1 King Solomon was king of al Israel,1 Erat autem rex Salomon regnans super omnem Israel.
2 and these were his high officials: Azariah son of Zadok, priest;2 Et hi principes quos habebat: Azarias filius Sadoc sacerdos;
3 Elihaph and Ahijah sons of Shisha, secretaries; Jehoshaphat son of Ahilud, herald.3 Elihoreph et Ahia filii Sisa scribae; Iosaphat filius Ahilud cancellarius;
4 (Benaiah son of Jehoiada, commander of the army. Zadok and Abiathar, priests);4 Banaias filius Ioiadae super exercitum; Sadoc autem et Abiathar sacerdotes;
5 Azariah son of Nathan, chief administrator; Zabud son of Nathan, Friend of the King;5 Azarias filius Nathan super praefectos; Zabud filius Nathan sacerdos amicus regis;
