1 Ezek azok a királyok, akiket Izrael fiai megvertek, s akiknek a földjét elfoglalták a Jordánon túl, a keleti oldalon, az Arnon pataktól a Hermon hegyéig, azzal az egész keleti vidékkel együtt, amely a pusztára néz:	1 These are the kings whom the sons of Israel struck down, and whose land they possessed beyond the Jordan, toward the rising of the sun, from the torrent Arnon as far as mount Hermon, with the entire eastern region that looks out toward the wilderness:

3 és a pusztaságon, a Kinneret tengerig, kelet felé és a pusztaság tengeréig, azaz a Sós-tengerig, kelet felé, a Bét-Jesimótba vivő út irányában, és azon a déli részen, amely Piszga lejtői alatt fekszik.	3 and from the wilderness, as far as the sea of Chinneroth toward the east, and to the Sea of the Wilderness, which is the very salty sea, to the eastern region, along the way that leads to Beth-jeshimoth, and from the southern region that lies under the descending slope of Pisgah,
