1 ' "This is the list of the tribes. One portion in the far north by way of Hethlon to the Pass of Hamath, toHazer-Enon, with the territory of Damascus to the north, and marching with Hamath, from the eastern limit to thewestern limit: Dan.	1 A törzsek neve a következő: Az északi határtól a hetáloni út hosszában, amerre az ember Emátba megy, Hácar-Enánig, Damaszkusz határánál, északon az emáti út mentén: Dáné egy rész; éspedig mind a keleti, mind a nyugati oldal az övé legyen.
2 One portion bordering Dan, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Asher.	2 Dán határa mellett a keleti oldaltól a nyugati oldalig Áseré egy rész.
3 One portion bordering Asher, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Naphtali.	3 Áser határa mellett a keleti oldaltól a nyugati oldalig Naftalié egy rész.
4 One portion bordering Naphtali, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Manasseh.	4 Naftali határa mellett a keleti oldaltól a nyugati oldalig Manasszéé egy rész.

8 One portion bordering Judah, from the eastern limit to the western limit, is the portion which you mustset aside, twenty-five thousand cubits wide, and as long as each of the other portions from the eastern limit tothe western limit. The sanctuary wil be in the centre of it.	8 Júda határa mellett a keleti oldaltól a nyugati oldalig legyen az adomány, amelyet el kell különítenetek; szélessége és hosszúsága huszonötezer mérték, mint minden más részé a keleti oldaltól a nyugati oldalig; ennek közepén legyen a szentély.
9 "The portion which you must set aside for Yahweh must be twenty-five thousand cubits long and tenthousand cubits wide.	9 Az adomány, amelyet az Úr számára el kell különítenetek, huszonötezer mérték hosszú és tízezer mérték széles legyen.
10 This sacred portion must belong to the priests, being, on the north side, twenty-five thousand cubits;on the west side ten thousand cubits wide, on the east side ten thousand cubits wide and on the south sidetwenty-five thousand cubits long; the sanctuary of Yahweh wil be in the centre of it.	10 A papok szent adománya legyen a következő: a hossza északon huszonötezer mérték, a szélessége nyugaton tízezer mérték, a szélessége keleten is tízezer mérték és délen a hossza huszonötezer mérték legyen; a közepén legyen az Úr szentélye.
11 This wil be for the consecrated priests, those of the sons of Zadok who maintained my liturgy and didnot go astray with the straying Israelites, as the Levites went astray.	11 A szent rész azoké a papoké legyen Szádok fiai közül, akik hűek maradtak szolgálatomhoz és nem tévedtek meg, mint ahogy megtévedtek a leviták is, amikor Izrael fiai megtévedtek.
12 And so their portion must be taken out of the especial y holy portion of the land, near the territory ofthe Levites.	12 Ez legyen az ő adományuk az ország adományából mint a legszentebb rész, a leviták területe mellett.
13 The territory of the Levites, like the territory of the priests, must be twenty-five thousand cubits longand ten thousand wide -- the whole length being twenty-five thousand and the width ten thousand.	13 De éppúgy a levitáknak is jusson a papok területe mellett huszonötezer mérték hosszú és tízezer mérték széles terület. 14 It wil be il egal for them to sell or exchange any part of it, and the domain can never be alienated,since it is consecrated to Yahweh.	14 Ebből el ne adjanak semmit, el ne cseréljék, és ne adják másnak birtokába az ország adományát, mert ez az Úrnak van szentelve.
15 As regards the remainder, an area of five thousand cubits by twenty-five thousand, this must be forthe common use of the city, for houses and pastures. 16 These wil be its dimensions: on the north side, four thousand five hundred cubits; on the south side,four thousand five hundred cubits; on the east side, four thousand five hundred cubits; on the west side, fourthousand five hundred cubits.	16 Ennek ezek legyenek a méretei: az északi oldalon négyezer-ötszáz, a déli oldalon négyezer-ötszáz, a keleti oldalon négyezer-ötszáz és a nyugati oldalon négyezer-ötszáz mérték legyen.
17 The pasture land of the city must extend two hundred and fifty cubits to the north, two hundred andfifty to the south, two hundred and fifty to the east, two hundred and fifty to the west.	17 A város külterülete pedig legyen észak felé kétszázötven, dél felé kétszázötven, kelet felé kétszázötven és nyugat felé kétszázötven mérték.
18 One strip, contiguous to the sacred portion, must be left over, consisting of ten thousand cubits toeastward and ten thousand to westward, marching with the sacred portion; this wil bring in a revenue for feedingthe municipal workmen.	18 Ami pedig még fennmarad hosszában a szent adomány mellett, tízezer mérték kelet felé és tízezer mérték nyugat felé, olyan legyen, mint a szent adomány; termése élelmül szolgáljon azoknak, akik a városban munkát végeznek.
19 And the municipal workmen, drawn from al the tribes of Israel, wil farm it.	19 Ami pedig azokat illeti, akik a városban munkát végeznek: Izrael minden törzséből bárki dolgozhat.
20 The portion must have a total area of twenty-five thousand cubits by twenty-five thousand. You mustal ocate a square area from the sacred portion to constitute the city.	20 Az egész adomány huszonötezerszer huszonötezer mértéknyi négyszög; ezt különítsétek el, mint szent adományt és a város birtokát.
21 What is left over wil be for the prince, on either side of the sacred portion and of the property of thecity, marching with the twenty-five thousand cubits to eastward to the eastern frontier, and marching with thetwenty-five thousand cubits to westward to the western frontier -- running paral el with the other portions andbelonging to the prince. 22 Thus, apart from the property of the Levites and the property of the city which lie in the middle of theprince's portion, everything between the borders of Judah and the borders of Ben- jamin must belong to theprince.	22 Az a terület, amely a leviták birtokától és a város birtokától kezdve a fejedelem részei közt fekszik Júda határa és Benjamin határa között, a fejedelem birtoka legyen.

27 One portion bordering Zebulun, from the eastern limit to the western limit: Gad.	27 Zebulon határa mellett a keleti oldaltól a nyugati oldalig Gádé egy rész.
28 On the southern border of Gad, on the south side, the border will run from Tamar to the Waters ofMeribah in Kadesh, to the Wadi and the Great Sea.	28 Gád határa mellett a déli oldalon a Délvidék felé a határ haladjon Támártól a kádesi Perelés vizéig; ez az örökrész a nagy tenger felé.

31 The gates of the city are to be named after the tribes of Israel. 33 On the south side, four thousand five hundred cubits are to be measured off, and there are to bethree gates: one the gate of Simeon; one the gate of Issachar; one the gate of Zebulun.	33 A déli oldalon szintén mérj ki négyezer-ötszáz mértéket, és a három kapu közül: egy Simeon kapuja, egy Isszakár kapuja, egy Zebulon kapuja legyen.
34 On the west side, there wil be four thousand five hundred cubits and three gates: one the gate ofGad; one the gate of Asher; one the gate of Naphtali.	34 A nyugati oldalon négyezer-ötszáz mérték legyen, és a három kapu közül: egy Gád kapuja, egy Áser kapuja, egy pedig Naftali kapuja legyen.
35 Total perimeter: eighteen thousand cubits. "The name of the city in future must be: Yahweh-is-there."'	35 körös-körül a mérete tizennyolcezer mérték legyen. S a város neve attól a naptól fogva ez lesz: ‘Az Úr van ott’.«
