1 Hallelujah! Praise the LORD from the heavens; give praise in the heights.	1 ALLELUJA! Dicsérjétek az Urat az egekből, dicsérjétek őt a magasságban!
2 Praise him, all you angels; give praise, all you hosts.	2 Dicsérjétek őt, angyalai mind, dicsérjétek őt, seregei mind!
3 Praise him, sun and moon; give praise, all shining stars.	3 Dicsérjétek őt, nap és hold, dicsérjétek őt mind, ragyogó csillagok!
4 Praise him, highest heavens, you waters above the heavens.	4 Dicsérjétek őt egek egei, és minden vizek az ég felett
5 Let them all praise the LORD'S name; for the LORD commanded and they were created,	5 dicsérjék az Úr nevét! Mert ő parancsolt és azok létrejöttek,
6 Assigned them duties forever, gave them tasks that will never change.	6 felállította őket mindörökre, s el nem múló törvényt szabott nekik.

8 You lightning and hail, snow and clouds, storm winds that fulfill his command;	8 Tűz, jégeső, hó, fagy és szélvihar, amelyek parancsát teljesítik;
9 You mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars;	9 Mindnyájan ti hegyek és halmok, gyümölcstermő fák és mind a cédrusok,
10 You animals wild and tame, you creatures that crawl and fly;	10 vadállatok és minden állat, csúszómászók és szárnyasok,
11 You kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all who govern on earth;	11 föld királyai és mind a népek, fejedelmek és mind, bírái a földnek,
12 Young men and women too, old and young alike.	12 ifjak és szüzek, vének és gyermekek,
13 Let them all praise the LORD'S name, for his name alone is exalted, majestic above earth and heaven.	13 dicsérjék az Úr nevét, mert csak az ő neve magasztos. Fönsége felülmúlja az eget és a földet,
