1 Continue to love each other like brothers,	1 אהבת האחים תעמד
2 and remember always to welcome strangers, for by doing this, some people have entertained angelswithout knowing it.	2 הכנסת ארחים אל תשכחו כי יש אשר הכניסו בה מלאכים ולא ידעו
3 Keep in mind those who are in prison, as though you were in prison with them; and those who arebeing badly treated, since you too are in the body.	3 זכרו את האסורים כאלו אתם אסורים עמהם ואת הנלחצים באשר גם אתם בבשר
4 Marriage must be honoured by al , and marriages must be kept undefiled, because the sexuallyimmoral and adulterers wil come under God's judgement.	4 האישות תיקר בכל וערש יצועכם אל יחלל את הזנים ואת המנאפים ידין אלהים
5 Put avarice out of your lives and be content with whatever you have; God himself has said: I shal notfail you or desert you,	5 רחקו מאהבת כסף ושמחו בחלקכם כי הוא אמר לא ארפך ולא אעזבך
6 and so we can say with confidence: With the Lord on my side, I fear nothing: what can human beingsdo to me?	6 על כן נבטח ונאמר יהוה לי בעזרי לא אירא מה יעשה לי אדם
7 Remember your leaders, who preached the word of God to you, and as you reflect on the outcome oftheir lives, take their faith as your model.	7 זכרו את מנהיגיכם אשר הגידו לכם את דבר האלהים בינו לאחרית דרכם ולכו באמונתם
8 Jesus Christ is the same today as he was yesterday and as he wil be for ever.	8 ישוע המשיח גם תמול גם היום הוא הוא וגם לעולמים
9 Do not be led astray by al sorts of strange doctrines: it is better to rely on grace for inner strength thanon food, which has done no good to those who concentrate on it.	9 אל תנועו בתורות שנות וזרות כי טוב לכונן לבנו בחסד ולא בעניני מאכל אשר לא הועילו למתהלכים בהם
10 We have our own altar from which those who serve the Tent have no right to eat.	10 יש לנו מזבח אשר אינם רשאים לאכל מעליו משרתי המשכן
11 The bodies of the animals whose blood is taken into the sanctuary by the high priest for the rite ofexpiation are burnt outside the camp,	11 כי הבהמות אשר הובא דמן בקדש לכפרת החטא על ידי הכהן הגדול גויתיהן נשרפו מחוץ למחנה
12 and so Jesus too suffered outside the gate to sanctify the people with his own blood.	12 בעבור זאת גם ישוע למען קדש בדמו את העם ענה מחוץ לשער
13 Let us go to him, then, outside the camp, and bear his humiliation.	13 לכן נצאה נא אליו אל מחוץ למחנה ונשא את חרפתו
14 There is no permanent city for us here; we are looking for the one which is yet to be.	14 כי פה אין לנו עיר עמדת כי את העתידה אנחנו מבקשים
15 Through him, let us offer God an unending sacrifice of praise, the fruit of the lips of those whoacknowledge his name.	15 לכן נקריב על ידו בכל עת זבח תודה לאלהים היא פרי שפתים המודות לשמו
16 Keep doing good works and sharing your resources, for these are the kinds of sacrifice that pleaseGod.	16 ואל תשכחו לגמל חסד ולתת לאביונים כי זבחים כאלה יערבו לאלהים
17 Obey your leaders and give way to them; they watch over your souls because they must give anaccount of them; make this a joy for them to do, and not a grief -- you yourselves would be the losers.	17 שמעו אל מנהיגיכם והכנעו מפניהם כי שקדים הם על נפשתיכם כעתידים לתת חשבון למען יעשו זאת בשמחה ולא באנחה כי זאת לא להועיל לכם
18 Pray for us; we are sure that our own conscience is clear and we are certainly determined to behavehonourably in everything we do.	18 התפללו בעדנו כי ידענו אשר שלמה מחשבתנו ונחפץ ללכת דרך ישרה בכל
19 I ask you very particularly to pray that I may come back to you all the sooner.	19 ובחזקה אבקש מכם לעשות זאת למען אושב אליכם במהרה
20 I pray that the God of peace, who brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd ofthe sheep, by the blood that sealed an eternal covenant,	20 ואלהי השלום אשר בדם ברית עולם העלה מן המתים את רעה הצאן הגדול את ישוע אדנינו
21 may prepare you to do his wil in every kind of good action; effecting in us al whatever is acceptableto himself through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.	21 הוא ישלימכם בכל מעשה טוב לעשות רצונו בפעלו בכם את הרצוי לפניו ביד ישוע המשיח אשר לו הכבוד לעולמי עולמים אמן
22 I urge you, brothers, to take these words of encouragement kindly; that is why I have written to youbriefly.	22 ואבקש מכם אחי שאו נא דבר התוכחה כי כתבתי אליכם בקצרה
23 I want you to know that our brother Timothy has been set free. If he arrives in time, he will be with mewhen I see you.	23 ודעו כי טימותיוס אחינו יצא מבית האסורים והיה אם יבא במהרה אראה אתו את פניכם
24 Greetings to al your leaders and to al God's holy people. God's holy people in Italy send yougreetings.	24 שאלו לשלום כל מנהיגיכם ולשלום כל הקדשים בני ארץ איטליא שאלים לשלומכם
