KÁLDI-NEOVULGÁTA | NEW JERUSALEM |
---|---|
A karvezetőnek. Maszkíl, Kóré fiaitól. | 1 [For the choirmaster Poem Of the sons of Korah] As a deer yearns for running streams, so I yearn foryou, my God. |
Amint a szarvas kívánkozik a forrás vizéhez, úgy kívánkozik lelkem tehozzád, Istenem! | 2 I thirst for God, the living God; when shal I go to see the face of God? |
Szomjazza lelkem az erős, élő Istent: mikor jutok oda, hogy Isten színe előtt megjelenjek? | 3 I have no food but tears day and night, as al day long I am taunted, 'Where is your God?' |
Éjjel-nappal könnyem a kenyerem, hiszen napról-napra azt mondják nekem: »Hol van a te Istened?« | 4 This I remember as I pour out my heart, how I used to pass under the roof of the Most High used to goto the house of God, among cries of joy and praise, the sound of the feast. |
Kiöntöm lelkemet és arra emlékezem, hogyan vonultam a csodás hajlék helyére, az Isten házához hangos ujjongással és hálaadással, az ünneplő sokasággal. | 5 Why be so downcast, why all these sighs? Hope in God! I will praise him stil , my Saviour, |
Miért vagy szomorú, lelkem, miért háborogsz bennem? Bízzál Istenben, mert fogom még áldani őt, arcom üdvösségét, az én Istenemet! | 6 my God. When I am downcast I think of you: from the land of Jordan and Hermon, I think of you, humble mountain. |
Lelkem elcsüggedt bennem, azért rád gondolok a Jordán és a Hermon földjéről, a Miszár hegyéről. | 7 Deep is cal ing to deep by the roar of your cataracts, al your waves and breakers have rolled over me. |
Örvény örvényt hív elő, amíg harsognak zuhatagjaid: mind áthaladnak rajtam árjaid és hullámaid. | 8 In the daytime God sends his faithful love, and even at night; the song it inspires in me is a prayer tomy living God. |
Nappal kegyességét küldi nekem az Úr, s éjjel neki szól énekem: imádkozom éltem Istenéhez. | 9 I shal say to God, my rock, 'Why have you forgotten me? Why must I go around in mourning, harrassed by the enemy?' |
Ezt mondom Istennek: »Oltalmazóm, miért feledkezel meg rólam? Miért kell szomorúan járnom-kelnem, miközben sanyargat engem ellenségem?« | 10 With death in my bones, my enemies taunt me, al day long they ask me, 'Where is your God?' |
Amíg csontjaimat törve, gyaláznak elnyomóim, és napról-napra azt mondják nekem: »Hol van a te Istened?« | 11 Why so downcast, why al these sighs? Hope in God! I wil praise him stil , my Saviour, my God. |
Miért vagy szomorú, lelkem, miért háborogsz bennem? Bízzál Istenben, mert fogom még áldani őt, arcom üdvösségét, az én Istenemet! |
