3 Sons are a birthright from Yahweh, children are a reward from him.	3 La tua moglie è come vite ubertosatra le pareti della tua casa; i tuoi figli come rampolli d'oliviintorno alla tua mensa.
4 Like arrows in a warrior's hand are the sons you father when young.	4 Ecco! così sarà benedetto l'uomoche teme il Signore.
5 How blessed is the man who has fil ed his quiver with them; in dispute with his enemies at the citygate he wil not be worsted.	5 Ti benedica il Signore da Sion, e possa tu vedere la prosperità di Gerusalemme tutti i giorni di tua vita,
