1 Then the LORD said to Moses,	1 O Senhor falou a Moisés, dizendo:
2 "On the first day of the first month you shall erect the Dwelling of the meeting tent.	2 No primeiro dia do primeiro mês, levantarás o tabernáculo da reunião
3 Put the ark of the commandments in it, and screen off the ark with the veil.	3 e porás nele a arca, e estenderás o véu diante dela;
4 Bring in the table and set it. Then bring in the lampstand and set up the lamps on it.	4 trazida para dentro a mesa, porás sobre ela o que foi legitimamente mandado. Estará (no tabernáculo) o candeeiro com as suas lâmpadas,
5 Put the golden altar of incense in front of the ark of the commandments, and hang the curtain at the entrance of the Dwelling.	5 e o altar de ouro, sobre o qual se queime o incenso, diante da arca do testemunho. Estenderás um véu à entrada do tabernáculo,
6 Put the altar of holocausts in front of the entrance of the Dwelling of the meeting tent.	6 e diante dele (colocarás) o altar dos holocaustos.
7 Place the laver between the meeting tent and the altar, and put water in it.	7 (Colocarás) a bacia, que encherás de água, entre o altar e o tabernáculo.
8 Set up the court round about, and put the curtain at the entrance of the court.	8 Cercarás de cortinas o átrio e a sua entrada.
9 "Take the anointing oil and anoint the Dwelling and everything in it, consecrating it and all its furnishings, so that it will be sacred.	9 Tomado o óleo da unção, ungirás o tabernáculo com seus utensílios, para ficarem santificados;
10 Anoint the altar of holocausts and all its appurtenances, consecrating it, so that it will be most sacred.	10 ungirás o altar dos holocaustos e todos os seus utensílios; consagrarás o altar e ele será santíssimo:
11 Likewise, anoint the laver with its base, and thus consecrate it.	11 ungirás a bacia com a sua base e consagrá-la-ás.
12 "Then bring Aaron and his sons to the entrance of the meeting tent, and there wash them with water.	12 Farás chegar Aarão e seus filhos à entrada do tabernáculo da reunião, e depois de lavados em água,
13 Clothe Aaron with the sacred vestments and anoint him, thus consecrating him as my priest.	13 os revestirás das vestes sagradas, para que me sirvam, e a sua unção conferirá, a ele e aos seus descendentes, um sacerdócio perpétuo.
14 Bring forward his sons also, and clothe them with the tunics.	14 Moisés fez tudo o que o Senhor lhe mandara.
15 As you have anointed their father, anoint them also as my priests. Thus, by being anointed, shall they receive a perpetual priesthood throughout all future generations."	15 No primeiro mês do segundo ano, no primeiro dia do mês, foi levantado o tabernáculo.
16 Moses did exactly as the LORD had commanded him.	16 Moisés erigiu-o, pôs (nos seus lugares) as tábuas, as bases e os barrotes, levantou as colunas,
17 On the first day of the first month of the second year the Dwelling was erected.	17 e estendeu o tecto sobre o tabernáculo, pondo por cima dele a coberta, como o Senhor tinha mandado.
18 It was Moses who erected the Dwelling. He placed its pedestals, set up its boards, put in its bars, and set up its columns.	18 Pôs também o testemunho na arca, metidos por baixo os varais, (ficando) em cima o oráculo.
19 He spread the tent over the Dwelling and put the covering on top of the tent, as the LORD had commanded him.	19 Tendo introduzido a arca no tabernáculo, suspendeu diante dela o véu, para cumprir o mandado do Senhor.
20 He took the commandments and put them in the ark; he placed poles alongside the ark and set the propitiatory upon it.	20 Pôs também a mesa no tabernáculo da reunião, da parte setentrional, fora do véu,
21 He brought the ark into the Dwelling and hung the curtain veil, thus screening off the ark of the commandments, as the LORD had commanded him.	21 dispostos por ordem diante (do Senhor) os pães da proposição, como o Senhor tinha mandado a Moisés.
22 He put the table in the meeting tent, on the north side of the Dwelling, outside the veil,	22 Pôs também o candeeiro no tabernáculo da reunião na parte austral, defronte da mesa,
23 and arranged the bread on it before the LORD, as the LORD had commanded him.	23 e colocou nos seus lugares as lâmpadas, conforme o mandado do Senhor.
24 He placed the lampstand in the meeting tent, opposite the table, on the south side of the Dwelling,	24 Pôs também o altar de ouro no tabernáculo da reunião, defronte do véu,
25 and he set up the lamps before the LORD, as the LORD had commanded him.	25 e queimou sobre ele o incenso dos aromas, como o Senhor tinha ordenado a Moisés.
26 He placed the golden altar in the meeting tent, in front of the veil,	26 Pôs também a cortina à entrada do tabernáculo da reunião,
27 and on it he burned fragrant incense, as the LORD had commanded him.	27 e o altar dos holocaustos no vestíbulo do tabernáculo, oferecendo nele holocaustos e sacrifícios como o Senhor tinha mandado.
28 He hung the curtain at the entrance of the Dwelling.	28 Pôs, além disso, a bacia entre o tabernáculo da reunião e o altar, enchendo-a de água.
29 He put the altar of holocausts in front of the entrance of the Dwelling of the meeting tent, and offered holocausts and cereal offerings on it, as the LORD had commanded him.	29 Moisés, Aarão e seus filhos lavaram as suas mãos e pés,
30 He placed the laver between the meeting tent and the altar, and put water in it for washing.	30 quando estavam para entrar no tabernáculo da reunião e para se aproximar do altar, como o Senhor tinha ordenado a Moisés.
31 Moses and Aaron and his sons used to wash their hands and feet there,	31 Erigiu também o átrio ao redor do tabernáculo e do altar, lançando a cortina à sua entrada. Depois de acabadas todas estas coisas,
32 for they washed themselves whenever they went into the meeting tent or approached the altar, as the LORD had commanded Moses.	32 a nuvem cobriu o tabernáculo da reunião, e a glória do Senhor o encheu.
33 Finally, he set up the court around the Dwelling and the altar and hung the curtain at the entrance of the court. Thus Moses finished all the work.	33 Moisés não podia entrar no tabernáculo da reunião visto que a nuvem cobria tudo, e a majestade do Senhor resplandecia, tendo a nuvem coberto todas as coisas.
34 Then the cloud covered the meeting tent, and the glory of the LORD filled the Dwelling.	34 Quando a nuvem deixava o tabernáculo, os filhos de Israel partiam divididos pelas suas turmas:
35 Moses could not enter the meeting tent, because the cloud settled down upon it and the glory of the LORD filled the Dwelling.	35 se ficava suspensa em cima, permaneciam no mesmo lugar,
36 Whenever the cloud rose from the Dwelling, the Israelites would set out on their journey.	36 pois a nuvem do Senhor, de dia, repousava sobre o tabernáculo, e de noite aparecia nela uma chama, à vista de todo o povo de Israel, em todo o tempo que durou a sua caminhada.
37 But if the cloud did not lift, they would not go forward; only when it lifted did they go forward.
38 In the daytime the cloud of the LORD was seen over the Dwelling; whereas at night, fire was seen in the cloud by the whole house of Israel in all the stages of their journey.
