1 'From among the Israelites, summon your brother Aaron and his sons to be priests in my service:Aaron and Aaron's sons Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.	1 Állítsd továbbá magad elé Izrael fiai közül Áront, a bátyádat fiaival együtt, hogy papjaimmá legyenek: Áront, Nádábot, Ábiut, Eleazárt és Itamárt.
2 For your brother Aaron you wil make sacred vestments to give dignity and magnificence.	2 Készíts szent ruhákat Áronnak, a bátyádnak, dicsőségül és ékességül.
3 You will instruct al the skilled men, whom I have endowed with skil , to make Aaron's vestments for hisconsecration to my priesthood.	3 Szólj tehát minden bölcsszívű embernek, akit betöltöttem a bölcsesség lelkével, hogy készítsék el Áron ruháit, hogy fel lehessen szentelni, és szolgálhasson nekem bennük.
4 These are the vestments which they must make: a pectoral, an ephod, a robe, an embroidered tunic, aturban and a belt. 5 They wil use gold and violet material, red-purple and crimson, and finely woven linen.	5 Aranyat, kék, bíbor, kétszer festett karmazsin színű fonalat és lent használjanak hozzá.
6 'They wil make the ephod of finely woven linen embroidered with gold, violet-purple, red-purple andcrimson.	6 Az efódot aranyból, kék, bíbor, kétszer festett karmazsin színű fonalból és sodrott lenből, műszövő munkával készítsék.
7 It wil have two shoulder-straps joined to it; it will be joined to them by its two edges.	7 Két vállpánt csatlakozzon hozzá fönt két oldalon úgy, hogy vele egyet alkosson.
8 The waistband on the ephod to hold it in position must be of the same workmanship and be of a piecewith it: of gold, violet-purple, red-purple and crimson materials and finely woven linen.	8 Szövése és művének egész hímzése aranyból, kék, bíbor, kétszer festett karmazsin színű fonalból és sodrott lenből legyen.
9 You will then take two cornelians and engrave them with the names of the sons of Israel,	9 Végy továbbá két ónixkövet, és vésd rájuk Izrael fiainak nevét:
10 six of their names on one stone, the remaining six names on the other, in the order of their birth.	10 hat nevet az egyik kőre, a másik hat nevet a másikra, születésük rendjében;
11 By the stone-carver's art -- seal engraving -- you wil engrave the two stones with the names of thesons of Israel. You will have them mounted in gold settings	11 kőmetsző munkával, a pecsétmetsző mesterségével vésd rájuk Izrael fiainak nevét. Ezeket aztán szorítsd és foglald körös-körül aranyba.
12 and wil put the two stones on the shoulder-straps of the ephod, to commemorate the sons of Israel.In this way Aaron will bear their names on his two shoulders, before Yahweh, as a reminder.	12 Aztán illeszd ezt a vállravaló két vállpántjára, emlékeztetőül Izrael fiaira, hogy viselje Áron a nevüket a két vállán az Úr előtt emlékeztetőül.
13 You wil also make golden rosettes,	13 Készíts továbbá kis horgokat aranyból,
14 and two chains of pure gold twisted like cord, and wil attach the cord-like chains to the rosettes.	14 két sodrott kis láncot színaranyból, és fűzd rá őket a horgokra.
15 'You wil make the breastplate of judgement of the same embroidered work as the ephod; you wilmake it of gold, violet-purple, red-purple and crimson materials and finely woven linen.	15 Készítsd el az ítélet tudakolóját is: műszövő munkával, a vállravaló szövésének módjára, aranyból, kék, bíbor és kétszer festett karmazsin színű fonalból és sodrott lenből.
16 It must be square and doubled over, a span in length and a span in width.	16 Négyzet alakú legyen és kétrétű, hosszában is, széltében is egy-egy arasznyi méretű.
17 In it you wil set four rows of stones: a sard, topaz and emerald for the first row;	17 Ebbe aztán foglalj négy sor drágakövet: az első sorban karneol, topáz és smaragd legyen,
18 for the second row, a garnet, sapphire and diamond;	18 a másodikban karbunkulus, zafír és jáspis,
19 for the third row, a hyacinth, a ruby and an amethyst;	19 a harmadikban jácint, achát és ametiszt,
20 and for the fourth row, a beryl, a cornelian and a jasper. These must be mounted in gold settings.	20 a negyedikben krizolit, ónix és berill. Aranyba legyenek foglalva fajtánként,
21 The stones wil correspond to the names of the sons of Israel, twelve like their names, engraved likeseals, each with the name of one of the twelve tribes.	21 és Izrael fiainak neve legyen rajtuk. Tizenkét név legyen beléjük vésve, kövenként egy-egy név, a tizenkét törzs szerint. –
22 For the breastplate you wil make chains of pure gold twisted like cords,	22 Készíts továbbá a tudakolóra sodrott láncokat színaranyból,
23 and on the breastplate you wil make two gold rings, putting the two rings on the two outside edges ofthe breastplate	23 valamint két aranykarikát, és az utóbbiakat illeszd a tudakoló két felső sarkára.
24 and fastening the two gold cords to the two rings on the outside edges of the breastplate.	24 Aztán fűzd be az arany láncokat a tudakoló sarkain levő karikákba,
25 The other two ends of the cords you wil fasten to the two rosettes, putting these on the shoulder-straps of the ephod, on the front.	25 a láncok végét pedig kapcsold a két kis horoggal a vállravalónak az efóddal szembe eső két vállpántjára.
