1 How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!	1 Ao mestre do coro. Dos filhos de Coré. Salmo.
2 My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.	2 Foste propício, Senhor, à tua terra; mudaste em bem a sorte de Jacob.
3 Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.	3 Perdoaste a culpa do teu povo; cobriste todos os seus pecados.
4 Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.	4 Reprimiste toda a tua ira; desististe do furor da tua indignação.
5 Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.	5 Restaura-nos, ó Deus, salvador nosso, e depõe a tua indignação contra nós.
6 Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.	6 Porventura estarás sempre irado contra nós, ou estenderás a tua ira a todas as gerações?
7 They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.	7 Porventura não nos tornarás a dar a vida, e o teu povo não se alegrará em ti?
8 O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.	8 Mostra-nos, Senhor, a tua misericórdia, e dá-nos a tua salvação.
9 Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.	9 Ouvirei o que o Senhor diz: sem dúvida fala de paz ao seu povo e aos seus santos, e àqueles que de coração se convertem.
10 For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.	10 Sim, a sua salvação está perto dos que o temem, a fim de que a glória habite na nossa terra.
11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.	11 A misericórdia e a fidelidade se encontraram juntas, a justiça e a paz se oscularam.
12 O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.	12 A fidelidade germinará da terra, a justiça olhará do alto do céu.
	13 Também o Senhor dará o bem, e a nossa terra produzirá o seu fruto.
	14 A justiça irá adiante dele, e a salvação (irá) pelo caminho dos seus passos.
