1 The Lamb then broke the seventh seal, and there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.	1 Cuando el Cordero abrió el séptimo sello, se hizo silencio en el cielo, como una media hora...
2 Next I saw seven trumpets being given to the seven angels who stand in the presence of God.	2 Vi entonces a los siete Angeles que están en pie delante de Dios; les fueron entregadas siete trompetas.
3 Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. A large quantity of incense wasgiven to him to offer with the prayers of al the saints on the golden altar that stood in front of the throne;	3 Otro Angel vino y se puso junto al altar con un badil de oro. Se le dieron muchos perfumes para que, con las oraciones de todos los santos, los ofreciera sobre el altar de oro colocado delante del trono.
4 and so from the angel's hand the smoke of the incense went up in the presence of God and with it theprayers of the saints.	4 Y por mano del Angel subió delante de Dios la humareda de los perfumes con las oraciones de los santos.
5 Then the angel took the censer and fil ed it from the fire of the altar, which he then hurled down onto theearth; immediately there came peals of thunder and flashes of lightning, and the earth shook.	5 Y el Angel tomó el badil y lo llenó con brasas del altar y las arrojó sobre la tierra. Entonces hubo truenos, fragor, relámpagos y temblor de tierra.
6 The seven angels that had the seven trumpets now made ready to sound them.	6 Los siete Angeles de las siete trompetas se dispusieron a tocar.
7 The first blew his trumpet and, with that, hail and fire, mixed with blood, were hurled on the earth: a thirdof the earth was burnt up, and a third of al trees, and every blade of grass was burnt.	7 Tocó el primero... Hubo entonces pedrisco y fuego mezclados con sangre, que fueron arrojados sobre la tierra: la tercera parte de los árboles quedó abrasada, toda hierba verde quedó abrasada.
8 The second angel blew his trumpet, and it was as though a great mountain blazing with fire was hurledinto the sea: a third of the sea turned into blood,	8 Tocó el segundo Angel... Entonces fue arrojado al mar algo como una enorme montaña ardiendo, y la tercera parte del mar se convirtió en sangre.
9 a third of al the living things in the sea were kil ed, and a third of all ships were destroyed.	9 Pereció la tercera parte de las criaturas del mar que tienen vida, y la tercera parte de las naves fue destruida.
10 The third angel blew his trumpet, and a huge star fel from the sky, burning like a ball of fire, and it felon a third of all rivers and on the springs of water;	10 Tocó el tercer Angel... Entonces cayó del cielo una estrella grande, ardiendo como una antorcha. Cayó sobre la tercera parte de los ríos y sobre las manantiales de agua.
11 this was the star called Wormwood, and a third of al water turned to wormwood, so that many peopledied; the water had become so bitter.	11 La estrella se llama Ajenjo. La tercera parte de las aguas se convirtió en ajenjo, y mucha gente murió por las aguas, que se habían vuelto amargas.
12 The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun and a third of the moon and a third of thestars were blasted, so that the light went out of a third of them and the day lost a third of its il umination, andlikewise the night.	12 Tocó el cuarto Angel... Entonces fue herida la tercera parte del sol, la tercera parte de la luna y la tercera parte de las estrellas; quedó en sombra la tercera parte de ellos; el día perdió una tercera parte de su claridad y lo mismo la noche.
13 In my vision, I heard an eagle, cal ing aloud as it flew high overhead, 'Disaster, disaster, disaster, onal the people on earth at the sound of the other three trumpets which the three angels have yet to blow!'	13 Y seguí viendo: Oí un Aguila que volaba por lo alto del cielo y decía con fuerte voz: «¡Ay, ay, ay de los habitantes de la tierra, cuando suenen las voces que quedan de las trompetas de los tres Angeles que van a tocar!»
