1 ' "This is the list of the tribes. One portion in the far north by way of Hethlon to the Pass of Hamath, toHazer-Enon, with the territory of Damascus to the north, and marching with Hamath, from the eastern limit to thewestern limit: Dan.	1 - Or ecco i nomi delle tribù dal limite settentrionale lungo la via di Etalom, dirigendosi verso Emat, l'ingresso di Enon, frontiera di Damasco a settentrione sulla linea di Emat. 9 "The portion which you must set aside for Yahweh must be twenty-five thousand cubits long and tenthousand cubits wide.	9 Il territorio di primizia che riserverete per il Signore sarà lungo venticinquemila cubiti e largo diecimila.
10 This sacred portion must belong to the priests, being, on the north side, twenty-five thousand cubits;on the west side ten thousand cubits wide, on the east side ten thousand cubits wide and on the south sidetwenty-five thousand cubits long; the sanctuary of Yahweh wil be in the centre of it.	10 E queste saranno primizie in territorio sacro riservate pei sacerdoti: a settentrione venticinquemila cubiti di lunghezza, a occidente diecimila di larghezza e così ad oriente diecimila di larghezza e a mezzogiorno venticinquemila cubiti di lunghezza, e nel mezzo sorgerà il santuario del Signore.
11 This wil be for the consecrated priests, those of the sons of Zadok who maintained my liturgy and didnot go astray with the straying Israelites, as the Levites went astray.	11 Il santuario sarà pei sacerdoti della discendenza di Sadoc che si mantennero fedeli alle mie cerimonie e non defezionarono nella defezione dei figli di Israele, come fecero anche i Leviti.
12 And so their portion must be taken out of the especial y holy portion of the land, near the territory ofthe Levites.	12 Essi avranno le primizie sul territorio privilegiato, la porzione la più sacra confinante con la parte assegnata ai Leviti.
13 The territory of the Levites, like the territory of the priests, must be twenty-five thousand cubits longand ten thousand wide -- the whole length being twenty-five thousand and the width ten thousand.	13 Egualmente i Leviti avranno, contiguo ai confini dei sacerdoti, venticinquemila cubiti di lunghezza di territorio, sopra una larghezza di diecimila. 14 It wil be il egal for them to sell or exchange any part of it, and the domain can never be alienated,since it is consecrated to Yahweh.	14 Non ne potranno vendere, nè permutare, non alienare le primizie del territorio, perchè sono sacre al Signore.
15 As regards the remainder, an area of five thousand cubits by twenty-five thousand, this must be forthe common use of the city, for houses and pastures. In the middle wil be the city.	15 I cinquemila cubiti di territorio in larghezza per venticinquemila che sopravanzano saranno a uso profano della città, per l'abitato e per le adiacenze e la città resterà nel mezzo.
16 These wil be its dimensions: on the north side, four thousand five hundred cubits; on the south side,four thousand five hundred cubits; on the east side, four thousand five hundred cubits; on the west side, fourthousand five hundred cubits.	16 Ed eccone le dimensioni: a settentrione cinquecento e quattromila cubiti, a mezzogiorno cinquecento e quattromila, a oriente cinquecento e quattromila e a occidente cinquecento e quattromila.
17 The pasture land of the city must extend two hundred and fifty cubits to the north, two hundred andfifty to the south, two hundred and fifty to the east, two hundred and fifty to the west.	17 Le adiacenze della città avranno a settentrione duecento e cinquanta cubiti, a mezzogiorno duecentocinquanta, a oriente duecentocinquanta, ad occidente duecentocinquanta.
18 One strip, contiguous to the sacred portion, must be left over, consisting of ten thousand cubits toeastward and ten thousand to westward, marching with the sacred portion; this wil bring in a revenue for feedingthe municipal workmen.	18 Quel che sarà rimasto della striscia di territorio privilegiato del santuario, cioè i diecimila cubiti a oriente e i diecimila a occidente saranno come il terreno privilegiato del santuario, i suoi prodotti andranno in mantenimento a quei che servono alla città.
19 And the municipal workmen, drawn from al the tribes of Israel, wil farm it.	19 Quei che servono poi alla città, di tutte le tribù d'Israele, la lavoreranno.
20 The portion must have a total area of twenty-five thousand cubits by twenty-five thousand. 21 What is left over wil be for the prince, on either side of the sacred portion and of the property of thecity, marching with the twenty-five thousand cubits to eastward to the eastern frontier, and marching with thetwenty-five thousand cubits to westward to the western frontier -- running paral el with the other portions andbelonging to the prince. 35 Total perimeter: eighteen thousand cubits. "The name of the city in future must be: Yahweh-is-there."'	35 La cerchia sarà di diciottomila cubiti e il nome della città da quel giorno sarà questo: Qui vi è il Signore ».
