1 Osserverai questo rito per consacrarli al mio sacerdozio. Prendi un giovenco e due arieti senza difetto;	1 'This is what you will do to them, to consecrate them to my priesthood. Take one young bull and tworams without blemish;
2 poi pani azzimi, focacce azzime impastate con olio e schiacciate azzime cosparse di olio: di fior di farina di frumento.	2 also unleavened bread, unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers spread with oil,made from fine wheat flour,
3 Le disporrai in un solo canestro e le offrirai nel canestro insieme con il giovenco e i due arieti.	3 and put these into a basket and present them in the basket, at the same time as the bul and the tworams.
4 Farai avvicinare Aronne e i suoi figli all'ingresso della tenda del convegno e li farai lavare con acqua.	4 'You will bring Aaron and his sons to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting and bathe them.
5 Prenderai le vesti e rivestirai Aronne della tunica, del manto dell''efod', dell''efod' e del pettorale; lo cingerai con la cintura dell''efod';	5 You will then take the vestments and dress Aaron in the tunic, the robe of the ephod, the ephod, andthe breastplate, and tie the waistband of the ephod round his waist.

8 Quanto ai suoi figli, li farai avvicinare, li rivestirai di tuniche;	8 'Next, you wil bring his sons and dress them in tunics,
9 li cingerai con la cintura e legherai loro i berretti. Il sacerdozio apparterrà loro per decreto perenne. Così darai l'investitura ad Aronne e ai suoi figli.	9 and fasten waistbands round their waists and put the head-dresses on their heads. By perpetualdecree the priesthood will be theirs. Then you wil invest Aaron and his sons.
10 Farai poi avvicinare il giovenco davanti alla tenda del convegno. Aronne e i suoi figli poseranno le mani sulla sua testa.	10 'You wil bring the bul in front of the Tent of Meeting, and Aaron and his sons wil lay their hands onthe bul 's head.
11 Immolerai il giovenco davanti al Signore, all'ingresso della tenda del convegno.	11 You wil then slaughter the bull before Yahweh at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.
12 Prenderai parte del suo sangue e con il dito lo spalmerai sui corni dell'altare. Il resto del sangue lo verserai alla base dell'altare.	12 You wil then take some of the bull's blood and with your finger put it on the horns of the altar. Next,pour out the rest of the blood at the foot of the altar.
13 Prenderai tutto il grasso che avvolge le viscere, il lobo del fegato, i reni con il grasso che vi è sopra, e li farai ardere in sacrificio sull'altare.	13 And then take al the fat covering the entrails, the fatty mass over the liver, the two kidneys with theircovering fat, and burn them on the altar.
14 Ma la carne del giovenco, la sua pelle e i suoi escrementi, li brucerai fuori del campo, perché si tratta di un sacrificio per il peccato.	14 But the young bul 's flesh, its skin and its offal, you wil burn outside the camp, for this is a sinoffering.

16 Immolerai l'ariete, ne raccoglierai il sangue e lo spargerai intorno all'altare.	16 You wil then slaughter the ram, take its blood and pour it against the altar, al round.
17 Poi farai a pezzi l'ariete, ne laverai le viscere e le zampe e le disporrai sui quarti e sulla testa.	17 Next, cut the ram into quarters, wash the entrails and legs and put them on the quarters and head.
18 Allora brucerai in soave odore sull'altare tutto l'ariete. È un olocausto in onore del Signore, un profumo gradito, una offerta consumata dal fuoco per il Signore.	18 Then burn the whole ram on the altar. This wil be a burnt offering for Yahweh, a pleasing smel , afood offering burnt for Yahweh.
19 Poi prenderai il secondo ariete; Aronne e i suoi figli poseranno le mani sulla sua testa.	19 'Next, you will take the other ram, and Aaron and his sons wil lay their hands on the ram's head.
