NEW JERUSALEMKING JAMES BIBLE
Al eluia! How blessed is anyone who fears Yahweh, who delights in his commandments!1 Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
His descendants shal be powerful on earth, the race of the honest shal receive blessings:2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
Riches and wealth for his family; his uprightness stands firm for ever.3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.
For the honest he shines as a lamp in the dark, generous, tender-hearted, and upright.4 Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.
Al goes wel for one who lends generously, who is honest in al his dealing;5 A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.
for al time to come he wil not stumble, for al time to come the upright wil be remembered.6 Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.
Bad news holds no fears for him, firm is his heart, trusting in Yahweh.7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.
His heart held steady, he has no fears, til he can gloat over his enemies.8 His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.
To the needy he gives without stint, his uprightness stands firm for ever; his reputation is founded onstrength.9 He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.
The wicked are vexed at the sight, they grind their teeth and waste away. The desires of the wickedwil be frustrated.10 The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.