26 You wil also make two gold rings and put them on the two edges of the breastplate, on the innerside, against the ephod;	26 Aztán készíts két aranykarikát, és illeszd a tudakoló két alsó sarkára, az efóddal szembe eső, befelé néző szélére,
27 and you wil make two gold rings and put them low down on the front of the two shoulder-pieces ofthe ephod, close to the join, above the waistband of the ephod.	27 ezenkívül két másik aranykarikát; ezeket illeszd a vállravaló efód két vállpántjának alsó részére, az alsó összefoglalással szembe, hogy a tudakolót össze lehessen fűzni az efóddal.

29 Thus Aaron wil bear the names of the sons of Israel on the breastplate of judgement, on his heart,when he enters the sanctuary, as a reminder, before Yahweh, always.	29 Így viselje Áron a mellén, az ítélet tudakolóján Izrael fiainak nevét mindig, amikor bemegy a szentélybe, emlékeztetőül az Úr előtt.
30 To the breastplate of judgement you will add the urim and the thummim, and these wil be on Aaron'sheart when he goes into Yahweh's presence, and Aaron will bear the Israelites' judgement on his heart, inYahweh's presence, always.	30 Az ítélet tudakolójába pedig tedd bele az Urimot és a Tumimot, hogy Áron mellén legyenek, amikor bemegy az Úr elé: így viselje Izrael fiainak ítéletét a mellén az Úr színe előtt mindenkor.
31 'You wil make the robe of the ephod entirely of violet-purple.	31 Készítsd el a vállravalóhoz tartozó felsőköntöst is, kékszínű fonalból az egészet.
32 In the centre it will have an opening for the head, the opening to have round it a border woven likethe neck of a coat of mail, so that it wil not get torn.	32 Fenn a közepén nyílás legyen rajta a fej számára, körülötte szövött szegéllyel, olyan, mint a ruhák szélén szokott lenni, hogy egykönnyen be ne szakadjon.
33 On its lower hem, you wil make pomegranates of violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, and finelywoven linen al round the hem, with golden bel s between them al round:	33 Alulra, a felsőköntös aljára készíts körös-körül gránátalmához hasonló díszeket, kék, bíbor és kétszer festett karmazsin színű fonalból, azok közé pedig tégy csengőket,
34 a golden bell and then a pomegranate, alternately, al round the lower hem of the robe.	34 úgy, hogy először aranycsengő, aztán gránátalma, majd megint aranycsengő, és ismét gránátalma legyen rajta.
35 Aaron must wear it when he officiates, and the tinkling will be heard when he goes into the sanctuaryinto Yahweh's presence, or leaves it, and so he wil not incur death.	35 Öltse fel ezt Áron, ha szolgálatot teljesít, hogy hallatsszék a csengés, amikor bemegy a szentélybe az Úr színe elé, és amikor kijön, hogy halállal ne lakoljon.
36 'You wil make a flower of pure gold and on it, as you would engrave a seal, you wil engrave,"Consecrated to Yahweh".	36 Készíts ezenkívül egy lemezt színaranyból, és a pecsétmetsző mesterségével vésd rá: ‘Az Úr Szentje’.
37 You wil put it on a violet-purple cord; it wil go on the turban; the front of the turban is the place whereit must go.	37 Ezt aztán kösd egy kékszínű zsinórra, legyen a süvegen,
38 This wil go on Aaron's brow, and Aaron will thus take on himself the short-comings in the holy thingsconsecrated by the Israelites, in all their holy offerings. It wil be on his brow permanently, to make themacceptable to Yahweh.	38 és feküdjön a főpap homlokára, hogy így Áron magára vegye azokat a vétkeket, amelyek Izrael fiainak áldozataihoz és szentelményeihez, bármilyen ajándékaihoz és adományaihoz tapadnak. 39 The tunic you wil weave of fine linen, and make a turban of fine linen, and an embroideredwaistband.	39 Készíts ezenkívül egy szűk köntöst lenből, készíts egy lensüveget, valamint egy hímzett övet.
40 'For the sons of Aaron you will make tunics and waistbands. You wil also make them head-dressesto give dignity and magnificence.	40 Áron fiainak pedig készíts gyolcsköntösöket, öveket és süvegeket dicsőségül és ékességül.
41 You wil dress your brother Aaron and his sons in these; you wil then anoint them, invest them andconsecrate them to serve me in the priesthood.	41 Aztán öltöztesd fel mindezekbe Áront, a bátyádat, vele fiait, és szenteld fel valamennyiük kezét. Szenteld fel őket, hogy papjaimmá legyenek.
42 You wil also make them linen breeches reaching from waist to thigh, to cover their bare flesh.	42 Készíts még gyolcsnadrágokat is, hogy csípőtől combig befödjék szemérmüket.
43 Aaron and his sons wil wear these when they go into the Tent of Meeting and when they approachthe altar to serve in the sanctuary, as a precaution against incurring mortal guilt. This is a perpetual decree forAaron and for his descendants after him.'	43 Viseljék ezeket Áron és fiai, amikor bemennek a bizonyság sátrába, vagy amikor az oltárhoz járulnak, hogy szolgálatot teljesítsenek a szentélyben, hogy vétket ne hívjanak magukra, és halállal ne lakoljanak.
