Ezekiel 24

NEW JERUSALEM	KÁLDI-NEOVULGÁTA
1 In the ninth year, on the tenth day of the tenth month, the word of Yahweh was addressed to me asfol ows,	1 Az Úr ezt a szózatot intézte hozzám a kilencedik esztendőben, a tizedik hónapban, a hónap tizedik napján:
2 'Son of man, write down today's date, yes, today's, for this very day the king of Babylon began hisattack on Jerusalem.	2 »Emberfia, írd fel magadnak a mai nap nevét, mert ma támadta meg Babilon királya Jeruzsálemet.
3 So pronounce a parable for this tribe of rebels. Say, "The Lord Yahweh says this: Put the pot on thefire; put it on; pour the water in!	3 Beszélj az ellenszegülő házhoz képes beszédben, és így szólj hozzájuk: Ezeket mondja az Úr Isten: Tégy fel egy üstöt; tedd fel, mondom, és önts bele vizet.
4 Now put the cuts of meat al in together, al the best cuts, leg and shoulder. Fill it with the best bones.	4 Rakj bele húsdarabokat, mindenféle jó részt, combot és lapockát, válogatott és csontokkal teli darabokat.
5 Take the best of the flock, then heap wood underneath; boil it thoroughly until even the bones arecooked.	5 Vedd a legkövérebb juhot, rakd alá a csontokat is; hadd forrjon fel, ami benne fő, hogy csontjai is megfőjenek benne.
6 "For the Lord Yahweh says this: Disaster is in store for the bloody city, for that rusty cooking pot whose rust wil not come off! Empty it, bit by bit, not bothering to draw lots;	6 S így szól az Úr Isten: Jaj a vérontó városnak, az üstnek, amely rozsdás lett, és rozsdája nem megy le róla! Darabról darabra szedd ki, anélkül, hogy sorsot vetnél rá.
7 for she is stil ful of bloodshed, she has put blood on the naked rock; she did not pour it on the groundso as to cover it with dust.	7 Mert vére ott van benne, kopár sziklán ontotta ki azt; nem a földre ontotta, hogy belephetné a por.
8 To make anger rise, to exact vengeance, I have put her blood on the naked rock, so that it should notbe covered:	8 Hogy ráhozzam méltatlankodásomat és bosszút állhassak rajta, a legsimább sziklára engedtem ontani vérét, hogy semmi se lepje be.
9 "So, the Lord Yahweh says this: Disaster is in store for the bloody city! I too plan to build a great fire.	9 Ezért így szól az Úr Isten: Jaj a vér városának, melynek nagy máglyát rakok!
10 Heap on the wood, light it, cook the meat, prepare the seasoning let the bones burn!	10 Hordd össze a csontokat, hogy meggyújtsam őket tűzzel; hadd eméssze meg a húst, főjön meg az egész egyveleg, és málljanak szét a csontok!
11 Put the empty pot on the coals to make it hot, until the bronze glows, the filth inside melts and therust is burnt away!	11 Aztán tedd fel üresen a parázsra, hogy felforrósodjék és érce megolvadjon, a szennye olvadjon el benne és rozsdája emésztődjék meg.
12 "But al that rust would not come off in the fire.	12 Sok munkába és izzadságba került, de temérdek rozsdája nem ment ki belőle még a tűz által sem.
13 Your filth is infamous. Since I have tried to purge you and you would not let yourself be purged ofyour filth, so now you wil never be purged of your filth until I have sated my anger on you.	13 Tisztátalanságod utálatos, mert meg akartalak tisztítani, és mégsem tisztultál meg szennyedtől; s nem is tisztulsz meg addig, míg ki nem töltöm rajtad bosszúságomat.
14 I, Yahweh, have spoken; this wil happen; I shal act and not relent; I shal show no pity, nocompassion. You will be judged as your conduct and actions deserve -- declares the Lord Yahweh." '	14 Én, az Úr, szóltam: eljön az, és megcselekszem; nem haladok el mellette, nem irgalmazok és nem engesztelődöm meg; útjaid szerint és törekvéseid szerint ítéllek meg« – mondja az Úr.
