2 even through the mouths of children, or of babes in arms, you make him a fortress, firm against yourfoes, to subdue the enemy and the rebel.	2 Uram, mi Urunk, Milyen csodálatos neved szerte a világon! Hisz az egeknél fenségesebb dicsőséged.
3 I look up at your heavens, shaped by your fingers, at the moon and the stars you set firm-	3 Kisdedek és csecsemők szájával hirdetteted dicséretedet ellenségeid előtt, hogy tönkretedd az ellenséget s a bosszúra kelőt.
4 what are human beings that you spare a thought for them, or the child of Adam that you care for him?	4 Hiszen ha nézem az eget, kezed művét, a holdat és a csillagokat, amelyeket alkottál,
5 Yet you have made him little less than a god, you have crowned him with glory and beauty,	5 mi az ember, hogy figyelemre méltatod, és mi az emberfia, hogy meglátogatod?
