1 Al eluia! I am fil ed with love when Yahweh listens to the sound of my prayer,	1 אהבתי כי ישמע יהוה את קולי תחנוני
2 when he bends down to hear me, as I cal .	2 כי הטה אזנו לי ובימי אקרא
3 The bonds of death were al round me, the snares of Sheol held me fast; distress and anguish heldme in their grip,	3 אפפוני חבלי מות ומצרי שאול מצאוני צרה ויגון אמצא
4 I cal ed on the name of Yahweh. Deliver me, Yahweh, I beg you.	4 ובשם יהוה אקרא אנה יהוה מלטה נפשי
5 Yahweh is merciful and upright, our God is tenderness.	5 חנון יהוה וצדיק ואלהינו מרחם
6 Yahweh looks after the simple, when I was brought low he gave me strength.	6 שמר פתאים יהוה דלותי ולי יהושיע
7 My heart, be at peace once again, for Yahweh has treated you generously.	7 שובי נפשי למנוחיכי כי יהוה גמל עליכי
8 He has rescued me from death, my eyes from tears, and my feet from stumbling.	8 כי חלצת נפשי ממות את עיני מן דמעה את רגלי מדחי
9 I shal pass my life in the presence of Yahweh, in the land of the living.	9 אתהלך לפני יהוה בארצות החיים
10 My trust does not fail even when I say, 'I am completely wretched.'	10 האמנתי כי אדבר אני עניתי מאד
11 In my terror I said, 'No human being can be relied on.'	11 אני אמרתי בחפזי כל האדם כזב
12 What return can I make to Yahweh for his generosity to me?	12 מה אשיב ליהוה כל תגמולוהי עלי
13 I shal take up the cup of salvation and cal on the name of Yahweh.	13 כוס ישועות אשא ובשם יהוה אקרא
14 I shal fulfil my vows to Yahweh, witnessed by al his people.	14 נדרי ליהוה אשלם נגדה נא לכל עמו
15 Costly in Yahweh's sight is the death of his faithful.	15 יקר בעיני יהוה המותה לחסידיו
16 I beg you, Yahweh! I am your servant, I am your servant and my mother was your servant; you haveundone my fetters.	16 אנה יהוה כי אני עבדך אני עבדך בן אמתך פתחת למוסרי
17 I shal offer you a sacrifice of thanksgiving and cal on the name of Yahweh.	17 לך אזבח זבח תודה ובשם יהוה אקרא
18 I shal fulfil my vows to Yahweh, witnessed by al his people,	18 נדרי ליהוה אשלם נגדה נא לכל עמו
19 in the courts of the house of Yahweh, in your very heart, Jerusalem.	19 בחצרות בית יהוה בתוככי ירושלם הללו יה