15 The word of Yahweh was addressed to me as fol ows,	15 Akkor az Úr ezt a szózatot intézte hozzám:
16 'Son of man, at a blow I am about to deprive you of the delight of your eyes. But you are not tolament, not to weep, not to let your tears run down.	16 »Emberfia, íme, egy csapással elveszem tőled szemed gyönyörűségét, de ne sirasd; ne sírj, s a könnyeid se folyjanak.
17 Groan in silence, do not go into mourning for the dead, knot your turban round your head, put yoursandals on your feet, do not cover your beard, do not eat the usual food.'	17 Sóhajts csöndben, halotti gyászt ne tarts; tedd föl fejedre turbánodat, és sarud legyen a lábadon; ruháddal ne takard el arcodat, és a gyászolók eledelét se edd.«
18 I told this to the people in the morning, and my wife died in the evening, and the next morning I did asI had been ordered.	18 Szóltam tehát reggel a néphez, és estére meghalt a feleségem; reggel pedig úgy tettem, amint Ő megparancsolta nekem.
19 The people then said to me, 'Will you not explain what meaning these actions have for us?'	19 Ekkor a nép ezt mondta nekem: »Miért nem mondod meg nekünk, mit jelent az, amit cselekszel?«
20 I replied, 'The word of Yahweh has been addressed to me as fol ows,	20 Azt feleltem nekik: »Az Úr így szólt hozzám:
21 "Say to the House of Israel, the Lord Yahweh says this: I am about to profane my sanctuary, thepride of your strength, the delight of your eyes, the joy of your hearts. Your sons and daughters whom you haveleft behind wil fall by the sword.	21 Beszélj Izrael házához: Így szól az Úr Isten: Íme, én megfertőzöm szentélyemet, országotok büszkeségét és szemetek gyönyörűségét, amely miatt aggódik a lelketek; fiaitok és leányaitok, akiket hátrahagytatok, kard által esnek el.
22 Then you wil do as I have done: you wil not cover your beards or eat the usual food;	22 Akkor ti is úgy tesztek majd, amint én tettem: Arcotokat nem takarjátok el ruhátokkal és a gyászolók eledelét nem eszitek;
23 you will keep your turbans on your heads and your sandals on your feet; you wil not lament or weepbut will waste away for your crimes, groaning among yourselves.	23 turbánotok a fejeteken lesz és sarutok a lábatokon; nem jajgattok, sem nem sóhajtoztok, hanem elsenyvedtek majd gonoszságaitokban, és mindenki csak a rokona előtt siránkozik majd.
24 Thus Ezekiel is a sign for you. You wil do exactly what he has done. And when this happens, you willknow that I am Lord Yahweh!"	24 Mert Ezekiel csodálatos jel lesz számotokra; mindenben úgy cselekszetek majd ti is, amint ő cselekedett, amikor ez majd megtörténik; és megtudjátok, hogy én vagyok az Úr Isten.
25 'And, son of man, the day that I deprive them of their strength, their crowning joy, the delight of theireyes, the joy of their hearts, their sons and daughters,	25 Te pedig, emberfia, íme, azon a napon, amelyen elveszem tőlük erősségüket és méltóságuk örömét és szemük gyönyörűségét, amelyen a lelkük megnyugszik: fiaikat és leányaikat –
26 that day a survivor wil bring you the news.	26 azon a napon, amelyen majd hozzád érkezik a menekülő, hogy hírt adjon neked –,
27 That day your mouth wil be opened to speak to the survivor; you wil speak and no longer be dumb;you wil be a sign for them, and they wil know that I am Yahweh.'	27 aznap, mondom, amikor megérkezik a menekülő, nyíljék meg szád és beszélj! Nem kell többé hallgatnod, mert csodálatos jellé leszel számukra, és ti megtudjátok, hogy én vagyok az Úr!«