20 Lo immolerai, prenderai parte del suo sangue e ne porrai sul lobo dell'orecchio destro di Aronne, sul lobo dell'orecchio destro dei suoi figli, sul pollice della loro mano destra e sull'alluce del loro piede destro; poi spargerai il sangue intorno all'altare.	20 You wil then slaughter the ram, take some of its blood and put it on the lobe of Aaron's right ear, onthe lobes of his sons' right ears, the thumbs of their right hands, and the big toes of their right feet, and pour therest of the blood against the altar, al round.
21 Prenderai di questo sangue dall'altare e insieme un po' d'olio dell'unzione e ne spruzzerai Aronne e le sue vesti, i figli di Aronne e le loro vesti: così sarà consacrato lui con le sue vesti e insieme con lui i suoi figli con le loro vesti.	21 You wil then take some of the blood on the altar and some of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it onAaron and his vestments and on his sons and on his sons' vestments: so that he and his vestments wil beconsecrated and his sons too, and his sons' vestments.
22 Poi prenderai il grasso dell'ariete: la coda, il grasso che copre le viscere, il lobo del fegato, i due reni con il grasso che vi è sopra, e la coscia destra, perché è l'ariete dell'investitura.	22 'You wil then take the fatty parts of the ram: the tail, the fat covering the entrails, the fatty mass overthe liver, the two kidneys with their covering fat and also the right thigh -- for this is a ram of investiture-
23 Prenderai anche un pane rotondo, una focaccia all'olio e una schiacciata dal canestro di azzimi deposto davanti al Signore.	23 and a loaf of bread, a cake of bread made with oil, and a wafer, from the basket of unleavened breadbefore Yahweh,
24 Metterai il tutto sulle palme di Aronne e sulle palme dei suoi figli e farai compiere il gesto di presentazione proprio dell'offerta agitata davanti al Signore.	24 and put it all on the palms of Aaron and his sons, and make the gesture of offering before Yahweh.
25 Poi riprenderai ogni cosa dalle loro mani e la brucerai in odore soave sull'altare, sopra l'olocausto, come profumo gradito davanti al Signore: è un'offerta consumata dal fuoco in onore del Signore.	25 Then you wil take them back and burn them on the altar, on top of the burnt offering, as a smelpleasing before Yahweh, a food offering burnt for Yahweh.
26 Prenderai il petto dell'ariete dell'investitura di Aronne e compirai il gesto di presentazione dell'offerta, agitandola davanti al Signore: sarà la tua porzione.	26 'You wil then take the forequarters of the ram of Aaron's investiture and with it make the gesture ofoffering before Yahweh; this wil be your portion.
27 Consacrerai il petto, presentato con il gesto dell'offerta, e la coscia del contributo, prelevati dall'ariete dell'investitura: queste cose saranno di Aronne e dei suoi figli.	27 You wil consecrate the forequarters that have been thus offered, as also the thigh that is set aside --what has been offered and what has been set aside from the ram of investiture of Aaron and his sons.
28 Dovranno appartenere ad Aronne e ai suoi figli come porzione loro riservata dagli Israeliti in forza di legge perenne. Perché è un contributo, un prelevamento cioè che gli Israeliti dovranno operare in tutti i loro sacrifici di comunione, un prelevamento dovuto al Signore.	28 This, by perpetual decree, wil be the portion that Aaron and his sons wil receive from the Israelites,since it is the portion set aside, the portion set aside for Yahweh by the Israelites from their communionsacrifices: a portion set aside for Yahweh.
29 Le vesti sacre di Aronne passeranno, dopo di lui, ai suoi figli, che se ne rivestiranno per ricevere l'unzione e l'investitura.	29 'Aaron's sacred vestments must pass to his sons after him, and they wil wear them for their anointingand investiture.
30 Quello dei figli di Aronne, che gli succederà nel sacerdozio ed entrerà nella tenda del convegno per officiare nel santuario, porterà queste vesti per sette giorni.	30 Whichever of the sons of Aaron succeeds him in the priesthood and enters the Tent of Meeting toserve in the sanctuary, wil wear them for seven days.
31 Poi prenderai l'ariete dell'investitura e ne cuocerai le carni in luogo santo.	31 'You wil take the ram of investiture and cook its meat in a holy place.
