Revelation 18

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 After this, I saw another angel come down from heaven, with great authority given to him; the earthshone with his glory.	1 ثم بعد هذا رأيت ملاكا آخر نازلا من السماء له سلطان عظيم واستنارت الارض من بهائه.
2 At the top of his voice he shouted, 'Babylon has fal en, Babylon the Great has fallen, and has becomethe haunt of devils and a lodging for every foul spirit and dirty, loathsome bird.	2 وصرخ بشدة بصوت عظيم قائلا سقطت سقطت بابل العظيمة وصارت مسكنا لشياطين ومحرسا لكل روح نجس ومحرسا لكل طائر نجس وممقوت
3 Al the nations have drunk deep of the wine of her prostitution; every king on the earth has prostitutedhimself with her, and every merchant grown rich through her debauchery.'	3 لانه من خمر غضب زناها قد شرب جميع الامم وملوك الارض زنوا معها وتجار الارض استغنوا من وفرة نعيمها
4 Another voice spoke from heaven; I heard it say, 'Come out, my people, away from her, so that you donot share in her crimes and have the same plagues to bear.	4 ثم سمعت صوتا آخر من السماء قائلا اخرجوا منها يا شعبي لئلا تشتركوا في خطاياها ولئلا تأخذوا من ضرباتها
5 Her sins have reached up to the sky, and God has her crimes in mind: treat her as she has treatedothers.	5 لان خطاياها لحقت السماء وتذكر الله آثامها.
6 She must be paid double the amount she exacted. She is to have a doubly strong cup of her ownmixture.	6 جازوها كما هي ايضا جازتكم وضاعفوا لها ضعفا نظير اعمالها. في الكاس التي مزجت فيها امزجوا لها ضعفا.
7 Every one of her pomps and orgies is to be matched by a torture or an agony. I am enthroned asqueen, she thinks; I am no widow and wil never know bereavement.	7 بقدر ما مجدت نفسها وتنعمت بقدر ذلك اعطوها عذابا وحزنا لانها تقول في قلبها انا جالسة ملكة ولست ارملة ولن ارى حزنا.
8 For that, in one day, the plagues wil fal on her: disease and mourning and famine. She wil be burnedto the ground. The Lord God who has condemned her is mighty.'	8 من اجل ذلك في يوم واحد ستأتي ضرباتها موت وحزن وجوع وتحترق بالنار لان الرب الاله الذي يدينها قوي
9 'There will be mourning and weeping for her by the kings of the earth who have prostituted themselveswith her and held orgies with her. They see the smoke as she burns,	9 وسيبكي وينوح عليها ملوك الارض الذين زنوا وتنعموا معها حينما ينظرون دخان حريقها
10 while they keep at a safe distance through fear of her anguish. They wil say: Mourn, mourn for thisgreat city, Babylon, so powerful a city, in one short hour your doom has come upon you.	10 واقفين من بعيد لاجل خوف عذابها قائلين ويل ويل. المدينة العظيمة بابل المدينة القوية. لانه في ساعة واحدة جاءت دينونتك.
11 'There wil be weeping and distress over her among al the traders of the earth when no one is left tobuy their cargoes of goods;	11 ويبكي تجار الارض وينوحون عليها لان بضائعهم لا يشتريها احد فيما بعد
12 their stocks of gold and silver, jewels and pearls, linen and purple and silks and scarlet; al thesandalwood, every piece in ivory or fine wood, in bronze or iron or marble;	12 بضائع من الذهب والفضة والحجر الكريم واللؤلؤ والبز والارجوان والحرير والقرمز وكل عود ثيني وكل اناء من العاج وكل اناء من اثمن الخشب والنحاس والحديد والمرمر
13 the cinnamon and spices, the myrrh and ointment and incense; wine, oil, flour and corn; their stocksof cattle, sheep, horses and chariots, their slaves and their human cargo.	13 وقرفة وبخورا وطيبا ولبانا وخمرا وزيتا وسميذا وحنطة وبهائم وغنما وخيلا ومركبات واجساد ونفوس الناس.
14 'Al the fruits you had set your hearts on have failed you; gone for ever, never to return again, is yourlife of magnificence and ease.	14 وذهب عنك جنى شهوة نفسك وذهب عنك كل ما هو مشحم وبهي ولن تجديه في ما بعد.
15 'The traders who had made a fortune out of her wil be standing at a safe distance through fear of heranguish, mourning and weeping.	15 تجار هذه الاشياء الذين استغنوا منها سيقفون من بعيد من اجل خوف عذابها يبكون وينوحون
16 They wil be saying: Mourn, mourn for this great city; for al the linen and purple and scarlet that youwore, for al your finery of gold and jewels and pearls;	16 ويقولون ويل ويل. المدينة العظيمة المتسربلة ببز وارجوان وقرمز والمتحلية بذهب وحجر كريم ولؤلؤ
17 your huge riches are al destroyed within a single hour.' Al the captains and seafaring men, sailorsand all those who make a living from the sea kept a safe distance,	17 لانه في ساعة واحدة خرب غنى مثل هذا. وكل ربان وكل الجماعة في السفن والملاحون وجميع عمال البحر وقفوا من بعيد
18 watching the smoke as she burned, and crying out, 'Has there ever been a city as great as this!'	18 وصرخوا اذ نظروا دخان حريقها قائلين اية مدينة مثل المدينة العظيمة.
19 They threw dust on their heads and said, with tears and groans: 'Mourn, mourn for this great citywhose lavish living has made a fortune for every owner of a sea-going ship, ruined within a single hour.	19 وألقوا ترابا على رؤوسهم وصرخوا باكين ونائحين قائلين. ويل ويل. المدينة العظيمة التي فيها استغنى جميع الذين لهم سفن في البحر من نفائسها لانها في ساعة واحدة خربت.
20 'Now heaven, celebrate her downfall, and all you saints, apostles and prophets: God has givenjudgement for you against her.'	20 افرحي لها ايتها السماء والرسل القديسون والانبياء لان الرب قد دانها دينونتكم
21 Then a powerful angel picked up a boulder like a great mil stone, and as he hurled it into the sea, hesaid, 'That is how the great city of Babylon is going to be hurled down, never to be seen again.	21 ورفع ملاك واحد قوي حجرا كرحى عظيمة ورماه في البحر قائلا هكذا بدفع سترمى بابل المدينة العظيمة ولن توجد فيما بعد.
22 Never again in you will be heard the song of harpists and minstrels, the music of flute and trumpet;never again wil craftsmen of every skill be found in you or the sound of the handmil be heard;	22 وصوت الضاربين بالقيثارة والمغنين والمزمرين والنافخين بالبوق لن يسمع فيك فيما بعد. وكل صانع صناعة لن يوجد فيك فيما بعد. وصوت رحى لن يسمع فيك فيما بعد.
23 never again wil shine the light of the lamp in you, never again wil be heard in you the voices ofbridegroom and bride. Your traders were the princes of the earth, al the nations were led astray by your sorcery.	23 ونور سراج لن يضيء فيك فيما بعد. وصوت عريس وعروس لن يسمع فيك فيما بعد. لان تجارك كانوا عظماء الارض. اذ بسحرك ضلت جميع الامم.
24 In her was found the blood of prophets and saints, and all the blood that was ever shed on earth.'	24 وفيها وجد دم انبياء وقديسين وجميع من قتل على الارض
