי ומפקודיך לא תעיתי
111 Your instructions are my eternal heritage, they are the joy of my heart.	111 נחלתי עדותיך לעולם כי ששון לבי המה
112 I devote myself to obeying your statutes, their recompense is eternal.	112 נטיתי לבי לעשות חקיך לעולם עקב
113 I hate a divided heart, I love your Law.	113 סעפים שנאתי ותורתך אהבתי
114 You are my refuge and shield, I put my hope in your word.	114 סתרי ומגני אתה לדברך יחלתי
115 Leave me alone, you wicked, I shal observe the commandments of my God.	115 סורו ממני מרעים ואצרה מצות אלהי
116 True to your word, support me and I shal live; do not disappoint me of my hope.	116 סמכני כאמרתך ואחיה ואל תבישני משברי
117 Uphold me and I shall be saved, my gaze fixed on your wil .	117 סעדני ואושעה ואשעה בחקיך תמיד
118 You shake off al who stray from your wil ; deceit fills their horizon.	118 סלית כל שוגים מחקיך כי שקר תרמיתם
119 In your sight al the wicked of the earth are like rust, so I love your instructions.	119 סגים השבת כל רשעי ארץ לכן אהבתי עדתיך
120 My whole body trembles before you, your judgements fill me with fear.	120 סמר מפחדך בשרי וממשפטיך יראתי
121 Al my conduct has been just and upright, do not hand me over to my oppressors.	121 עשיתי משפט וצדק בל תניחני לעשקי
122 Guarantee the wel -being of your servant, do not let the proud oppress me.	122 ערב עבדך לטוב אל יעשקני זדים
123 My eyes are languishing for your salvation and for the saving justice you have promised.	123 עיני כלו לישועתך ולאמרת צדקך
124 Show your faithful love to your servant, teach me your judgements.	124 עשה עם עבדך כחסדך וחקיך למדני
125 Your servant am I; give me understanding and I shal know your instructions.	125 עבדך אני הבינני ואדעה עדתיך
126 It is time to take action, Yahweh, your Law is being broken.	126 עת לעשות ליהוה הפרו תורתך
127 So I love your commandments more than gold, purest gold.	127 על כן אהבתי מצותיך מזהב ומפז
128 So I rule my life by your precepts, I hate al deceptive paths.	128 על כן כל פקודי כל ישרתי כל ארח שקר שנאתי
129 Wonderful are your instructions, so I observe them.	129 פלאות עדותיך על כן נצרתם נפשי
130 As your word unfolds it gives light, and even the simple understand.	130 פתח דבריך יאיר מבין פתיים
131 I open wide my mouth, panting eagerly for your commandments.	131 פי פערתי ואשאפה כי למצותיך יאבתי
132 Turn to me, pity me; those who love your name deserve it.	132 פנה אלי וחנני כמשפט לאהבי שמך
133 Keep my steps firm in your promise; that no evil may triumph over me.	133 פעמי הכן באמרתך ואל תשלט בי כל און
134 Rescue me from human oppression, and I wil observe your precepts.	134 פדני מעשק אדם ואשמרה פקודיך
135 Let your face shine on your servant, teach me your wil .	135 פניך האר בעבדך ולמדני את חקיך
136 My eyes stream with tears because your Law is disregarded.	136 פלגי מים ירדו עיני על לא שמרו תורתך
137 You are upright, Yahweh, and your judgements are honest.	137 צדיק אתה יהוה וישר משפטיך
138 You impose uprightness as a witness to yourself, it is constancy itself.	138 צוית צדק עדתיך ואמונה מאד
139 My zeal is burning me up because my oppressors forget your word.	139 צמתתני קנאתי כי שכחו דבריך צרי
140 Your promise is wel tested, your servant holds it dear.	140 צרופה אמרתך מאד ועבדך אהבה
141 Puny and despised as I am, I do not forget your precepts.	141 צעיר אנכי ונבזה פקדיך לא שכחתי
142 Your saving justice is for ever just, and your Law is trustworthy.	142 צדקתך צדק לעולם ותורתך אמת
143 Though anguish and distress grip me your commandments are my delight.	143 צר ומצוק מצאוני מצותיך שעשעי
144 Your instructions are upright for ever, give me understanding and I shal live.	144 צדק עדותיך לעולם הבינני ואחיה
