| 1 Yahveh habló así a Moisés: | 1 The LORD said to Moses, |
| 2 «Toma a Aarón y con él a sus hijos, y también las vestiduras, el óleo de la unción, el novillo para el sacrificio por el pecado, los dos carneros y el canastillo de los ázimos; | 2 "Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bull of the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread; |
| 3 y congrega a toda la comunidad a la entrada de la Tienda del Encuentro.» | 3 and assemble all the congregation at the door of the tent of meeting." |
| 4 Moisés hizo como Yahveh le había mandado, y se congregó la comunidad a la entrada de la Tienda del Encuentro. | 4 And Moses did as the LORD commanded him; and the congregation was assembled at the door of the tent of meeting. |
| 5 Moisés dijo a la comunidad: «Esto es lo que Yahveh ha ordenado hacer.» | 5 And Moses said to the congregation, "This is the thing which the LORD has commanded to be done." |
| 6 Moisés mandó entonces que Aarón y sus hijos se acercaran y los lavó con agua. | 6 And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water. |
| 7 Puso sobre Aarón la túnica y se la ciñó con la faja; lo vistió con el manto y poniéndole encima el efod, se lo ciñó atándoselo con la cinta del efod. | 7 And he put on him the coat, and girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod upon him, and girded him with the skilfully woven band of the ephod, binding it to him therewith. |
| 8 Luego, le impuso el pectoral en el que depositó el Urim y el Tummim. | 8 And he placed the breastpiece on him, and in the breastpiece he put the Urim and the Thummim. |
| 9 Colocó también la tiara sobre su cabeza y puso en su parte delantera la lámina de oro, la diadema santa, como Yahveh había mandado a Moisés. | 9 And he set the turban upon his head, and on the turban, in front, he set the golden plate, the holy crown, as the LORD commanded Moses. |
| 10 Después Moisés tomó el óleo de la unción y ungió la Morada con todas las cosas que contenía para consagrarlas. | 10 Then Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in it, and consecrated them. |
| 11 Roció con él por siete veces el altar y ungió el altar con todos su utensilios, así como la pila con su base, para consagrarlos. | 11 And he sprinkled some of it on the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its utensils, and the laver and its base, to consecrate them. |
| 12 Y derramando óleo de la unción sobre la cabeza de Aarón, lo ungió para consagrarlo. | 12 And he poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron's head, and anointed him, to consecrate him. |
| 13 Luego Moisés mandó que se acercaran los hijos de Aarón; los vistió con las túnicas, les ciñó la faja y les puso las mitras, como Yahveh había mandado a Moisés. | 13 And Moses brought Aaron's sons, and clothed them with coats, and girded them with girdles, and bound caps on them, as the LORD commanded Moses. |
| 14 Después hizo traer el novillo para el sacrificio por el pecado, y Aarón y sus hijos impusieron las manos sobre la cabeza del novillo, víctima por el pecado. | 14 Then he brought the bull of the sin offering; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bull of the sin offering. |
| 15 Moisés lo inmoló. Tomó la sangre y mojó con su dedo los cuernos del altar, todo en derredor, para purificarlo. Después derramó la sangre al pie del altar; de esta manera lo consagró haciendo por él la expiación. | 15 And Moses killed it, and took the blood, and with his finger put it on the horns of the altar round about, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar, and consecrated it, to make atonement for it. |
| 16 Tomó luego todo el sebo que cubre las entrañas, el que queda junto al hígado, y los dos riñones con su sebo; y lo quemó Moisés sobre el altar. | 16 And he took all the fat that was on the entrails, and the appendage of the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, and Moses burned them on the altar. |
| 17 Pero en cuanto a la piel, la carne y los excrementos del novillo, los quemó fuera del campamento, como Yahveh había mandado a Moisés. | 17 But the bull, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung, he burned with fire outside the camp, as the LORD commanded Moses. |
| 18 Después hizo traer el carnero del holocausto, sobre cuya cabeza Aarón y sus hijos impusieron las manos. | 18 Then he presented the ram of the burnt offering; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram. |
| 19 Moisés lo inmoló y roció con la sangre todos los lados del altar. | 19 And Moses killed it, and threw the blood upon the altar round about. |
| 20 El carnero fue partido en trozos y Moisés quemó la cabeza, los trozos y el sebo; | 20 And when the ram was cut into pieces, Moses burned the head and the pieces and the fat. |
| 21 después de lavar en agua las entrañas y las patas, Moisés quemó todo el carnero en el altar, como holocausto de calmante aroma, manjar abrasado para Yahveh, como Yahveh había mandado a Moisés. | 21 And when the entrails and the legs were washed with water, Moses burned the whole ram on the altar, as a burnt offering, a pleasing odor, an offering by fire to the LORD, as the LORD commanded Moses. |
