1 ' "This is the list of the tribes. One portion in the far north by way of Hethlon to the Pass of Hamath, toHazer-Enon, with the territory of Damascus to the north, and marching with Hamath, from the eastern limit to thewestern limit: Dan.	1 και ταυτα τα ονοματα των φυλων απο της αρχης της προς βορραν κατα το μερος της καταβασεως του περισχιζοντος επι την εισοδον της ημαθ αυλης του αιναν οριον δαμασκου προς βορραν κατα μερος ημαθ αυλης και εσται αυτοις τα προς ανατολας εως προς θαλασσαν δαν μια
2 One portion bordering Dan, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Asher.	2 και απο των οριων του δαν τα προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν ασηρ μια
3 One portion bordering Asher, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Naphtali.	3 και απο των οριων ασηρ απο των προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν νεφθαλιμ μια
4 One portion bordering Naphtali, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Manasseh.	4 και απο των οριων νεφθαλι απο των προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν μανασση μια
5 One portion bordering Manasseh, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Ephraim.	5 και απο των οριων μανασση απο των προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν εφραιμ μια
6 One portion bordering Ephraim, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Reuben.	6 και απο των οριων εφραιμ απο των προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν ρουβην μια
7 One portion bordering Reuben, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Judah.	7 και απο των οριων ρουβην απο των προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν ιουδα μια
8 One portion bordering Judah, from the eastern limit to the western limit, is the portion which you mustset aside, twenty-five thousand cubits wide, and as long as each of the other portions from the eastern limit tothe western limit. The sanctuary wil be in the centre of it.	8 και απο των οριων ιουδα απο των προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν εσται η απαρχη του αφορισμου πεντε και εικοσι χιλιαδες ευρος και μηκος καθως μια των μεριδων απο των προς ανατολας και εως των προς θαλασσαν και εσται το αγιον εν μεσω αυτων
9 "The portion which you must set aside for Yahweh must be twenty-five thousand cubits long and tenthousand cubits wide.	9 απαρχη ην αφοριουσι τω κυριω μηκος πεντε και εικοσι χιλιαδες και ευρος εικοσι και πεντε χιλιαδες
10 This sacred portion must belong to the priests, being, on the north side, twenty-five thousand cubits;on the west side ten thousand cubits wide, on the east side ten thousand cubits wide and on the south sidetwenty-five thousand cubits long; the sanctuary of Yahweh wil be in the centre of it.	10 τουτων εσται η απαρχη των αγιων τοις ιερευσιν προς βορραν πεντε και εικοσι χιλιαδες και προς θαλασσαν πλατος δεκα χιλιαδες και προς ανατολας πλατος δεκα χιλιαδες και προς νοτον μηκος εικοσι και πεντε χιλιαδες και το ορος των αγιων εσται εν μεσω αυτου
11 This wil be for the consecrated priests, those of the sons of Zadok who maintained my liturgy and didnot go astray with the straying Israelites, as the Levites went astray.	11 τοις ιερευσι τοις ηγιασμενοις υιοις σαδδουκ τοις φυλασσουσι τας φυλακας του οικου οιτινες ουκ επλανηθησαν εν τη πλανησει υιων ισραηλ ον τροπον επλανηθησαν οι λευιται
12 And so their portion must be taken out of the especial y holy portion of the land, near the territory ofthe Levites.	12 και εσται αυτοις η απαρχη δεδομενη εκ των απαρχων της γης αγιον αγιων απο των οριων των λευιτων
13 The territory of the Levites, like the territory of the priests, must be twenty-five thousand cubits longand ten thousand wide -- the whole length being twenty-five thousand and the width ten thousand.	13 τοις δε λευιταις τα εχομενα των οριων των ιερεων μηκος πεντε και εικοσι χιλιαδες και ευρος δεκα χιλιαδες παν το μηκος πεντε και εικοσι χιλιαδες και ευρος εικοσι χιλιαδες
14 It wil be il egal for them to sell or exchange any part of it, and the domain can never be alienated,since it is consecrated to Yahweh.	14 ου πραθησεται εξ αυτου ουδε καταμετρηθησεται ουδε αφαιρεθησεται τα πρωτογενηματα της γης οτι αγιον εστιν τω κυριω
15 As regards the remainder, an area of five thousand cubits by twenty-five thousand, this must be forthe common use of the city, for houses and pastures. In the middle wil be the city.	15 τας δε πεντε χιλιαδας τας περισσας επι τω πλατει επι ταις πεντε και εικοσι χιλιασιν προτειχισμα εσται τη πολει εις την κατοικιαν και εις διαστημα αυτου και εσται η πολις εν μεσω αυτου
16 These wil be its dimensions: on the north side, four thousand five hundred cubits; on the south side,four thousand five hundred cubits; on the east side, four thousand five hundred cubits; on the west side, fourthousand five hundred cubits.	16 και ταυτα τα μετρα αυτης απο των προς βορραν πεντακοσιοι και τετρακισχιλιοι και απο των προς νοτον πεντακοσιοι και τεσσαρες χιλιαδες και απο των προς ανατολας πεντακοσιοι και τεσσαρες χιλιαδες και απο των προς θαλασσαν τετρακισχιλιους πεντακοσιους
17 The pasture land of the city must extend two hundred and fifty cubits to the north, two hundred andfifty to the south, two hundred and fifty to the east, two hundred and fifty to the west.	17 και εσται διαστημα τη πολει προς βορραν διακοσιοι πεντηκοντα και προς νοτον διακοσιοι και πεντηκοντα και προς ανατολας διακοσιοι πεντηκοντα και προς θαλασσαν διακοσιοι πεντηκοντα
