Leviticus 1

NEW JERUSALEM	KÁLDI-NEOVULGÁTA
1 Yahweh summoned Moses and, speaking to him from the Tent of Meeting, said,	1 Szólította az Úr Mózest, és így szólt hozzá a bizonyság sátrából:
2 'Speak to the Israelites; say to them, "When any of you brings an offering to Yahweh, he can offer ananimal either from the herd or from the flock.	2 »Szólj Izrael fiaihoz, és mondd nekik: Ha valaki áldozati ajándékot mutat be közületek az Úrnak, és vágóállatot, azaz szarvasmarhát vagy aprómarhát mutat be áldozati ajándékul,
3 "If his offering is to be a burnt offering from the herd, he must offer an unblemished male; he wil offer itat the entrance to the Tent of Meeting, to make it acceptable to Yahweh.	3 és áldozati ajándéka egészen elégő áldozatul bemutatott szarvasmarha, akkor hibátlan hímet mutasson be. Vigye a bizonyság sátrának ajtajához, hogy kedvessé tegye magát az Úr előtt.
4 He must lay his hand on the victim's head, and it will be accepted as effectual for his expiation.	4 Aztán tegye rá kezét az áldozat fejére, hogy az kedves legyen, és engesztelést szerezzen neki.
5 He wil then slaughter the bul before Yahweh, and the priests descended from Aaron wil offer theblood. They wil pour it all around the altar which stands at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.	5 Majd vágja le a bikát az Úr előtt, Áron fiai, a papok pedig áldozzák fel a vérét: öntsék rá körben arra az oltárra, amely a sátor ajtaja előtt van.
6 He wil then skin the victim and quarter it.	6 Aztán húzzák le az áldozat bőrét, tagjait pedig vágják darabokra.
7 The priests descended from Aaron will put a fire on the altar and arrange wood on the fire.	7 Majd tegyenek tüzet az oltárra. Először rakjanak rá fát,
8 The priests descended from Aaron will then arrange the quarters, the head and the fat on the wood onthe fire on the altar.	8 arra pedig rakják rá a szétvágott tagokat, valamint a fejet és mindazt, ami a májra tapad
9 He wil wash the entrails and shins in water, and the priest wil burn it all on the altar as a burnt offering,food burnt as a smel pleasing to Yahweh.	9 – a beleket, s a lábszárakat mossák meg vízben –, végül égesse el a pap mindezt az oltáron, egészen elégő áldozatul, kedves illatul az Úrnak.
10 "If his offering is to be of an animal from the flock, of a lamb or a goat to be offered as a burnt offering,he must offer an unblemished male.	10 Ha aprómarha az áldozati ajándék, azaz juh vagy kecske, éspedig egészen elégő áldozat, akkor hibátlan hímet mutasson be.
11 He will slaughter it on the north side of the altar, before Yahweh, and the priests descended fromAaron will pour the blood al around the altar.	11 Vágja le az oltárnak északra néző oldalánál, az Úr előtt, a vérét pedig Áron fiai öntsék körben az oltárra.
12 He will then quarter it, and the priest wil arrange the quarters, the head and the fat on the wood on thefire on the altar.	12 Aztán válasszák el a tagokat, a fejet, és mindazt, ami a májra tapad, és rakják rá a fára, az alá meg tegyenek tüzet.
13 He will wash the entrails and shins in water, and the priest wil burn it al on the altar as a burnt offering, food burnt as a smel pleasing to Yahweh.	13 A beleket és a lábszárakat mossák meg vízben. Végül mutassa be, égesse el a pap az oltáron az egészet, egészen elégő áldozatul, kedves illatul az Úrnak.
14 "If his offering to Yahweh is to be a burnt offering of a bird, he must offer a turtledove or a youngpigeon.	14 Ha madár, gerle vagy galambfióka az Úrnak egészen elégő áldozatul szánt áldozati ajándék,
15 The priest wil offer it at the altar and wring off its head, which he wil burn on the altar; its blood mustthen be squeezed out on the side of the altar.	15 akkor vigye azt a pap az oltárhoz, tekerje fejét a nyakához, vágjon sebet rajta, és csurgassa vérét az oltár oldalára.
16 He will then remove the crop and the feathers and throw them on the eastern side of the altar, wherethe fatty ashes are put.	16 Aztán dobja a begyét és tollait az oltár keleti oldalára, arra a helyre, ahová a hamut szokták önteni,
17 He will then split it in half with a wing on each side, but without separating the two parts. The priest wilthen burn it on the altar, on the wood which is on the fire, as a burnt offering, food burnt as a smel pleasing toYahweh." '	17 a szárnyait pedig törje meg, s anélkül, hogy összevagdalná és késsel feldarabolná, égesse el az oltáron a tűzre rakott fán: egészen elégő áldozat az, kedves illatú tűzáldozata az Úrnak.
