Psalms 27

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 [Of David] Yahweh is my light and my salvation, whom should I fear? Yahweh is the fortress of my life,whom should I dread?	1 لداود‎. ‎الرب نوري وخلاصي ممن اخاف. الرب حصن حياتي ممن ارتعب‎.
2 When the wicked advance against me to eat me up, they, my opponents, my enemies, are the oneswho stumble and fal .	2 ‎عندما اقترب اليّ الاشرار ليأكلوا لحمي مضايقيّ واعدائي عثروا وسقطوا‎.
3 Though an army pitch camp against me, my heart wil not fear, though war break out against me, mytrust wil never be shaken.	3 ‎ان نزل عليّ جيش لا يخاف قلبي. ان قامت عليّ حرب ففي ذلك انا مطمئن‎.
4 One thing I ask of Yahweh, one thing I seek: to dwel in Yahweh's house all the days of my life, toenjoy the sweetness of Yahweh, to seek out his temple.	4 ‎واحدة سألت من الرب واياها التمس. ان اسكن في بيت الرب كل ايام حياتي لكي انظر الى جمال الرب واتفرس في هيكله‎.
5 For he hides me away under his roof on the day of evil, he folds me in the recesses of his tent, setsme high on a rock.	5 ‎لانه يخبئني في مظلته في يوم الشر. يسترني بستر خيمته. على صخرة يرفعني‎.
6 Now my head is held high above the enemies who surround me; in his tent I wil offer sacrifices ofacclaim. I wil sing, I wil make music for Yahweh.	6 ‎والآن يرتفع راسي على اعدائي حولي فاذبح في خيمته ذبائح الهتاف. اغني وارنم للرب
7 Yahweh, hear my voice as I cry, pity me, answer me!	7 استمع يا رب. بصوتي ادعو فارحمني واستجب لي‎.
8 Of you my heart has said, 'Seek his face!' Your face, Yahweh, I seek;	8 ‎لك قال قلبي قلت اطلبوا وجهي. وجهك يا رب اطلب‎.
9 do not turn away from me. Do not thrust aside your servant in anger, without you I am helpless. Neverleave me, never forsake me, God, my Saviour.	9 ‎لا تحجب وجهك عني. لا تخيب بسخط عبدك. قد كنت عوني. فلا ترفضني ولا تتركني يا اله خلاصي‎.
10 Though my father and mother forsake me, Yahweh wil gather me up.	10 ‎ان ابي وامي قد تركاني والرب يضمّني‎.
11 Yahweh, teach me your way, lead me on the path of integrity because of my enemies;	11 ‎علمني يا رب طريقك. واهدني في سبيل مستقيم بسبب اعدائي‎.
12 do not abandon me to the wil of my foes -- false witnesses have risen against me, and are breathingout violence.	12 ‎لا تسلمني الى مرام مضايقيّ. لانه قد قام عليّ شهود زور ونافث ظلم‎.
13 This I believe: I shal see the goodness of Yahweh, in the land of the living.	13 ‎لولا انني آمنت بان ارى جود الرب في ارض الاحياء‎.
14 Put your hope in Yahweh, be strong, let your heart be bold, put your hope in Yahweh.	14 ‎انتظر الرب. ليتشدد وليتشجع قلبك وانتظر الرب
