Ezekiel 32

1 Godine dvanaeste, dvanaestoga mjeseca, prvoga dana, dođe mi riječ Jahvina:	1 In the twelfth year, on the first day of the twelfth month, the word of Yahweh was addressed to me asfol ows,
2 »Sine čovječji, zaplači nad faraonom, kraljem egipatskim, i kaži mu: ‘Laviću narodâ, propao si! Ti bješe kao krokodil u vodi, bučio si u rijekama svojim, nogama si vodu mutio, valove joj podizao!’	2 'Son of man, raise a lament for Pharaoh king of Egypt. Say to him: "Young lion of nations, you aredestroyed! Once you were like a crocodile in the lagoons; emerging from your rivers, you churned up the waterwith your trampling and fouled their streams.
3 Ovako govori Jahve Gospod: ‘Gle, razapet ću mrežu nad tobom sa skupom mnogih naroda: oni će te u mojoj mreži izvući.	3 "The Lord Yahweh says this: I shal throw my net over you in a great concourse of nations; and theywil trawl you up in my net. Then I shal leave you high and dry,
4 Ostavit će te na zemlji, tresnuti tobom o tlo. Sve ptice nebeske na te ću pustiti i zvijeri zemaljske tobom ću nahraniti!	4 I shal throw you out into the wilds and make al the birds of heaven settle on you, and glut all thebeasts of the earth with you.
5 Meso ću ti razbacat’ po gorama, doline ću prekriti strvinom tvojom.	5 I shal strew your flesh on your mountains and fil the val eys with your corruption;
6 Istekom iz tebe zemlju ću napojiti, krvlju tvojom po gorama, i korita riječna njome napuniti.	6 I shal water the country with what flows from you, with your blood, on the mountainsides, and you wilfill the ravines.
7 A kada te utrnem, nebesa ću potamniti i zvijezde na njima ugasiti! Oblakom ću sunce zastrijeti, i mjesec svjetlošću neće svijetliti.	7 When I extinguish you I shal cover the skies and darken the stars. I shall cover the sun with cloudsand the moon wil not give its light.
8 Sva ću svjetlila na nebu zbog tebe utrnuti i mrak ću nad zemljom razastrijeti!’ – riječ je Jahve Gospoda.	8 I shal dim every luminary in heaven because of you and cover your country in darkness -declares theLord Yahweh.
9 ‘Ucvilit ću srca mnogih naroda kad izgnanike tvoje odvedem u zemlje tebi nepoznate.	9 "I shall grieve the heart of many peoples when I bring about your destruction among the nations, incountries unknown to you.
10 Narode će mnoge strava uhvatiti, a njihovi će se kraljevi nad tobom užasnuti njima naočigled. I na dan pada tvojega svatko će za svoj život neprestano strepiti.’	10 I shal stun many peoples with shock at your fate; their kings wil tremble with horror at your fate,when I brandish my sword before their eyes. The day you fal , each wil tremble in terror for his life.
11 Jer ovako govori Jahve Gospod: ‘Mač kralja babilonskoga na te će se spustiti.	11 For the Lord Yahweh says this: The sword of the king of Babylon wil overtake you.
12 Tvoje ću mnoštvo pobiti mačevima junaka, najljući od svih naroda opustošit će ponos Egipta i sve mnoštvo njegovo zatrijeti.	12 I shal make your throngs of subjects fall at the swords of my warriors. They are the most barbarousof nations. They wil annihilate the pride of Egypt, and al its throngs will be destroyed.
13 Svu ću stoku njegovu uništiti pokraj voda obilnih. Ljudska ih noga više neće gaziti niti će ih životinjski papak mutiti.	13 I shal also destroy al its cattle beside the plentiful waters. No human foot wil churn them, no animalfoot wil churn them up again;
14 Onda ću im vode opet stišati i učinit ću da im rijeke kao ulje teku!’ – riječ je Jahve Gospoda.	14 then I shal let their waters settle and make their rivers glide like oil -- declares the Lord Yahweh.
15 ‘Kad zemlju egipatsku opustošim, kad bude opljačkano što je na njoj, kad udarim sve žitelje njezine, znat će da sam ja Jahve.	15 "When I reduce Egypt to a ruin and the country is stripped of its contents, when I strike all those wholive there, they wil know that I am Yahweh.
16 Tužaljka je to koja će se naricati. Naricat će je kćeri naroda. Naricat će je nad Egiptom i nad svim njegovim mnoštvom’ – riječ je Jahve Gospoda.«	16 "Such is the lament which the daughters of the nations wil raise. They wil raise it over Egypt and allits throng. This is the lament they will raise -- declares the Lord Yahweh." '
17 Godine dvanaeste, prvoga mjeseca, petnaestoga dana, dođe mi riječ Jahvina:	17 In the twelfth year, on the fifteenth day of the first month, the word of Yahweh was addressed to meas fol ows,
18 »Sine čovječji, nariči za egipatskim mnoštvom, gurni ga, njega i kćeri naroda slavnih, u podzemni kraj, k onima što siđoše u jamu.	18 'Son of man, lament over the throng of Egypt, for down she must go with the daughters of majesticnations to the depths of the underworld with those who sink into oblivion.
