1 Chronicles 22

1 David then said, 'This is to be the house of Yahweh God and this the altar of burnt offering for Israel.'	1 И сказал Давид: вот дом Господа Бога и вот жертвенник для всесожжений Израиля.
2 David then gave orders for al foreigners in Israel to be rounded up, and appointed quarrymen to cutdressed stone for building the house of God.	2 И приказал Давид собрать пришельцев, находившихся в земле Израильской, и поставил каменотесов, чтобы обтесывать камни для построения дома Божия.
3 David also prepared great quantities of iron to make nails for the leaves of the doors and for theclamps, and more bronze than could be weighed,	3 И множество железа для гвоздей к дверям ворот и для связей заготовил Давид, и множество меди без весу,
4 as wel as innumerable cedar-wood logs, as the Sidonians and Tyrians had brought cedar logs toDavid in great quantities.	4 и кедровых дерев без счету, потому что Сидоняне и Тиряне доставили Давиду множество кедровых дерев.
5 David then said, 'My son Solomon is young and immature, and the house to be built for Yahweh mustbe superlatively fine, the most famous and splendid in any country. I shal now make the preparations for it.' Andso, before he died, David made ample preparations.	5 И сказал Давид: Соломон, сын мой, молод и малосилен, а дом, который следует выстроить для Господа, должен быть весьма величествен, на славу и украшение пред всеми землями: итак буду я заготовлять для него. И заготовил Давид до смерти своей много.
6 He then summoned his son Solomon and commanded him to build a house for Yahweh, God of Israel.	6 И призвал Соломона, сына своего, и завещал ему построить дом Господу Богу Израилеву.
7 'My son,' David said to Solomon, 'my heart was set on building a house for the name of Yahweh myGod.	7 И сказал Давид Соломону: сын мой! у меня было на сердце построить дом во имя Господа, Бога моего,
8 But the word of Yahweh came to me, "You have shed much blood and fought great wars; it is not foryou to build a house for my name, since you have shed much blood in my sight on earth.	8 но было ко мне слово Господне, и сказано: 'ты пролил много крови и вел большие войны; ты не должен строить дома имени Моему, потому что пролил много крови на землю пред лицем Моим.
9 Look, a son will be born to you. He will be a man of peace, and I shal give him peace from hisenemies on all sides; for Solomon is to be his name, and in his days I shal give Israel peace and tranquil ity.	9 Вот, у тебя родится сын: он будет человек мирный; Я дам ему покой от всех врагов его кругом: посему имя ему будет Соломон. И мир и покой дам Израилю во дни его.
10 He must build a house for my name; he wil be my son and I shall be his father, and I shall make thethrone of his kingdom secure over Israel for ever."	10 Он построит дом имени Моему, и он будет Мне сыном, а Я ему отцом, и утвержу престол царства его над Израилем навек'.
11 Now, my son, may Yahweh be with you and give you success in building a house for Yahweh yourGod, as he has promised about you.	11 И ныне, сын мой! да будет Господь с тобою, чтобы ты был благоуспешен и построил дом Господу Богу твоему, как Он говорил о тебе.
12 And especial y, may Yahweh give you discretion and discernment, may he give you his orders forIsrael, so that you may observe the Law of Yahweh your God.	12 Да даст тебе Господь смысл и разум, и поставит тебя над Израилем; и соблюди закон Господа Бога твоего.
13 Success wil be yours, only if you observe the statutes and ordinances which Yahweh gave Mosesas regulations for Israel. Be strong and stand fast, be fearless, be dauntless.	13 Тогда ты будешь благоуспешен, если будешь стараться исполнять уставы и законы, которые заповедал Господь Моисею для Израиля. Будь тверд и мужествен, не бойся и не унывай.
14 Now, poor as I am, I have set aside for the house of Yahweh a hundred thousand talents of gold, amil ion talents of silver and more bronze and iron than can be weighed, there being so much. I have alsoprovided timber and stone, to which you may add more.	14 И вот, я при скудости моей приготовил для дома Господня сто тысяч талантов золота и тысячу тысяч талантов серебра, а меди и железу нет веса, потому что их множество; и дерева и камни я также заготовил, а ты еще прибавь к этому.
15 Furthermore, you have a large number of workmen, quarrymen, masons, carpenters and al sorts ofcraftsmen for every kind of work,	15 У тебя множество рабочих, и каменотесов, резчиков и плотников, и всяких способных на всякое дело;
16 while your gold and silver, bronze and iron wil be beyond reckoning. Set to work, then, and mayYahweh be with you!'	16 золоту, серебру и меди и железу нет счета: начни и делай; Господь будет с тобою.
17 David then commanded al the leaders of Israel to help his son Solomon.	17 И завещал Давид всем князьям Израилевым помогать Соломону, сыну его:
18 'Has not Yahweh your God been with you and given you peace on al sides, having put theinhabitants of the country into my power and the country now having been subdued for Yahweh and his people?	18 не с вами ли Господь Бог наш, давший вам покой со всех сторон? потому что Он предал в руки мои жителей земли, и покорилась земля пред Господом и пред народом Его.
19 So now devote heart and soul to searching for Yahweh your God. Set to and build the sanctuary ofYahweh God, so that you can bring the ark of the covenant of Yahweh and the holy vessels of God into thehouse built for the name of Yahweh.'	19 Итак расположите сердце ваше и душу вашу к тому, чтобы взыскать Господа Бога вашего. Встаньте и постройте святилище Господу Богу, чтобы перенести ковчег завета Господня и священные сосуды Божии в дом, созидаемый имени Господню.
