Psalms 149

NEW JERUSALEM	KÁLDI-NEOVULGÁTA
1 Al eluia! Sing a new song to Yahweh: his praise in the assembly of the faithful!	1 ALLELUJA! Énekeljetek az Úrnak új éneket, zengjen a szentek gyülekezetében dicsérete!
2 Israel shall rejoice in its Maker, the children of Zion delight in their king;	2 Örvendezzék Izrael az ő alkotójának, Sion fiai ujjongjanak királyuknak!
3 they shal dance in praise of his name, play to him on tambourines and harp!	3 Dicsőítsék nevét körtánccal, dobbal és lanttal zengjenek neki!
4 For Yahweh loves his people, he will crown the humble with salvation.	4 Mert az Úr kedveli népét, diadalra juttatja az alázatosakat.
5 The faithful exult in glory, shout for joy as they worship him,	5 Ujjongnak majd a szentek dicsőségben, és örvendeznek fekvőhelyükön.
6 praising God to the heights with their voices, a two-edged sword in their hands,	6 Szájukban Isten magasztalása lesz, és kétélű kard a kezükben,
7 to wreak vengeance on the nations, punishment on the peoples,	7 hogy bosszút álljanak a nemzeteken megfenyítik a népeket,
8 to load their kings with chains and their nobles with iron fetters,	8 láncra verik királyaikat, vasbilincsbe nagyjaikat,
9 to execute on them the judgement passed -- to the honour of al his faithful.	9 és végrehajtják rajtuk a megírt ítéletet: Dicsősége lesz ez minden szentjének! ALLELUJA!
