NEW JERUSALEM	Pattloch Bibel
1 'You will make an altar on which to burn incense; you wil make it of acacia wood,	1 Verfertige auch einen Altar zum Abbrennen des Räucherwerkes; aus Akazienholz sollst du ihn bauen.
2 one cubit long, and one cubit wide -- it must be square -- and two cubits high; its horns must be of apiece with it.	2 Er soll eine Elle lang, eine Elle breit, also quadratisch, und zwei Ellen hoch sein; seine Hörner sollen mit ihm aus einem Stück sein.
3 You will overlay its top, its sides all round and its horns with pure gold and make a gold moulding to goal round.	3 Überziehe ihn mit reinem Gold, seine Deckplatte, seine Wände ringsum und seine Hörner, und schmücke ihn ringsum mit einer goldenen Randleiste!
4 You will make two gold rings for it below the moulding on its two opposite sides, to take the shaftsused for carrying it.	4 Verfertige auch für ihn zwei goldene Ringe, die du unterhalb seiner Randleiste auf seinen beiden Seitenwänden, den Flanken, anbringen sollst; sie sollen als Ösen für Stangen dienen, auf daß man ihn damit tragen kann.
5 You will make the shafts of acacia wood and overlay them with gold.	5 Die Stangen stelle aus Akazienholz her und überziehe sie mit Gold!
6 'You will put it in front of the curtain by the ark of Testimony, in front of the mercy-seat which is on theTestimony, where I shal meet you.	6 Aufstellen sollst du ihn vor dem Vorhang, der vor der Lade des Zeugnisses, vor der Deckplatte hängt, die auf dem Zeugnis ruht; dort will ich mich dir offenbaren.
7 On it Aaron wil burn fragrant incense each morning; when he trims the lamps, he will burn incense onit;	7 Aaron soll darauf wohlriechendes Räucherwerk verbrennen, Morgen für Morgen, wenn er die Lampen in Ordnung bringt.
8 and when Aaron puts back the lamps at twilight, he will burn incense on it, incense perpetual y beforeYahweh for all your generations to come.	8 Wenn Aaron die Lampen gegen Abend wieder aufsetzt, soll er es ebenfalls verbrennen; es sei dies ein immerwährendes Weihrauchopfer für den Herrn in all euren Geschlechtern.
9 You will not offer unauthorised incense, or burnt offering, or cereal offering on it, and you will not pourany libation over it.	9 Ihr dürft darauf kein unerlaubtes Räucherwerk opfern, auch kein Brandopfer und kein Speiseopfer. Auch ein Trankopfer dürft ihr darauf nicht darbringen.
10 Once a year, Aaron wil perform the rite of expiation on the horns of the altar; once a year, on the Dayof Expiation, with the blood of the sacrifice for sin, he wil make expiation for himself, for al your generations tocome. It is especial y holy for Yahweh.'	10 An seinen Hörnern soll Aaron im Jahre einmal die Sühne vornehmen. Mit dem Blut des Sündopfers, das zur Sühne dient, soll er einmal im Jahr darauf die Sühne vollziehen in all euren Geschlechtern. Etwas Hochheiliges ist der Altar dem Herrn!"
11 Yahweh then spoke to Moses and said,	11 Der Herr sprach zu Moses:
12 'When you count the Israelites by census, each one of them must pay Yahweh a ransom for his life,to avoid any incidence of plague among them while you are holding the census.	12 "Wenn du die Kopfzahl der Israeliten bei ihrer Musterung feststellst, dann soll jeder ein Lösegeld für sein Leben anläßlich der Musterung an den Herrn entrichten, damit nicht eine Plage sie bei ihrer Musterung treffe.
13 Everyone subject to the census wil pay half a shekel, reckoning by the sanctuary shekel: twentygerah to the shekel. This half-shekel will be set aside for Yahweh.	13 Dies soll ein jeder, der zur Musterung kommt, entrichten: Ein halbes Silberstück nach heiligem Gewicht, 20 Gera das Silberstück, ein halbes Silberstück also als Weihegabe an den Herrn.
14 Everyone subject to the census, that is to say of twenty years and over, will pay the sum set aside forYahweh.	14 Jeder, der zur Musterung kommt, von zwanzig Jahren an und darüber, soll die Weihegabe des Herrn entrichten.
15 The rich man must not give more, nor the poor man less, than half a shekel when he pays the sumset aside for Yahweh in ransom for your lives.	15 Der Reiche soll nicht mehr, der Arme nicht weniger geben als ein halbes Silberstück, wenn ihr die Weihegabe des Herrn entrichtet als Lösegeld für euer Leben.
16 You wil take the ransom money of the Israelites and apply it to the service of the Tent of Meeting, forit to be a reminder of the Israelites before Yahweh, as the ransom for your lives.'	16 Erhebe das Lösegeld von den Israeliten und verwende es für den Dienst am Offenbarungszelt; es sei den Israeliten eine Erinnerung an den Herrn als Lösegeld für euer Leben!"
17 Yahweh then spoke to Moses and said,	17 Der Herr sprach zu Moses:
18 'You wil also make a bronze basin on its bronze stand, for washing. You wil put it between the Tentof Meeting and the altar and put water in it,	18 "Verfertige ein kupfernes Becken und dazu ein kupfernes Gestell zu den Waschungen, stelle es zwischen dem Offenbarungszelt und dem Altar auf und fülle es mit Wasser!
