23 The whole lifetime of Enoch was three hundred and sixty-five years.	23 E tutta la vita di Henoch fu di trecento sessanta cinque anni:
24 Then Enoch walked with God, and he was no longer here, for God took him.	24 E camminò con Dio, e disparve: perché il Signore lo rapì.
25 When Methuselah was one hundred and eighty-seven years old, he became the father of Lamech.	25 E visse Mathusala cento ottanta sette anni, e generò Lamech.
26 Methuselah lived seven hundred and eighty-two years after the birth of Lamech, and he had other sons and daughters.	26 E visse Mathusala, dopo aver generato Lamech, settecento ottanta due anni, e generò figliuoli e figliuole.
27 The whole lifetime of Methuselah was nine hundred and sixty-nine years; then he died.	27 E tutta la vita di Mathusala fu di novecento sessanta nove anni, e morì.
28 When Lamech was one hundred and eighty-two years old, he begot a son	28 E visse Lamech cento ottanta due anni, e generò un figliuolo.
29 and named him Noah, saying, "Out of the very ground that the LORD has put under a curse, this one shall bring us relief from our work and the toil of our hands."	29 E gli pose nome Noè dicendo: Questi sarà nostra consolazione ne' travagli e nelle fatiche delle nostre mani in questa terra, che è stata maledetta dal Signore.
30 Lamech lived five hundred and ninety-five years after the birth of Noah, and he had other sons and daughters.	30 E visse Lamech, dopo aver generato Noè, cinquecento novanta cinque anni, e generò figliuoli e figliuole.
31 The whole lifetime of Lamech was seven hundred and seventy-seven years; then he died.	31 E tutta la vita di Lamech fu di settecento settantasette anni, e si morì. Ma Noè, essendo in età di cinquecento anni, generò Sem Cham, e Japheth.
32 When Noah was five hundred years old, he became the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
