1 Al eluia! Praise Yahweh, my soul!	1 ¡Aleluya! ¡Alaba a Yahveh, alma mía!
2 I wil praise Yahweh al my life, I will make music to my God as long as I live.	2 A Yahveh, mientras viva, he de alabar, mientras exista salmodiaré para mi Dios.
3 Do not put your trust in princes, in any child of Adam, who has no power to save.	3 No pongáis vuestra confianza en príncipes, en un hijo de hombre, que no puede salvar;
4 When his spirit goes forth he returns to the earth, on that very day al his plans come to nothing.	4 su soplo exhala, a su barro retorna, y en ese día sus proyectos fenecen.
5 How blessed is he who has Jacob's God to help him, his hope is in Yahweh his God,	5 Feliz aquel que en el Dios de Jacob tiene su apoyo, y su esperanza en Yahveh su Dios,
6 who made heaven and earth, the sea and al that is in them. He keeps faith for ever,	6 que hizo los cielos y la tierra, el mar y cuanto en ellos hay; que guarda por siempre lealtad,
7 gives justice to the oppressed, gives food to the hungry; Yahweh sets prisoners free.	7 hace justicia a los oprimidos, da el pan a los hambrientos, Yahveh suelta a los encadenados.
8 Yahweh gives sight to the blind, lifts up those who are bowed down.	8 Yahveh abre los ojos a los ciegos, Yahveh a los encorvados endereza, Ama Yahveh a los justos,
9 Yahweh protects the stranger, he sustains the orphan and the widow. Yahweh loves the upright,buthe frustrates the wicked.	9 Yahveh protege al forastero, a la viuda y al huérfano sostiene. mas el camino de los impíos tuerce;
10 Yahweh reigns for ever, your God, Zion, from age to age.	10 Yahveh reina para siempre, tu Dios, Sión, de edad en edad.
