1 It is widely reported that there is sexual immorality among you, immorality of a kind that is not foundeven among gentiles: that one of you is living with his stepmother.	1 Słyszy się powszechnie o rozpuście między wami, i to o takiej rozpuście, jaka się nie zdarza nawet wśród pogan; mianowicie, że ktoś żyje z żoną swego ojca.
2 And you so fil ed with your own self-importance! It would have been better if you had been grievingbitterly, so that the man who has done this thing were turned out of the community.	2 A wy unieśliście się pychą, zamiast z ubolewaniem żądać, by usunięto spośród was tego, który się dopuścił wspomnianego czynu.
3 For my part, however distant I am physical y, I am present in spirit and have already condemned theman who behaved in this way, just as though I were present in person.	3 Ja zaś nieobecny wprawdzie ciałem, ale obecny duchem, już potępiłem, tak jakby był wśród was, sprawcę owego przestępstwa.
4 When you have gathered together in the name of our Lord Jesus, with the presence of my spirit, and inthe power of our Lord Jesus,	4 Przeto wy, zebrawszy się razem w imię Pana naszego Jezusa, w łączności z duchem moim i z mocą Pana naszego Jezusa,
5 hand such a man over to Satan, to be destroyed as far as natural life is concerned, so that on the Dayof the Lord his spirit may be saved.	5 wydajcie takiego szatanowi na zatracenie ciała, lecz ku ratunkowi jego ducha w dzień Pana Jezusa.
6 Your self-satisfaction is il founded. Do you not realise that only a little yeast leavens the whole batch ofdough?	6 Wcale nie macie się czym chlubić! Czyż nie wiecie, że odrobina kwasu całe ciasto zakwasza?
7 Throw out the old yeast so that you can be the fresh dough, unleavened as you are. For our Passoverhas been sacrificed, that is, Christ;	7 Wyrzućcie więc stary kwas, abyście się stali nowym ciastem, jako że przaśni jesteście. Chrystus bowiem został złożony w ofierze jako nasza Pascha.
8 let us keep the feast, then, with none of the old yeast and no leavening of evil and wickedness, but onlythe unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.	8 Tak przeto odprawiajmy święto nasze, nie przy użyciu starego kwasu, kwasu złości i przewrotności, lecz - przaśnego chleba czystości i prawdy.
9 In my letter, I wrote to you that you should have nothing to do with people living immoral lives.	9 Napisałem wam w liście, żebyście nie obcowali z rozpustnikami.
10 I was not including everybody in this present world who is sexually immoral, or everybody who isgreedy, or dishonest or worships false gods -- that would mean you would have to cut yourselves off completelyfrom the world.	10 Nie chodzi o rozpustników tego świata w ogóle ani o chciwców i zdzierców lub bałwochwalców; musielibyście bowiem całkowicie opuścić ten świat.
11 In fact what I meant was that you were not to have anything to do with anyone going by the name ofbrother who is sexual y immoral, or is greedy, or worships false gods, or is a slanderer or a drunkard ordishonest; never even have a meal with anybody of that kind.	11 Dlatego pisałem wam wówczas, byście nie przestawali z takim, który nazywając się bratem, w rzeczywistości jest rozpustnikiem, chciwcem, bałwochwalcą, oszczercą, pijakiem lub zdziercą. Z takim nawet nie siadajcie wspólnie do posiłku.
12 It is no concern of mine to judge outsiders. It is for you to judge those who are inside, is it not?	12 Jakże bowiem mogę sądzić tych, którzy są na zewnątrz? Czyż i wy nie sądzicie tych, którzy są wewnątrz?
13 But outsiders are for God to judge. You must banish this evil-doer from among you.	13 Tych, którzy są na zewnątrz, osądzi Bóg. Usuńcie złego spośród was samych.
