Revelation 20

1 Then I saw an angel come down from heaven with the key of the Abyss in his hand and an enormouschain.	1 וארא מלאך יורד מן השמים ובידו מפתח התהום וכבל גדול
2 He overpowered the dragon, that primeval serpent which is the devil and Satan, and chained him upfor a thousand years.	2 ויתפש את התנין את הנחש הקדמוני הוא המלשין והוא השטן ויאסרהו לאלף שנים
3 He hurled him into the Abyss and shut the entrance and sealed it over him, to make sure he would notlead the nations astray again until the thousand years had passed. At the end of that time he must be released,but only for a short while.	3 וישליכהו בתהום ויסגר בעדו ויחתם עליו למען לא ידיח עוד את הגוים עד כלות אלף השנים ואחרי כן יתר לזמן מצער
4 Then I saw thrones, where they took their seats, and on them was conferred the power to givejudgement. I saw the souls of al who had been beheaded for having witnessed for Jesus and for havingpreached God's word, and those who refused to worship the beast or his statue and would not accept the brand-mark on their foreheads or hands; they came to life, and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.	4 וארא כסאות וישבו עליהם והמשפט נתן בידם ונפשות ההרוגים על עדות ישוע ועל דבר האלהים ואשר לא השתחוו לחיה ולצלמה ולא קבלו את תוה על מצחותם ועל ידם ויקומו ויחיו וימלכו עם המשיח אלף שנים
5 The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were over; this is the firstresurrection.	5 ושאר המתים לא קמו לחיים עד כלות אלף השנים זאת היא התחיה הראשונה
6 Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection; the second death has no power overthem but they wil be priests of God and of Christ and reign with him for a thousand years.	6 אשרי האיש וקדוש הוא אשר חלקו לקום בתחיה הראשונה באלה לא ישלט המות השני כי אם יהיו כהנים לאלהים ולמשיחו וימלכו אתו אלף שנים
7 When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison	7 ואחרי כלות אלף השנים יתר השטן מבית משמרו
8 and wil come out to lead astray all the nations in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, andmobilise them for war, his armies being as many as the sands of the sea.	8 ויצא להדיח את הגוים בארבע כנפות הארץ את גוג ומגוג ולקבצם למלחמה אשר מספרם כחול הים
9 They came swarming over the entire country and besieged the camp of the saints, which is thebeloved City. But fire rained down on them from heaven and consumed them.	9 ויעלו על מרחבי ארץ ויסבו את מחנה הקדשים ואת העיר החביבה ותרד אש מאת האלהים מן השמים ותאכל אתם
10 Then the devil, who led them astray, was hurled into the lake of fire and sulphur, where the beast andthe false prophet are, and their torture wil not come to an end, day or night, for ever and ever.	10 והשטן אשר הדיחם השלך באגם אש וגפרית אשר שם גם החיה ונביא השקר ויסרו יומם ולילה לעולמי עולמים
11 Then I saw a great white throne and the One who was sitting on it. In his presence, earth and skyvanished, leaving no trace.	11 וארא כסא לבן וגדול ואת הישב עליו אשר מפניו נסו ארץ ושמים ולא נמצא להם מקום
12 I saw the dead, great and smal alike, standing in front of his throne while the books lay open. Andanother book was opened, which is the book of life, and the dead were judged from what was written in thebooks, as their deeds deserved.	12 וארא את המתים הקטנים עם הגדלים עמדים לפני הכסא וספרים נפתחים ויפתח ספר אחר אשר הוא ספר החיים וישפטו המתים על פי הכתוב בספרים כמעשיהם
13 The sea gave up all the dead who were in it;	13 ויתן הים את מתיו והמות והשאול נתנו את מתיהם וישפטו איש איש כמעשיהם
14 Death and Hades were emptied of the dead that were in them; and every one was judged as hisdeeds deserved. Then Death and Hades were hurled into the burning lake. This burning lake is the seconddeath;	14 והמות והשאול השלכו באגם האש והוא המות השני
15 and anybody whose name could not be found written in the book of life was hurled into the burninglake.	15 וכל איש אשר לא נמצא כתוב בספר החיים השלך באגם האש
