7 The sons of Zimri: Carmi. The sons of Carmi: Achar, who brought trouble upon Israel by violating the ban.	7 Filii Charmi: Achar, qui turbavit Israel et peccavit in furto anathematis.

19 When Azubah died, Caleb married Ephrath, who bore him Hur.	19 Cumque mortua fuisset Azuba, accepit uxorem Chaleb Ephratha, quae peperit ei Hur.
20 Hur became the father of Uri, and Uri became the father of Bezalel.	20 Porro Hur genuit Uri, et Uri genuit Beseleel.
21 Then Hezron had relations with the daughter of Machir, the father of Gilead, having married her when he was sixty years old. She bore him Segub.	21 Post haec ingressus est Esrom ad filiam Machir patris Galaad et accepit eam, cum ipse esset annorum sexaginta; quae peperit ei Segub.
22 Segub became the father of Jair, who possessed twenty-three cities in the land of Gilead.	22 Sed et Segub genuit Iair, qui possedit viginti tres civitates in terra Galaad.
23 Geshur and Aram took from them the villages of Jair, that is, Kenath and its towns, sixty cities in all, which had belonged to the sons of Machir, the father of Gilead.	23 Cepitque Gesur et Aram oppida Iair ipsis et Canath et viculos eius sexaginta civitates. 24 After the death of Hezron, Caleb had relations with Ephrathah, the widow of his father Hezron, and she bore him Ashhur, the father of Tekoa.	24 Cum autem mortuus esset Esrom, ingressus est Chaleb ad Ephratha uxorem Esrom patris sui. Habuit quoque Esrom uxorem Abia, quae peperit ei Ashur patrem Thecue.
25 The sons of Jerahmeel, the first-born of Hezron, were Ram, the first-born, then Bunah, Oren, and Ozem, his brothers.	25 Nati sunt autem filii Ierameel primogeniti Esrom: Ram primogenitus eius et Buna et Aran et Asom et Ahia.
26 Jerahmeel also had another wife, Atarah by name, who was the mother of Onam.	26 Duxit quoque uxorem alteram Ierameel nomine Atara, quae fuit mater Onam.

30 The sons of Nadab were Seled and Appaim. Seled died without sons.	30 Filii autem Nadab fuerunt Saled et Apphaim; mortuus est autem Saled absque liberis.
31 The sons of Appaim: Ishi. The sons of Ishi: Sheshan. The sons of Sheshan: Ahlai.	31 Filius vero Apphaim: Iesi, qui Iesi genuit Sesan; porro Sesan genuit Oholai.
32 The sons of Jada, the brother of Shammai, were Jether and Jonathan. Jether died without sons.	32 Filii autem Iada fratris Semmei: Iether et Ionathan; sed et Iether mortuus est absque liberis.
33 The sons of Jonathan were Peleth and Zaza. These were the descendants of Jerahmeel.	33 Porro Ionathan genuit Phaleth et Ziza. Isti fuerunt filii Ierameel.
34 Sheshan, who had no sons, only daughters, had an Egyptian slave named Jarha.	34 Sesan autem non habuit filios sed filias et servum Aegyptium nomine Ieraa;
35 Sheshan gave his daughter in marriage to his slave Jarha, and she bore him Attai.	35 deditque ei filiam suam uxorem, quae peperit ei Eththei.

40 Eleasah became the father of Sismai. Sismai became the father of Shallum.	40 Elasa genuit Sisamoi, Sisamoi genuit Sellum;
41 Shallum became the father of Jekamiah. Jekamiah became the father of Elishama.	41 Sellum genuit Iecemiam, Iecemias genuit Elisama.
42 The descendants of Caleb, the brother of Jerahmeel: (Mesha) his first-born, who was the father of Ziph. Then the sons of Mareshah, who was the father of Hebron.	42 Filii autem Chaleb fratris Ierameel: Mesa primogenitus eius, ipse est pater Ziph; et filius eius Maresa pater Hebron.
43 The sons of Hebron were Korah, Tappuah, Rekem, and Shema.	43 Porro filii Hebron: Core et Thapphua et Recem et Samma;

48 Maacah, Caleb's concubine, bore Sheber and Tirhanah.	48 Concubina Chaleb Maacha peperit Saber et Tharana.

55 The clans of the Sopherim dwelling in Jabez were the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and the Sucathites. They were the Kenites, who came from Hammath of the ancestor of the Rechabites.	55 cognationes quoque de Cariathsepher habitantes in Iabes: Therathaei, Semathaei et Suchathaei.
