1 It is widely reported that there is sexual immorality among you, immorality of a kind that is not foundeven among gentiles: that one of you is living with his stepmother.	1 - Si sente dire comunemente che tra voi v'è della fornicazione, e di tal fatta quale non è neppur fra i Gentili, tanto che uno convive colla moglie di suo padre.
2 And you so fil ed with your own self-importance! It would have been better if you had been grievingbitterly, so that the man who has done this thing were turned out of the community.	2 E voi siete gonfi; e non piuttosto vi siete rammaricati perchè fosse tolto di mezzo a voi chi ha commesso tale azione.
3 For my part, however distant I am physical y, I am present in spirit and have already condemned theman who behaved in this way, just as though I were present in person.	3 Io, assente di corpo ma presente di spirito, ho già giudicato come fossi presente chi ha fatto ciò;
4 When you have gathered together in the name of our Lord Jesus, with the presence of my spirit, and inthe power of our Lord Jesus,	4 e nel nome del Signore Gesù adunati voi e insieme il mio spirito, per il potere che mi viene dal Signore nostro Gesù,
5 hand such a man over to Satan, to be destroyed as far as natural life is concerned, so that on the Dayof the Lord his spirit may be saved.	5 decido di consegnare un uomo siffatto a Satana; per la rovina della sola carne però, affinchè lo spirito si salvi nel giorno del Signore.
6 Your self-satisfaction is il founded. Do you not realise that only a little yeast leavens the whole batch ofdough?	6 Non è mica bello il vostro gloriarvi! Non sapete che un po' di fermento fa fermentare tutta la pasta?
7 Throw out the old yeast so that you can be the fresh dough, unleavened as you are. For our Passoverhas been sacrificed, that is, Christ;	7 Togliete via il vecchio fermento, affinchè siate una pasta nuova, come siete azzimi; poichè la nostra Pasqua, Cristo, è stata immolata.
8 let us keep the feast, then, with none of the old yeast and no leavening of evil and wickedness, but onlythe unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.	8 Sicchè celebriamo la festa non col vecchio fermento, nè col fermento della malizia e della malvagità, ma cogli azzimi della purità e della verità.
9 In my letter, I wrote to you that you should have nothing to do with people living immoral lives.	9 Vi ho scritto nella mia lettera di non avere rapporti coi fornicatori;
10 I was not including everybody in this present world who is sexually immoral, or everybody who isgreedy, or dishonest or worships false gods -- that would mean you would have to cut yourselves off completelyfrom the world.	10 non però in modo assoluto coi fornicatori di questo mondo, o cogli avari o coi rapaci o cogli idolatri; perchè dovreste uscire a dirittura dal mondo.
11 In fact what I meant was that you were not to have anything to do with anyone going by the name ofbrother who is sexual y immoral, or is greedy, or worships false gods, or is a slanderer or a drunkard ordishonest; never even have a meal with anybody of that kind.	11 Ma ho inteso scrivervi di non aver rapporti; se uno chiamandosi fratello, fosse poi un fornicatore o avaro o idolatra, o maldicente o ubriacone o rapace; con un siffatto neppur mangiare dovete.
12 It is no concern of mine to judge outsiders. It is for you to judge those who are inside, is it not?	12 Che devo giudicar io quei di fuori? ma quei di dentro non siete voi che li giudicate?
13 But outsiders are for God to judge. You must banish this evil-doer from among you.	13 Quei di fuori li giudicherà Iddio. Dunque eliminate di mezzo a voi chi è il malvagio.