145 I cal with al my heart; answer me, Yahweh, and I wil observe your judgements.	145 קראתי בכל לב ענני יהוה חקיך אצרה
146 I cal to you; save me, and I wil keep your instructions.	146 קראתיך הושיעני ואשמרה עדתיך
147 I am awake before dawn to cry for help, I put my hope in your word.	147 קדמתי בנשף ואשועה לדבריך יחלתי
148 My eyes are awake before each watch of the night, to ponder your promise.	148 קדמו עיני אשמרות לשיח באמרתך
149 In your faithful love, Yahweh, listen to my voice, let your judgements give me life.	149 קולי שמעה כחסדך יהוה כמשפטך חיני
150 My pursuers are coming closer to their wicked designs, and further from your Law.	150 קרבו רדפי זמה מתורתך רחקו
151 You are close to me, Yahweh, and all your commandments are true.	151 קרוב אתה יהוה וכל מצותיך אמת
152 Long have I known that your instructions were laid down to last for ever.	152 קדם ידעתי מעדתיך כי לעולם יסדתם
153 Look at my suffering and rescue me, for I do not forget your Law.	153 ראה עניי וחלצני כי תורתך לא שכחתי
154 Plead my cause and defend me; as you promised, give me life.	154 ריבה ריבי וגאלני לאמרתך חיני
155 Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek your will.	155 רחוק מרשעים ישועה כי חקיך לא דרשו
156 Your kindnesses to me are countless, Yahweh; true to your judgements, give me life.	156 רחמיך רבים יהוה כמשפטיך חיני
157 Though my enemies and oppressors are countless, I do not turn aside from your instructions.	157 רבים רדפי וצרי מעדותיך לא נטיתי
158 The sight of these renegades appals me; they do not observe your promise.	158 ראיתי בגדים ואתקוטטה אשר אמרתך לא שמרו
159 See how I love your precepts; true to your faithful love, give me life.	159 ראה כי פקודיך אהבתי יהוה כחסדך חיני
160 Faithfulness is the essence of your word, your upright judgements hold good for ever.	160 ראש דברך אמת ולעולם כל משפט צדקך
161 Though princes hound me unprovoked, what fil s me with awe is your word.	161 שרים רדפוני חנם ומדבריך פחד לבי
162 I rejoice in your promise like one who finds a vast treasure.	162 שש אנכי על אמרתך כמוצא שלל רב
163 Falsehood I hate and detest, my love is for your Law.	163 שקר שנאתי ואתעבה תורתך אהבתי
164 Seven times a day I praise you for your upright judgements.	164 שבע ביום הללתיך על משפטי צדקך
165 Great peace for those who love your Law; no stumbling-blocks for them!	165 שלום רב לאהבי תורתך ואין למו מכשול
166 I am waiting for your salvation, Yahweh, I fulfil your commandments.	166 שברתי לישועתך יהוה ומצותיך עשיתי
167 I observe your instructions, I love them dearly.	167 שמרה נפשי עדתיך ואהבם מאד
168 I observe your precepts, your judgements, for al my ways are before you.	168 שמרתי פקודיך ועדתיך כי כל דרכי נגדך
169 May my cry approach your presence, Yahweh; by your word give me understanding.	169 תקרב רנתי לפניך יהוה כדברך הבינני
170 May my prayer come into your presence, rescue me as you have promised.	170 תבוא תחנתי לפניך כאמרתך הצילני
171 May my lips proclaim your praise, for you teach me your will.	171 תבענה שפתי תהלה כי תלמדני חקיך
172 May my tongue recite your promise, for al your commandments are upright.	172 תען לשוני אמרתך כי כל מצותיך צדק
173 May your hand be there to help me, since I have chosen your precepts.	173 תהי ידך לעזרני כי פקודיך בחרתי
174 I long for your salvation, Yahweh, your Law is my delight.	174 תאבתי לישועתך יהוה ותורתך שעשעי
175 May I live only to praise you, may your judgements be my help.	175 תחי נפשי ותהללך ומשפטך יעזרני
176 I am wandering like a lost sheep, come and look for your servant, for I have not forgotten yourcommandments.	176 תעיתי כשה אבד בקש עבדך כי מצותיך לא שכחתי
