Psalms 99

NEW JERUSALEM	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 Yahweh is king, the peoples tremble; he is enthroned on the winged creatures, the earth shivers;	1 ¡El Señor reina! Tiemblan los pueblos. El tiene su trono sobre los querubines: la tierra vacila.
2 Yahweh is great in Zion. He is supreme over al nations;	2 ¡Grande es el Señor en Sión!
3 let them praise your name, great and awesome; holy is he	3 El se alza sobre todas las naciones. Alaben tu Nombre grande y temible. ¡Santo es el Señor!
4 and mighty! You are a king who loves justice, you established honesty, justice and uprightness; inJacob it is you who are active.	4 Tú eres el rey poderoso que ama la justicia, tú has establecido lo que es recto, tú ejerces sobre Jacob el derecho y la justicia.
5 Exalt Yahweh our God, bow down at his footstool; holy is he!	5 Glorifiquen al Señor, nuestro Dios, adórenlo ante el estrado de sus pies. ¡Santo es el Señor!
6 Moses and Aaron are among his priests, and Samuel, calling on his name; they called on Yahweh andhe answered them.	6 Moisés y Aarón, entre sus sacerdotes, y Samuel, entre los que invocaban su Nombre, clamaban al Señor y él les respondía.
7 He spoke with them in the pil ar of fire, they obeyed his decrees, the Law he gave them.	7 Dios les hablaba desde la columna de nube; ellos observaban sus mandamientos y los preceptos que les había dado.
8 Yahweh our God, you answered them, you were a God of forgiveness to them, but punished them fortheir sins.	8 Señor, nuestro Dios, tú les respondías; tú eras para ellos un Dios indulgente, pero te vengabas de sus malas acciones.
9 Exalt Yahweh our God, bow down at his holy mountain; holy is Yahweh our God!	9 Glorifiquen al Señor, nuestro Dios, y adórenlo en su santa Montaña: el Señor, nuestro Dios, es santo.
