Amos 2

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 Yahweh says this: For the three crimes, the four crimes of Moab, I have made my decree and will notrelent: because they have burnt the bones of the king of Edom to ash,	1 هكذا قال الرب. من اجل ذنوب موآب الثلاثة والاربعة لا ارجع عنه لانهم احرقوا عظام ملك ادوم كلسا.
2 I shal send fire down into Moab to devour the palaces of Kerioth, and Moab will die in the tumult, amidwar cries and the blare of trumpets;	2 فأرسل نارا على موآب فتاكل قصور قريوت ويموت موآب بضجيج بجلبة بصوت البوق.
3 I shal destroy the ruler there and slaughter al the chief men there with him, says Yahweh.	3 واقطع القاضي من وسطها واقتل جميع رؤسائها معه قال الرب
4 Yahweh says this: For the three crimes, the four crimes of Judah, I have made my decree and wil notrelent: because they have despised Yahweh's law and not kept his commandments, since their Falsehoods,which their ancestors followed, have led them astray,	4 هكذا قال الرب. من اجل ذنوب يهوذا الثلاثة والاربعة لا ارجع عنه لانهم رفضوا ناموس الله ولم يحفظوا فرائضه واضلتهم اكاذيبهم التي سار آباؤهم وراءها
5 I shal send fire down on Judah to devour the palaces of Jerusalem.	5 فأرسل نارا على يهوذا فتاكل قصور اورشليم
6 Yahweh says this: For the three crimes, the four crimes of Israel, I have made my decree and wil notrelent: because they have sold the upright for silver and the poor for a pair of sandals,	6 هكذا قال الرب. من اجل ذنوب اسرائيل الثلاثة والاربعة لا ارجع عنه لانهم باعوا البار بالفضة والبائس لاجل نعلين.
7 because they have crushed the heads of the weak into the dust and thrust the rights of the oppressedto one side, father and son sleeping with the same girl and thus profaning my holy name,	7 الذين يتهمّمون تراب الارض على رؤوس المساكين ويصدّون سبيل البائسين ويذهب رجل وابوه الى صبية واحدة حتى يدنسوا اسم قدسي.
8 lying down beside every altar on clothes acquired as pledges, and drinking the wine of the people theyhave fined in the house of their god.	8 ويتمدّدون على ثياب مرهونة بجانب كل مذبح ويشربون خمر المغرّمين في بيت آلهتهم
9 Yet it was I who destroyed the Amorite before them, he who was as tal as the cedars, as strong as theoaks; I who destroyed his fruit above ground and his roots below.	9 وانا قد ابدت من امامهم الاموري الذي قامته مثل قامة الارز وهو قوي كالبلوط. ابدت ثمره من فوق واصوله من تحت.
10 It was I who brought you up from Egypt and for forty years led you through the desert to takepossession of the Amorite's country;	10 وانا اصعدتكم من ارض مصر وسرت بكم في البرية اربعين سنة لترثوا ارض الاموري.
11 I who raised up prophets from your sons and Nazirites from your young men. Israelites, is this nottrue? -declares Yahweh!	11 واقمت من بنيكم انبياء ومن فتيانكم نذيرين. أليس هكذا يا بني اسرائيل يقول الرب.
12 But you have made the Nazirite drink wine and given orders to the prophets, 'Do not prophesy.'	12 لكنكم سقيتم النذيرين خمرا واوصيتم الانبياء قائلين لا تتنبأوا
13 Very wel ! Like a cart overloaded with sheaves I shall crush you where you stand;	13 هانذا اضغط ما تحتكم كما تضغط العجلة الملآنة حزما.
14 flight wil be cut off for the swift, the strong will have no chance to exert his strength nor the warrior beable to save his life;	14 ويبيد المناص عن السريع والقوي لا يشدّد قوّته والبطل لا ينجّي نفسه.
15 the archer wil not stand his ground, the swift of foot wil not escape, nor will the horseman save hislife;	15 وماسك القوس لا يثبت وسريع الرجلين لا ينجو وراكب الخيل لا ينجّي نفسه.
16 even the bravest of warriors will jettison his arms and run away, that day! -declares Yahweh!	16 والقوي القلب بين الابطال يهرب عريانا في ذلك اليوم يقول الرب
