1 Hallelujah! Praise the LORD from the heavens; give praise in the heights.	1 ALLELUIA. Laudate Dominum de caelis, laudate eum in excelsis.
2 Praise him, all you angels; give praise, all you hosts.	2 Laudate eum, omnes angeli eius, laudate eum, omnes virtutes eius.
3 Praise him, sun and moon; give praise, all shining stars.	3 Laudate eum, sol et luna, laudate eum, omnes stellae lucentes.
4 Praise him, highest heavens, you waters above the heavens.	4 Laudate eum, caeli caelorum et aquae omnes, quae super caelos sunt. -
5 Let them all praise the LORD'S name; for the LORD commanded and they were created,	5 Laudent nomen Domini, quia ipse mandavit, et creata sunt;
6 Assigned them duties forever, gave them tasks that will never change.	6 statuit ea in aeternum et in saeculum saeculi; praeceptum posuit, et non praeteribit.
7 Praise the LORD from the earth, you sea monsters and all deep waters;	7 Laudate Dominum de terra, dracones et omnes abyssi,
8 You lightning and hail, snow and clouds, storm winds that fulfill his command;	8 ignis, grando, nix, fumus, spiritus procellarum, qui facit verbum eius,
9 You mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars;	9 montes et omnes colles, ligna fructifera et omnes cedri,
10 You animals wild and tame, you creatures that crawl and fly;	10 bestiae et universa pecora, serpentes et volucres pennatae.
11 You kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all who govern on earth;	11 Reges terrae et omnes populi, principes et omnes iudices terrae,
12 Young men and women too, old and young alike.	12 iuvenes et virgines, senes cum iunioribus
13 Let them all praise the LORD'S name, for his name alone is exalted, majestic above earth and heaven.	13 laudent nomen Domini, quia exaltatum est nomen eius solius. Magnificentia eius super caelum et terram,
14 The LORD has lifted high the horn of his people; to the glory of all the faithful, of Israel, the people near to their God. Hallelujah!	14 et exaltavit cornu populi sui. Hymnus omnibus sanctis eius, filiis Israel, populo, qui propinquus est ei. ALLELUIA.
