2 Those who harry me lie in wait for me al day, countless are those who attack me from the heights.	2 Pietà di me, o Dio, perché un uomo mi perseguita,un aggressore tutto il giorno mi opprime.
3 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you,	3 Tutto il giorno mi perseguitano i miei nemici,numerosi sono quelli che dall’alto mi combattono.
4 in God, whose word I praise, in God I put my trust and have no fear, what power has human strengthover me?	4 Nell’ora della pauraio in te confido.
5 Al day long they carp at my words, their only thought is to harm me,	5 In Dio, di cui lodo la parola,in Dio confido, non avrò timore:che cosa potrà farmi un essere di carne?
6 they gather together, lie in wait and spy on my movements, as though determined to take my life.	6 Travisano tutto il giorno le mie parole,ogni loro progetto su di me è per il male.
7 Because of this crime reject them, in your anger, God, strike down the nations.	7 Congiurano, tendono insidie,spiano i miei passi, per attentare alla mia vita.
8 You yourself have counted up my sorrows, col ect my tears in your wineskin.	8 Ripagali per tanta cattiveria!Nella tua ira abbatti i popoli, o Dio.
9 Then my enemies wil turn back on the day when I cal . This I know, that God is on my side.	9 I passi del mio vagare tu li hai contati,nel tuo otre raccogli le mie lacrime:non sono forse scritte nel tuo libro?
10 In God whose word I praise, in Yahweh whose word I praise,	10 Allora si ritireranno i miei nemici,nel giorno in cui ti avrò invocato;questo io so: che Dio è per me.
11 in God I put my trust and have no fear; what can mortal man do to me?	11 In Dio, di cui lodo la parola,nel Signore, di cui lodo la parola,
12 I am bound by the vows I have made, God, I will pay you the debt of thanks,	12 in Dio confido, non avrò timore:che cosa potrà farmi un uomo?
13 for you have saved my life from death to walk in the presence of God, in the light of the living.	13 Manterrò, o Dio, i voti che ti ho fatto:ti renderò azioni di grazie,
	14 perché hai liberato la mia vita dalla morte,i miei piedi dalla caduta,per camminare davanti a Dionella luce dei viventi.