19 Od koga si bolji? Siđi i počini s neobrezanima.	19 'Whom do you surpass in beauty? Down with you, make your bed with the uncircumcised,
20 Oni će pasti među one što ih mač pokosi. Ležaj će dobiti sa svim mnoštvom.	20 with those who have been slaughtered by the sword. (The sword has been given, it has been drawn.)She and al her throngs have fallen.
21 Najhrabriji junaci govorit će mu iz srca podzemlja: ‘Ti i pomoćnici tvoji siđite i počinite s neobrezanima, mačem pokošenima!’	21 From the depths of Sheol, the mightiest heroes, her al ies, wil say to her, "They have come down,they have lain down, uncircumcised, slaughtered by the sword."
22 Ondje je i Asirac i sva njegova gomila oko groba njegova – svi pobijeni, mačem pokošeni.	22 'Assyria is there and al her hordes, with their graves al round her; all of them slaughtered, fal en bythe sword;
23 Grobovi im leže na dnu jame i sva mu je gomila oko grobova njegova – svi, nekoć užas u zemlji živih, sada pobijeni, mačem pokošeni.	23 their graves have been made in the deepest part of the abyss, and her hordes, with their graves alround her; all of them slaughtered, kil ed by the sword, who once spread terror through the world of the living.
24 Ondje Elam i sve mnoštvo njegovo oko groba njegova – svi pobijeni, mačem pokošeni, neobrezani u podzemni kraj mrtvih siđoše: nekoć užas u zemlji živih, snose sad sramotu svoju s onima što u jamu siđoše.	24 'Elam is there and al her throng round her grave, al of them slaughtered, fallen by the sword; theyhave gone down uncircumcised to the depths of the underworld, who once spread terror throughout the world ofthe living. They have borne their shame with those who sink into oblivion.
25 Usred pobijenih ležaj smjestiše njemu i mnoštvu oko groba njegova – sve neobrezani, mačem probodeni: nekoć užas u zemlji živih, snose sad sramotu svoju s onima što u jamu siđoše, među pobijene položeni.	25 Among the slaughtered, they have put a bed for her, among her throng with their tombs round her, alof them uncircumcised, slaughtered by the sword for having spread terror throughout the world of the living.They have borne their shame with those who sink into oblivion. They have been put among the slaughtered.
26 Ondje je Mešek i Tubal i sve mnoštvo njegovo, s grobovima oko groba njegova – svi neobrezani, mačem probodeni, nekoć užas u zemlji živih.	26 'Meshech, Tubal are there and al her throng, with their graves round her, al of them uncircumcised,slaughtered by the sword for having spread terror through the world of the living.
27 Ne leže s junacima davno palima, u podzemlje siđoše s oružjem, s mačem pod glavom i sa štitom na kostima, jer bijahu užas junacima u zemlji živih.	27 They do not lie with the heroes who fell long ago, those who went down to Sheol ful y armed, whohad their swords laid under their heads and their shields put under their bones, since the heroes inspired theworld of the living with terror.
28 I ti ćeš ležati usred neobrezanih, mačem pokošenih.	28 But you wil be broken with the uncircumcised and lie with those slaughtered by the sword.
29 Ondje je Edom i svi njegovi kraljevi i knezovi: unatoč svojemu junaštvu, i oni leže zajedno s onima što su mačem pokošeni, s neobrezanima, s onima koji u jamu siđoše.	29 'Edom is there, her kings and al her princes who, despite their valour, have been laid with thoseslaughtered by the sword. They lie with the uncircumcised, with those who sink into oblivion.
30 Ondje su knezovi sjevera i svi Sidonci, i oni siđoše među probodene. Unatoč užasu svojega junaštva, leže neobrezani, s mačem probodenima, snoseći svoju sramotu s onima što u jamu siđoše.	30 'Al the princes of the north and al the Sidonians are there, who have gone down with theslaughtered, because of the terror which their power inspired. Ashamed, uncircumcised, they lie among thoseslaughtered by the sword and bear their shame with those who sink into oblivion.
31 Vidjet će ih faraon i utješit će se zbog svog mnoštva – faraon i sva vojska njegova mačem pokošena«, riječ je Jahve Gospoda!	31 'Pharaoh wil see them and take comfort at the sight of al this throng slaughtered by the sword --Pharaoh and al his throng -- declares the Lord Yahweh.
32 »?Jer je zadavao strah u zemlji živih, faraon i sve mnoštvo njegovo leže s neobrezanima, s mačem pokošenima« – riječ je Jahve Gospoda.	32 For having spread terror through the world of the living, he wil be laid with the uncircumcised, withthose slaughtered by the sword, Pharaoh and al his throng -- declares the Lord Yahweh.'
