1 Unto the end, destroy not, for David, for an inscription of a title.	1 n'exterminez pas; de David, inscription du titre.
2 If in very deed you speak justice: judge right things, ye sons of men.	2 Parlez-vous vraiment selon la justice? * Jugez avec droiture, fils des hommes.
3 For in your heart you work iniquity: your hands forge injustice in the earth.	3 Mais dans votre coeur vous formez des desseins d'iniquité; * dans le pays vos mains ourdissent des injustices.
4 The wicked are alienated from the womb; they have gone astray from the womb: they have spoken false things.	4 Les pécheurs sont pervertis dès le sein maternel, * ils se sont égarés dès leur naissance; ils ont dit des choses fausses.
5 Their madness is according to the likeness of a serpent: like the deaf asp that stoppeth her ears:	5 Leur fureur est semblable à celle du serpent, * et de l'aspic sourd, qui ferme ses oreilles,
6 Which will not hear the voice of the charmers; nor of the wizard that charmeth wisely.	6 et qui n'entend pas la voix des enchanteurs, * et du magicien qui use d'adresse pour le charmer.
7 God shall break in pieces their teeth in their mouth: the Lord shall break the grinders of the lions.	7 Dieu brisera leurs dents dans leur bouche; * le Seigneur mettra en pièces les mâchoires des lions.
8 They shall come to nothing, like water running down; he hath bent his bow till they be weakened.	8 Ils seront réduits à rien, comme une eau qui s'écoule; * Il a tendu Son arc jusqu'à ce qu'ils devinssent impuissants.
9 Like wax that melteth they shall be taken away: fire hath fallen on them, and they shall not see the sun.	9 Comme la cire qui coule, ils seront enlevés; * le feu est tombé d'en haut sur eux, et ils n'ont plus vu le soleil.
10 Before your thorns could know the brier; he swalloweth them up, as alive, in his wrath.	10 Avant qu'ils connaissent que leurs épines sont devenues un buisson, * Il les engloutit comme tout vivants dans Sa colère.
11 The just shall rejoice when he shall see the revenge: he shall wash his hands in the blood of the sinner.	11 Le juste se réjouira en voyant la vengeance; * il lavera ses mains dans le sang du pécheur.
12 And man shall say: If indeed there be fruit to the just: there is indeed a God that judgeth them on the earth.	12 Et les hommes diront: Oui, il y a une récompense pour le juste; * oui, il y a un Dieu qui les juge sur la terre.
