Zechariah 6

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 Again I raised my eyes, and this is what I saw: four chariots coming out between two mountains, andthe mountains were mountains of bronze.	1 فعدت ورفعت عينيّ ونظرت واذا باربع مركبات خارجات من بين جبلين والجبلان جبلا نحاس.
2 The first chariot had red horses, the second chariot had black horses,	2 في المركبة الاولى خيل حمر وفي المركبة الثانية خيل دهم
3 the third chariot had white horses and the fourth chariot had vigorous, piebald horses.	3 وفي المركبة الثالثة خيل شهب وفي المركبة الرابعة خيل منمّرة شقر.
4 I asked the angel who was talking to me, 'What are these, my lord?'	4 فاجبت وقلت للملاك الذي كلمني ما هذه يا سيدي.
5 The angel replied, 'They are the four winds of heaven now leaving, after attending the Lord of the wholeworld.	5 فاجاب الملاك وقال لي هذه هي ارواح السماء الاربع خارجة من الوقوف لدى سيد الارض كلها.
6 The black horses are leaving for the land of the north; the white are following them, and the piebald areleaving for the land of the south.'	6 التي فيها الخيل الدهم تخرج الى ارض الشمال والشّهب خارجة وراءها والمنمّرة تخرج نحو ارض الجنوب.
7 They came out vigorously, eager to patrol the world. He said to them, 'Go and patrol the world.' Andthey patrol ed the world.	7 اما الشقر فخرجت والتمست ان تذهب لتتمشى في الارض فقال اذهبي وتمشّي في الارض. فتمشت في الارض.
8 He called to me and said, 'Look, the ones going to the land of the north brought my spirit to rest on theland of the north.'	8 فصرخ عليّ وكلمني قائلا. هوذا الخارجون الى ارض الشمال قد سكّنوا روحي في ارض الشمال
9 Then the word of Yahweh was addressed to me as fol ows,	9 وكان اليّ كلام الرب قائلا.
10 'Col ect silver and gold from the exiles, from Heldai, Tobijah and Jedaiah, then (you yourself go thesame day) go to the house of Josiah son of Zephaniah, who has arrived from Babylon.	10 خذ من اهل السبي من حلداي ومن طوبيا ومن يدعيا الذين جاءوا من بابل وتعال انت في ذلك اليوم وادخل الى بيت يوشيا بن صفنيا.
11 Then, taking the silver and gold, make a crown and place it on the head of the high priest Joshua sonof Jehozadak.	11 ثم خذ فضة وذهبا واعمل تيجانا وضعها على راس يهوشع بن يهوصادق الكاهن العظيم.
12 And say this to him, "Yahweh Sabaoth says this: Here is a man whose name is Branch; where he is,there will be a branching out (and he wil rebuild Yahweh's sanctuary).	12 وكلمه قائلا. هكذا قال رب الجنود قائلا. هوذا الرجل الغصن اسمه ومن مكانه ينبت ويبني هيكل الرب.
13 Yes, he is the one who wil rebuild Yahweh's sanctuary; he wil wear the royal insignia and sit on histhrone and govern, with a priest on his right. Perfect peace wil reign between these two.	13 فهو يبني هيكل الرب وهو يحمل الجلال ويجلس ويتسلط على كرسيه ويكون كاهنا على كرسيه وتكون مشورة السلام بينهما كليهما.
14 And the crown wil serve Heldai, Tobijah, Jedaiah and the son of Zephaniah as a memorial of favour inYahweh's sanctuary.	14 وتكون التيجان لحالم ولطوبيا وليدعيا ولحين بن صفنيا تذكارا في هيكل الرب.
15 And those now far away wil come and work on the building of Yahweh's sanctuary." 'Then you willknow that Yahweh Sabaoth has sent me to you. It wil happen if you diligently obey the voice of Yahweh yourGod.'	15 والبعيدون يأتون ويبنون في هيكل الرب فتعلمون ان رب الجنود ارسلني اليكم. ويكون اذا سمعتم سمعا صوت الرب الهكم****