| 22 Hizo luego traer el segundo carnero, el carnero del sacrificio de la investidura, y Aarón y sus hijos impusieron las manos sobre la cabeza del carnero. | 22 Then he presented the other ram, the ram of ordination; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram. |
| 23 Moisés lo inmoló, y, tomando su sangre, mojó el lóbulo de la oreja derecha de Aarón, el pulgar de su mano derecha de Aarón, el pulgar de su mano derecha y el de su pie derecho. | 23 And Moses killed it, and took some of its blood and put it on the tip of Aaron's right ear and on the thumb of his right hand and on the great toe of his right foot. |
| 24 Después Moisés hizo que se acercaran los hijos de Aarón, les untó con la sangre el lóbulo de la oreja derecha, el pulgar de su mano derecha y el de su pie derecho; y derramó la sangre sobre el altar, todo en derredor. | 24 And Aaron's sons were brought, and Moses put some of the blood on the tips of their right ears and on the thumbs of their right hands and on the great toes of their right feet; and Moses threw the blood upon the altar round about. |
| 25 Tomó luego el sebo: el rabo, todo el sebo que cubre las entrañas, el que queda junto al hígado, los dos riñones con su sebo y la pierna derecha. | 25 Then he took the fat, and the fat tail, and all the fat that was on the entrails, and the appendage of the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, and the right thigh; |
| 26 Sacó del canastillo de los ázimos que estaba ante Yahveh un pan ázimo, una torta de pan amasada con aceite y otra torta untada, y las puso sobre el sebo y sobre la pierna derecha. | 26 and out of the basket of unleavened bread which was before the LORD he took one unleavened cake, and one cake of bread with oil, and one wafer, and placed them on the fat and on the right thigh; |
| 27 Entregó todo esto en manos de Aarón y en manos de sus hijos haciéndolo mecer como ofrenda mecida ante Yahveh. | 27 and he put all these in the hands of Aaron and in the hands of his sons, and waved them as a wave offering before the LORD. |
| 28 Moisés lo recibió de sus manos y lo quemó en el altar, encima del holocausto. Era el sacrificio de investidura, calmante aroma, manjar abrasado en honor de Yahveh. | 28 Then Moses took them from their hands, and burned them on the altar with the burnt offering, as an ordination offering, a pleasing odor, an offering by fire to the LORD. |
| 29 Moisés tomó entonces el pecho y lo meció como ofrenda mecida ante Yahveh; era ésta la porción del carnero de la investidura que pertenecía a Moisés, como Yahveh se lo había mandado. | 29 And Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave offering before the LORD; it was Moses' portion of the ram of ordination, as the LORD commanded Moses. |
| 30 Después Moisés tomó óleo de la unción y sangre de la que había encima del altar, roció a Aarón y sus vestiduras de sus hijos. Así consagró a Aarón y sus vestiduras, así como a sus hijos y las vestiduras de sus hijos. | 30 Then Moses took some of the anointing oil and of the blood which was on the altar, and sprinkled it upon Aaron and his garments, and also upon his sons and his sons' garments; so he consecrated Aaron and his garments, and his sons and his sons' garments with him. |
| 31 Moisés dijo a Aarón y a sus hijos: «Coced la carne a la entrada de la Tienda del Encuentro y comedla allí mismo; comed también el pan del canastillo de la investidura tal como lo he mandado diciendo: Aarón y sus hijos lo comerán. | 31 And Moses said to Aaron and his sons, "Boil the flesh at the door of the tent of meeting, and there eat it and the bread that is in the basket of ordination offerings, as I commanded, saying, 'Aaron and his sons shall eat it'; |
| 32 Quemaréis la carne sobrante y el pan. | 32 and what remains of the flesh and the bread you shall burn with fire. |
| 33 Y no os apartaréis de la entrada de la Tienda del Encuentro por espacio de siete días, hasta el día en que se cumplan los días de vuestra investidura; porque siete días durará vuestra investidura. | 33 And you shall not go out from the door of the tent of meeting for seven days, until the days of your ordination are completed, for it will take seven days to ordain you. |
| 34 Yahveh mandó que se procediera como se ha procedido hoy para hacer expiación por vosotros. | 34 As has been done today, the LORD has commanded to be done to make atonement for you. |
| 35 Así quedaréis siete días, día y noche, a la entrada de la Tienda del Encuentro, guardando la norma de Yahveh para no morir, pues así me fue ordenado.» | 35 At the door of the tent of meeting you shall remain day and night for seven days, performing what the LORD has charged, lest you die; for so I am commanded." |
| 36 Aarón y sus hijos hicieron cuanto Yahveh había mandado por medio de Moisés. | 36 And Aaron and his sons did all the things which the LORD commanded by Moses. |
