1 Salmo, e cantico della rissurrezione. Terra tutta quanta alza a Dio voci di giubilo: canta salmi al nome di lui, rendi a lui gloriosa laude.	1 For the leader. A psalm of David. A song.
2 Dite a Dio: quanto son terribili, o Signore, le opere tue! a cagione della tua molta possanza i tuoi nemici fingeranno con te.	2 To you we owe our hymn of praise, O God on Zion; To you our vows must be fulfilled,
3 La terra tutta adori te, e canti tue lodi: canti laude al nome tuo.	3 you who hear our prayers. To you all flesh must come
4 Venite, e osservate le opere di Dio: terribile ne' suoi consigli verso i figliuoli degli uomini.	4 with its burden of wicked deeds. We are overcome by our sins; only you can pardon them.
5 Egli converte il mare in arida terra; passeranno il fiume a piede asciutto: ivi in lui ci allegreremo.	5 Happy the chosen ones you bring to dwell in your courts. May we be filled with the good things of your house, the blessings of your holy temple!
6 Egli ha un dominio eterno per sua potenza: gli occhi di lui sono aperti sopra le nazioni: coloro, che lo irritano non si inalberino dentro di loro.	6 You answer us with awesome deeds of justice, O God our savior, The hope of all the ends of the earth and of far distant islands.
7 Benedite, o nazioni, il nostro Dio, e fate udire le voci con cui lo lo date.	7 You are robed in power, you set up the mountains by your might.
8 Egli ha serbata l'anima mia alla vita, e non ha permesso, che i miei piedi vacillassero.	8 You still the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, the tumult of the peoples.
9 Perché tu, o Dio, hai fatto prova di noi: ne hai fatto saggio col fuoco, come si fa dell'argento.	9 Distant peoples stand in awe of your marvels; east and west you make resound with joy.
10 Ci hai condotti al laccio: hai aggravate di tribolazioni le nostre spalle: duri uomini hai messi sopra le nostre teste.	10 You visit the earth and water it, make it abundantly fertile. God's stream is filled with water; with it you supply the world with grain. Thus do you prepare the earth:
11 Siam passati pel fuoco, e per l'acqua, ma ci hai quindi condotti in lungo di ristoro.	11 you drench plowed furrows, and level their ridges. With showers you keep the ground soft, blessing its young sprouts.
12 Entrerò nella tua casa per offerire olocausti: scioglierò i voti pronunziati dalle mie labbra:	12 You adorn the year with your bounty; your paths drip with fruitful rain.
13 E i quali la mia bocca proferì nel tempo di mia tribolazione.	13 The untilled meadows also drip; the hills are robed with joy.
14 Ti offerirò pingui olocausti col fumo de' capri: ti offerirò de' bovi, e de' montoni.	14 The pastures are clothed with flocks, the valleys blanketed with grain; they cheer and sing for joy.
15 Venite, udite tutti voi, che temete Dio, e racconterò quanto grandi cose ha fatto Dio per l'anima mia.
16 A lui alzai le grida della mia bocca, e lo ho glorificato colla mia lingua.
17 Se io vedessi nel cuor mio l'iniquità, il Signore non mi esaudirebbe.
18 Ma Dio mi ha esaudito, e ha dato udienza alla voce delle mie suppliche.
19 Benedetto Dio, il quale non ha allontanato da me né la mia orazione, né la sua misericordia.
