Zechariah 3

NEW JERUSALEM	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 He then showed me the high priest Joshua, standing before the angel of Yahweh, with Satan standingon his right to accuse him.	1 Luego me hizo ver al Sumo Sacerdote Josué, de pie ante el ángel del Señor, mientras el Adversario estaba a su derecha para acusarlo.
2 The angel of Yahweh said to Satan, 'May Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! May Yahweh rebuke you, sincehe has made Jerusalem his choice. Is not this man a brand snatched from the fire?'	2 El ángel del Señor te reprima, Adversario! ¡Sí, que te reprima el Señor, el que eligió a Jerusalén! ¿No es este acaso un tizón salvado del fuego?».
3 Now Joshua was dressed in dirty clothes as he stood before the angel.	3 Josué, de pie delante del ángel, estaba vestido con ropa sucia.
4 The latter then spoke as fol ows to those who were standing before him, 'Take off his dirty clothesanddress him in splendid robes	4 El ángel tomó la palabra y dijo a los que estaban de pie delante de él: «Quítenle la ropa sucia». Luego dijo a Josué: «Yo te he sacado de encima tu iniquidad y te pondré vestiduras de fiesta».
5 and put a clean turban on his head.' So they put a clean turban on his head and dressed him in cleanclothes, while the angel of Yahweh stood byand said, 'You see, I have taken your guilt away.'	5 Y añadió: «Coloquen sobre su cabeza un turbante limpio y pónganle vestiduras de fiesta». Ellos le pusieron el turbante limpio sobre la cabeza y las vestiduras de fiesta, mientras el ángel del Señor permanecía allí de pie.
6 The angel of Yahweh then made this declaration to Joshua,	6 Después el ángel del Señor advirtió solemnemente a Josué:
7 'Yahweh Sabaoth says this, "If you walk in my ways and keep my ordinances, you shal govern myhouse, you shal watch over my courts, and I wil give you free access among those in attendance here.	7 «Así habla el Señor de los ejércitos: Si vas por mis caminos y observas mis mandamientos, tú mismo gobernarás mi Casa y cuidarás mis atrios, y yo te daré libre acceso entre los que están aquí.
8 'So listen, High Priest Joshua, you and the colleagues over whom you preside -- for they are an omenof things to come -- for now I shal bring in my servant the Branch, and I shal remove this country's guilt in asingle day.	8 Escucha, Josué, Sumo Sacerdote, tú y tus compañeros que se sientan delante de ti –porque estos hombres son un presagio–: Yo suscitaré a mi servidor «Germen».
9 For this is the stone which I have put before Joshua, a stone on which are seven eyes; and I myselfshall cut the inscription on it -- Yahweh Sabaoth declares."	9 Sí, esta es la piedra que pongo delante de Josué: sobre esta única piedra hay siete ojos. Yo mismo voy a grabar su inscripción –oráculo del Señor de los ejércitos– y voy a eliminar la iniquidad de este país en un solo día.
10 On that day -- Yahweh Sabaoth declares -- invite each other to come under your vine and your figtree." '	10 Aquel día –oráculo del Señor de los ejércitos– ustedes se invitarán unos a otros debajo de la parra y de la higuera.
