Psalms 149

NEW JERUSALEM	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 Al eluia! Sing a new song to Yahweh: his praise in the assembly of the faithful!	1 ¡Aleluya! Canten al Señor un canto nuevo, resuene su alabanza en la asamblea de los fieles;
2 Israel shall rejoice in its Maker, the children of Zion delight in their king;	2 que Israel se alegre por su Creador y los hijos de Sión se regocijen por su Rey.
3 they shal dance in praise of his name, play to him on tambourines and harp!	3 Celebran su Nombre con danzas, cántenle con el tambor y la cítara,
4 For Yahweh loves his people, he will crown the humble with salvation.	4 porque el Señor tiene predilección por su pueblo y corona con el triunfo a los humildes.
5 The faithful exult in glory, shout for joy as they worship him,	5 Que los fieles se alegren por su gloria y canten jubilosos en sus fiestas.
6 praising God to the heights with their voices, a two-edged sword in their hands,	6 Glorifiquen a Dios con sus gargantas y empuñen la espada de dos filos:
7 to wreak vengeance on the nations, punishment on the peoples,	7 para tomar venganza de los pueblos y castigar a las naciones;
8 to load their kings with chains and their nobles with iron fetters,	8 para atar con cadenas a sus reyes, y con grillos de hierro a sus jefes.
9 to execute on them the judgement passed -- to the honour of al his faithful.	9 Así se les aplicará la sentencia dictada: esta es la victoria de todos tus fieles. ¡Aleluya!
