1 Al eluia! How blessed is anyone who fears Yahweh, who delights in his commandments!	1 Alleluia.(Alef) Beato l’uomo che teme il Signore(Bet) e nei suoi precetti trova grande gioia.
2 His descendants shal be powerful on earth, the race of the honest shal receive blessings:	2 (Ghimel) Potente sulla terra sarà la sua stirpe,(Dalet) la discendenza degli uomini retti sarà benedetta.
3 Riches and wealth for his family; his uprightness stands firm for ever.	3 (He) Prosperità e ricchezza nella sua casa,(Vau) la sua giustizia rimane per sempre.
4 For the honest he shines as a lamp in the dark, generous, tender-hearted, and upright.	4 (Zain) Spunta nelle tenebre, luce per gli uomini retti:(Het) misericordioso, pietoso e giusto.
5 Al goes wel for one who lends generously, who is honest in al his dealing;	5 (Tet) Felice l’uomo pietoso che dà in prestito,(Iod) amministra i suoi beni con giustizia.
6 for al time to come he wil not stumble, for al time to come the upright wil be remembered.	6 (Caf) Egli non vacillerà in eterno:(Lamed) eterno sarà il ricordo del giusto.
7 Bad news holds no fears for him, firm is his heart, trusting in Yahweh.	7 (Mem) Cattive notizie non avrà da temere,(Nun) saldo è il suo cuore, confida nel Signore.
8 His heart held steady, he has no fears, til he can gloat over his enemies.	8 (Samec) 8 Sicuro è il suo cuore, non teme,(Ain) finché non vedrà la rovina dei suoi nemici.
9 To the needy he gives without stint, his uprightness stands firm for ever; his reputation is founded onstrength.	9 (Pe) Egli dona largamente ai poveri,(Sade) la sua giustizia rimane per sempre,(Kof) la sua fronte s’innalza nella gloria.
10 The wicked are vexed at the sight, they grind their teeth and waste away. The desires of the wickedwil be frustrated.	10 (Res) Il malvagio vede e va in collera,(Sin) digrigna i denti e si consuma.(Tau) Ma il desiderio dei malvagi va in rovina.
