1 Al eluia! Sing a new song to Yahweh: his praise in the assembly of the faithful!	1 Alleluia. Lodate Dio. Cantate al Signore un nuovo cantico: le laudi di lui (risuonino) nella Chiesa de' Santi.
2 Israel shall rejoice in its Maker, the children of Zion delight in their king;	2 Rallegrisi Israele in lui, che lo ha fatto, e i figliuoli di Sion esultino nel loro Re.
3 they shal dance in praise of his name, play to him on tambourines and harp!	3 Lodino il nome di lui con armonico canto: lo celebrino al suono del timpano, e del saltero:
4 For Yahweh loves his people, he will crown the humble with salvation.	4 Perché il Signore ha voluto bene al suo popolo, e i mansueti innalzerà a salute.
5 The faithful exult in glory, shout for joy as they worship him,	5 Esulteranno i Santi nella gloria: saranno lieti nelle loro mansioni.
6 praising God to the heights with their voices, a two-edged sword in their hands,	6 Hanno nella lor bocca le laudi di Dio, e nelle lor mani spade a due tagli:
7 to wreak vengeance on the nations, punishment on the peoples,	7 Per prender vendetta delle nazioni, e gastigare i popoli.
8 to load their kings with chains and their nobles with iron fetters,	8 Per legare in ceppi i loro re, e i loro grandi a catene di ferro.
9 to execute on them the judgement passed -- to the honour of al his faithful.	9 Per fare sopra di essi il giudizio, che sta già scritto: questa gloria a tutti i Santi di lui appartiene. Lodate Dio.