32 Aronne e i suoi figli mangeranno la carne dell'ariete e il pane contenuto nel canestro all'ingresso della tenda del convegno.	32 Aaron and his sons wil eat the meat of the ram and the bread which is in the basket, at the entranceto the Tent of Meeting.
33 Mangeranno così ciò che sarà servito per fare la espiazione, nel corso della loro investitura e consacrazione. Nessun estraneo ne deve mangiare, perché sono cose sante.	33 They will eat what was used in making expiation for them at their investiture and consecration. Nounauthorised person may eat these; they are holy things.
34 Nel caso che al mattino ancora restasse carne del sacrificio d'investitura e del pane, brucerai questo avanzo nel fuoco. Non lo si mangerà: è cosa santa.	34 If any of the meat from the investiture sacrifice, or the bread, should be left til morning, you wil burnwhat is left. It may not be eaten; it is a holy thing.
35 Farai dunque ad Aronne e ai suoi figli secondo quanto ti ho comandato. Per sette giorni ne farai l'investitura.	35 This is what you wil do for Aaron and his sons, implementing al the orders I have given you. You willtake seven days over their investiture.
36 In ciascun giorno offrirai un giovenco in sacrificio per il peccato, in espiazione; toglierai il peccato dall'altare facendo per esso il sacrificio espiatorio e in seguito lo ungerai per consacrarlo.	36 'On each of the days you wil also offer a young bull as a sacrifice for sin, in expiation. You wil offer asin sacrifice for the altar when you make expiation for it; then you wil consecrate it by anointing it.
37 Per sette giorni farai il sacrificio espiatorio per l'altare e lo consacrerai. Diverrà allora una cosa santissima e quanto toccherà l'altare sarà santo.	37 For seven days you will make expiation for the altar, then you wil consecrate it; it will then beespecial y holy, and whatever touches the altar wil become holy.
38 Ecco ciò che tu offrirai sull'altare: due agnelli di un anno ogni giorno, per sempre.	38 'This is what you must offer on the altar: two yearling male lambs each day in perpetuity.
39 Offrirai uno di questi agnelli al mattino, il secondo al tramonto.	39 The first lamb you wil offer at dawn, and the second at twilight,
40 Con il primo agnello offrirai un decimo di 'efa' di fior di farina impastata con un quarto di 'hin' di olio vergine e una libazione di un quarto di 'hin' di vino.	40 and with the first lamb, one-tenth of a measure of fine flour mixed with one-quarter of a hin ofpounded olive oil and, for a libation, one-quarter of a hin of wine.
41 Offrirai il secondo agnello al tramonto con un'oblazione e una libazione come quelle del mattino: profumo soave, offerta consumata dal fuoco in onore del Signore.	41 The second lamb you wil offer at twilight, and do it with a similar cereal offering and libation as atdawn, as a pleasing smel , as an offering burnt for Yahweh,
42 Questo è l'olocausto perenne per le vostre generazioni, all'ingresso della tenda del convegno, alla presenza del Signore, dove io vi darò convegno per parlare con te.	42 a perpetual burnt offering for al your generations to come, at the entrance to the Tent of Meetingbefore Yahweh, where I shal meet you and speak to you.
43 Io darò convegno agli Israeliti in questo luogo, che sarà consacrato dalla mia Gloria.	43 'There I shal meet the Israelites in the place consecrated by my glory.
44 Consacrerò la tenda del convegno e l'altare. Consacrerò anche Aronne e i suoi figli, perché siano miei sacerdoti.	44 I shal consecrate the Tent of Meeting and the altar; I shall also consecrate Aaron and his sons, to bepriests in my service.
45 Abiterò in mezzo agli Israeliti e sarò il loro Dio.	45 And I shal live with the Israelites and be their God,
46 Sapranno che io sono il Signore, il loro Dio, che li ho fatti uscire dal paese d'Egitto, per abitare in mezzo a loro, io il Signore, loro Dio.	46 and they wil know that I am Yahweh their God, who brought them out of Egypt to live among them: I,Yahweh their God.'
