1 Corinthians 16

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 Now about the collection for God's holy people; you are to do the same as I prescribed for thechurches in Galatia.	1 واما من جهة الجمع لاجل القديسين فكما اوصيت كنائس غلاطية هكذا افعلوا انتم ايضا.
2 On the first day of the week, each of you should put aside and reserve as much as each can spare; donot delay the col ection til I arrive.	2 في كل اول اسبوع ليضع كل واحد منكم عنده. خازنا ما تيسر حتى اذا جئت لا يكون جمع حينئذ.
3 When I come, I wil send to Jerusalem with letters of introduction those people you approve to deliveryour gift;	3 ومتى حضرت فالذين تستحسنونهم أرسلهم برسائل ليحملوا احسانكم الى اورشليم.
4 if it is worth my going too, they can travel with me.	4 وان كان يستحق ان اذهب انا ايضا فسيذهبون معي.
5 In any case, I shal be coming to you after I have passed through Macedonia, as I have to go throughMacedonia;	5 وسأجيء اليكم متى اجتزت بمكدونية. لاني اجتاز بمكدونية.
6 and I may be staying some time with you, perhaps wintering, so that you can start me on my nextjourney, wherever I may be going.	6 وربما امكث عندكم او اشتي ايضا لكي تشيعوني الى حيثما اذهب.
7 I do not want to make only a passing visit to you, and I am hoping to spend quite a time with you, theLord permitting.	7 لاني لست اريد الآن ان اراكم في العبور لاني ارجو ان امكث عندكم زمانا ان أذن الرب.
8 But I shal remain at Ephesus until Pentecost,	8 ولكنني امكث في افسس الى يوم الخمسين.
9 for a very promising door is standing wide open to me and there are many against us.	9 لانه قد انفتح لي باب عظيم فعال ويوجد معاندون كثيرون
10 If Timothy comes, make sure that he has nothing to fear from you; he is doing the Lord's work, justas I am,	10 ثم ان أتى تيموثاوس فانظروا ان يكون عندكم بلا خوف. لانه يعمل عمل الرب كما انا ايضا.
11 and nobody is to underrate him. Start him off in peace on his journey to come on to me: the brothersand I are waiting for him.	11 فلا يحتقره احد بل شيعوه بسلام ليأتي اليّ لاني انتظره مع الاخوة.
12 As for our brother Apollos, I urged him earnestly to come to you with the brothers, but he was quitefirm that he did not want to go yet, and he wil come when he finds an opportunity.	12 واما من جهة أبلوس الاخ فطلبت اليه كثيرا ان يأتي اليكم مع الاخوة ولم تكن له ارادة البتة ان يأتي الآن. ولكنه سيأتي متى توفق الوقت
13 Be vigilant, stay firm in the faith, be brave and strong.	13 اسهروا. اثبتوا في الايمان. كونوا رجالا. تقووا.
14 Let everything you do be done in love.	14 لتصر كل اموركم في محبة
15 There is something else I must urge you to do, brothers. You know how Stephanas' family have beenthe first-fruits of Achaia and have devoted themselves to the service of God's holy people;	15 واطلب اليكم ايها الاخوة. انتم تعرفون بيت استفاناس انهم باكورة اخائية وقد رتبوا انفسهم لخدمة القديسين.
16 I ask you in turn to put yourselves at the service of people like this and all that work with them in thisarduous task.	16 كي تخضعوا انتم ايضا لمثل هؤلاء وكل من يعمل معهم ويتعب.
17 I am delighted that Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus have arrived; they have made up foryour not being here.	17 ثم اني افرح بمجيء استفاناس وفرتوناتوس واخائيكوس لان نقصانكم هؤلاء قد جبروه
18 They have set my mind at rest, just as they did yours; you should appreciate people like them.	18 اذ اراحوا روحي وروحكم. فاعرفوا مثل هؤلاء
19 The churches of Asia send their greetings. Aquila and Prisca send their best wishes in the Lord,together with the church that meets in their house.	19 تسلم عليكم كنائس اسيا. يسلم عليكم في الرب كثيرا اكيلا وبريسكلا مع الكنيسة التي في بيتهما.
20 Al the brothers send their greetings. Greet one another with the holy kiss.	20 يسلم عليكم الاخوة اجمعون. سلموا بعضكم على بعض بقبلة مقدسة
21 This greeting is in my own hand-PAUL.	21 السلام بيدي انا بولس.
22 If there is anyone who does not love the Lord, a curse on such a one. Maran atha.	22 ان كان احد لا يحب الرب يسوع المسيح فليكن اناثيما. ماران اثا.
23 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.	23 نعمة الرب يسوع المسيح معكم.
24 My love is with you all in Christ Jesus.	24 محبتي مع جميعكم في المسيح يسوع. آمين