18 One strip, contiguous to the sacred portion, must be left over, consisting of ten thousand cubits toeastward and ten thousand to westward, marching with the sacred portion; this wil bring in a revenue for feedingthe municipal workmen.	18 και το περισσον του μηκους το εχομενον των απαρχων των αγιων δεκα χιλιαδες προς ανατολας και δεκα χιλιαδες προς θαλασσαν και εσονται αι απαρχαι του αγιου και εσται τα γενηματα αυτης εις αρτους τοις εργαζομενοις την πολιν
19 And the municipal workmen, drawn from al the tribes of Israel, wil farm it.	19 οι δε εργαζομενοι την πολιν εργωνται αυτην εκ πασων των φυλων του ισραηλ
20 The portion must have a total area of twenty-five thousand cubits by twenty-five thousand. You mustal ocate a square area from the sacred portion to constitute the city.	20 πασα η απαρχη πεντε και εικοσι χιλιαδες επι πεντε και εικοσι χιλιαδας τετραγωνον αφοριειτε αυτου την απαρχην του αγιου απο της κατασχεσεως της πολεως
21 What is left over wil be for the prince, on either side of the sacred portion and of the property of thecity, marching with the twenty-five thousand cubits to eastward to the eastern frontier, and marching with thetwenty-five thousand cubits to westward to the western frontier -- running paral el with the other portions andbelonging to the prince. In the centre wil be the sacred portion and the sanctuary of the Temple.	21 το δε περισσον τω αφηγουμενω εκ τουτου και εκ τουτου απο των απαρχων του αγιου και εις την κατασχεσιν της πολεως επι πεντε και εικοσι χιλιαδας μηκος εως των οριων των προς ανατολας και προς θαλασσαν επι πεντε και εικοσι χιλιαδας εως των οριων των προς θαλασσαν εχομενα των μεριδων του αφηγουμενου και εσται η απαρχη των αγιων και το αγιασμα του οικου εν μεσω αυτης
22 Thus, apart from the property of the Levites and the property of the city which lie in the middle of theprince's portion, everything between the borders of Judah and the borders of Ben- jamin must belong to theprince.	22 και απο της κατασχεσεως των λευιτων και απο της κατασχεσεως της πολεως εν μεσω των αφηγουμενων εσται ανα μεσον των οριων ιουδα και ανα μεσον των οριων βενιαμιν των αφηγουμενων εσται
23 "As regards the rest of the tribes: One portion from the eastern limit to the western limit: Benjamin.	23 και το περισσον των φυλων απο των προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν βενιαμιν μια
24 One portion bordering Benjamin, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Simeon.	24 και απο των οριων των βενιαμιν απο των προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν συμεων μια
25 One portion bordering Simeon, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Issachar.	25 και απο των οριων των συμεων απο των προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν ισσαχαρ μια
26 One portion bordering Issachar, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Zebulun.	26 και απο των οριων των ισσαχαρ απο των προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν ζαβουλων μια
27 One portion bordering Zebulun, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Gad.	27 και απο των οριων των ζαβουλων απο των προς ανατολας εως των προς θαλασσαν γαδ μια
28 On the southern border of Gad, on the south side, the border will run from Tamar to the Waters ofMeribah in Kadesh, to the Wadi and the Great Sea.	28 και απο των οριων των γαδ εως των προς λιβα και εσται τα ορια αυτου απο θαιμαν και υδατος μαριμωθ καδης κληρονομιας εως της θαλασσης της μεγαλης
29 This is how you must distribute the country to the tribes of Israel as their heritage, and these must betheir portions -- declares the Lord Yahweh.	29 αυτη η γη ην βαλειτε εν κληρω ταις φυλαις ισραηλ και ουτοι οι διαμερισμοι αυτων λεγει κυριος θεος
30 "Here are the exits from the city. On the north side, four thousand five hundred cubits are to bemeasured off.	30 και αυται αι διεκβολαι της πολεως αι προς βορραν τετρακισχιλιοι και πεντακοσιοι μετρω
31 The gates of the city are to be named after the tribes of Israel. Three gates to the north: one the gateof Reuben; one the gate of Judah; one the gate of Levi.	31 και αι πυλαι της πολεως επ' ονομασιν φυλων του ισραηλ πυλαι τρεις προς βορραν πυλη ρουβην μια και πυλη ιουδα μια και πυλη λευι μια
32 On the east side, there will be four thousand five hundred cubits and three gates: one the gate ofJoseph; one the gate of Benjamin; one the gate of Dan.	32 και τα προς ανατολας τετρακισχιλιοι και πεντακοσιοι και πυλαι τρεις πυλη ιωσηφ μια και πυλη βενιαμιν μια και πυλη δαν μια
33 On the south side, four thousand five hundred cubits are to be measured off, and there are to bethree gates: one the gate of Simeon; one the gate of Issachar; one the gate of Zebulun.	33 και τα προς νοτον τετρακισχιλιοι και πεντακοσιοι μετρω και πυλαι τρεις πυλη συμεων μια και πυλη ισσαχαρ μια και πυλη ζαβουλων μια
34 On the west side, there wil be four thousand five hundred cubits and three gates: one the gate ofGad; one the gate of Asher; one the gate of Naphtali.	34 και τα προς θαλασσαν τετρακισχιλιοι και πεντακοσιοι μετρω και πυλαι τρεις πυλη γαδ μια και πυλη ασηρ μια και πυλη νεφθαλιμ μια
35 Total perimeter: eighteen thousand cubits. "The name of the city in future must be: Yahweh-is-there."'	35 κυκλωμα δεκα και οκτω χιλιαδες και το ονομα της πολεως αφ' ης αν ημερας γενηται εσται το ονομα αυτης .
