1 I commend to you Phoebe our sister, who is (also) a minister of the church at Cenchreae,	1 Vi raccomando Febe, nostra sorella, che è diaconessa nella Chiesa di Cenere,
2 that you may receive her in the Lord in a manner worthy of the holy ones, and help her in whatever she may need from you, for she has been a benefactor to many and to me as well.	2 affinché la riceviate nel Signore, in modo degno dei santi, e l'assistiate in qualunque cosa possa aver bisogno di voi, perchè essa pure ha assistiti molti ed anche me.

19 For while your obedience is known to all, so that I rejoice over you, I want you to be wise as to what is good, and simple as to what is evil;	19 Del resto la vostra obbedienza è nota a tutto il mondo, e me ne rallegro per voi; ma bramo che siate prudenti nel bene e semplici nel male.
20 then the God of peace will quickly crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.	20 Il Dio della pace schiaccerà ben presto Satana sotto i vostri piedi. La grazia del nostro Signor Gesù Cristo sia con voi.