19 in which Aaron and his sons wil wash their hands and feet.	19 Aaron und seine Söhne sollen darin ihre Hände und Füße waschen.
20 Whenever they are to enter the Tent of Meeting, they wil wash, to avoid incurring death; andwhenever they approach the altar for their service, to burn an offering for Yahweh,	20 Wenn sie ins Offenbarungszelt eintreten, sollen sie sich mit Wasser waschen, sonst müßten sie sterben; oder wenn sie sich dem Altar nähern, um als heiligen Dienst ein Feueropfer für den Herrn darzubringen,
21 they wil wash their hands and feet, to avoid incurring death. This is a perpetual decree for him andhis descendants for all their generations to come.'	21 sollen sie ihre Hände und Füße waschen, sonst müßten sie sterben. Das sei ihnen eine immerwährende Satzung, die für ihn und seine Nachkommen in all ihren Geschlechtern gilt!"
22 Yahweh spoke further to Moses and said,	22 Der Herr befahl Moses weiterhin:
23 'Take the finest spices: five hundred shekels of fresh myrrh, half as much (two hundred and fiftyshekels) of fragrant cinnamon, two hundred and fifty shekels of scented reed,	23 "Nimm dir Duftkräuter edelster Sorte, erstarrte Tropfenmyrrhe - fünfhundert Sekel -, wohlriechenden Zimt - davon die Hälfte, also zweihundertfünfzig Sekel -, Würzrohr - ebenfalls zweihundertfünfzig Sekel -,
24 five hundred shekels (reckoning by the sanctuary shekel) of cassia, and one hin of olive oil.	24 Zimtblüte - fünfhundert Sekel nach heiligem Gewicht - und ein Hin Olivenöl.
25 You wil make this into a holy anointing oil, such a blend as the perfumer might make; this wil be aholy anointing oil.	25 Hieraus stelle ein heiliges Salböl her, eine würzige Mischung, wie sie der Salbenmischer macht; heiliges Salböl soll es sein.
26 With it you wil anoint the Tent of Meeting and the ark of the Testimony,	26 Damit sollst du das Offenbarungszelt salben und die Lade des Zeugnisses,
27 the table and al its accessories, the lamp-stand and its accessories, the altar of incense,	27 den Tisch und all seine Geräte, den Leuchter mit seinen Geräten und den Räucheraltar,
28 the altar of burnt offerings and al its accessories, and the basin with its stand,	28 den Brandopferaltar mit all seinen Geräten und das Becken mit seinem Gestell.
29 consecrating them, so that they wil be especial y holy and whatever touches them wil become holy.	29 Weihe sie so, daß sie etwas Hochheiliges sind; jeder, der sie berührt, wird selbst geweiht.
30 You wil also anoint Aaron and his sons and consecrate them to be priests in my service.	30 Auch den Aaron und seine Söhne salbe, und weihe sie mir zum Priesterdienst!
31 You wil then speak to the Israelites and say, "This anointing oil wil be holy for you for al yourgenerations to come.	31 Den Israeliten aber sage dies: Als heiliges Salböl gilt dies mir in all euren Geschlechtern.
32 It must not be used for anointing the human body, nor may you make any of the same mixture. It is aholy thing; you wil regard it as holy.	32 Auf einen Menschenleib werde es nicht gegossen; in der gleichen Zusammensetzung dürft ihr es nicht nachmachen; denn heilig ist es und soll euch als heilig gelten.
33 Anyone who makes up the same oil or uses it on an unauthorised person wil be outlawed from hispeople." '	33 Jeder, der die gleiche Mischung herstellt und einem Unbefugten davon gibt, der soll aus seiner Sippe ausgetilgt werden!"
34 Yahweh then said to Moses, 'Take sweet spices: storax, onycha, galbanum, sweet spices and purefrankincense in equal parts,	34 Es sprach der Herr weiter zu Moses: "Nimm dir wohlriechende Spezereien, nämlich Staktetropfen, Räucherklaue und Galbanum, [Spezereien] und reinen Weihrauch, alles zu gleichen Teilen,
35 and compound an incense, such a blend as the perfumer might make, salted, pure, and holy.	35 und bereite hieraus ein Räucherwerk in würziger Mischung, nach Art des Salbenmischers mit Salz gemengt, rein und heilig.
36 You wil grind some of this up very fine and put it in front of the Testimony in the Tent of Meeting,where I shal meet you. You wil regard it as especial y holy.	36 Zerstoße etwas davon zu feinem Pulver und lege davon vor dem Gesetz im Offenbarungszelt nieder, wo ich mich dir offenbaren werde; etwas Hochheiliges soll es für euch sein!
37 You may not make any incense of similar composition for your own use. You wil regard it as holy,reserved for Yahweh Anyone who makes up the same thing to use as perfume will be outlawed from his people.'	37 Das Räucherwerk, das du herstellen sollst, dürft ihr nicht in der gleichen Mischung für euch herstellen; als heilig gelte es dir für den Herrn.
	38 Jeder, der es nachahmt, um seinen Wohlgeruch einzuatmen, der soll aus seiner Sippe ausgetilgt werden!"
