1 Corinthians 3

NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 And so, brothers, I was not able to talk to you as spiritual people; I had to talk to you as people stilliving by your natural inclinations, stil infants in Christ;	1 وانا ايها الاخوة لم استطع ان اكلمكم كروحيين بل كجسديين كاطفال في المسيح.
2 I fed you with milk and not solid food, for you were not yet able to take it -- and even now, you are stilnot able to,	2 سقيتكم لبنا لا طعاما لانكم لم تكونوا بعد تستطيعون بل الآن ايضا لا تستطيعون
3 for you are still living by your natural inclinations. As long as there are jealousy and rivalry among you,that surely means that you are stil living by your natural inclinations and by merely human principles.	3 لانكم بعد جسديون. فانه اذ فيكم حسد وخصام وانشقاق ألستم جسديين وتسلكون بحسب البشر.
4 While there is one that says, 'I belong to Paul' and another that says, 'I belong to Apol os' are you notbeing only too human?	4 لانه متى قال واحد انا لبولس وآخر انا لأبلوس أفلستم جسديين
5 For what is Apollos and what is Paul? The servants through whom you came to believe, and each hasonly what the Lord has given him.	5 فمن هو بولس ومن هو أبلوس. بل خادمان آمنتم بواسطتهما وكما اعطى الرب لكل واحد.
6 I did the planting, Apol os did the watering, but God gave growth.	6 انا غرست وأبلوس سقى لكن الله كان ينمي.
7 In this, neither the planter nor the waterer counts for anything; only God, who gives growth.	7 اذا ليس الغارس شيئا ولا الساقي بل الله الذي ينمي.
8 It is al one who does the planting and who does the watering, and each will have the proper pay for thework that he has done.	8 والغارس والساقي هما واحد ولكن كل واحد سيأخذ اجرته بحسب تعبه.
9 After all, we do share in God's work; you are God's farm, God's building.	9 فاننا نحن عاملان مع الله وانتم فلاحة الله. بناء الله.
10 By the grace of God which was given to me, I laid the foundations like a trained master-builder, andsomeone else is building on them. Now each one must be careful how he does the building.	10 حسب نعمة الله المعطاة لي كبنّاء حكيم قد وضعت اساسا وآخر يبني عليه. ولكن فلينظر كل واحد كيف يبني عليه.
11 For nobody can lay down any other foundation than the one which is there already, namely JesusChrist.	11 فانه لا يستطيع احد ان يضع اساسا آخر غير الذي وضع الذي هو يسوع المسيح.
12 On this foundation, different people may build in gold, silver, jewels, wood, hay or straw	12 ولكن ان كان احد يبني على هذا الاساس ذهبا فضة حجارة كريمة خشبا عشبا قشا
13 but each person's handiwork wil be shown for what it is. The Day which dawns in fire will make it clearand the fire itself wil test the quality of each person's work.	13 فعمل كل واحد سيصير ظاهرا لان اليوم سيبيّنه. لانه بنار يستعلن وستمتحن النار عمل كل واحد ما هو.
14 The one whose work stands up to it wil be given his wages;	14 ان بقي عمل احد قد بناه عليه فسيأخذ اجرة.
15 the one whose work is burnt down wil suffer the loss of it, though he himself will be saved; he wil besaved as someone might expect to be saved from a fire.	15 ان احترق عمل احد فسيخسر واما هو فسيخلص ولكن كما بنار.
16 Do you not realise that you are a temple of God with the Spirit of God living in you?	16 أما تعلمون انكم هيكل الله وروح الله يسكن فيكم.
17 If anybody should destroy the temple of God, God will destroy that person, because God's temple isholy; and you are that temple.	17 ان كان احد يفسد هيكل الله فسيفسده الله لان هيكل الله مقدس الذي انتم هو.
18 There is no room for self-delusion. Any one of you who thinks he is wise by worldly standards mustlearn to be a fool in order to be real y wise.	18 لا يخدعنّ احد نفسه. ان كان احد يظن انه حكيم بينكم في هذا الدهر فليصر جاهلا لكي يصير حكيما.
19 For the wisdom of the world is folly to God. As scripture says: He traps the crafty in the snare of theirown cunning	19 لان حكمة هذا العالم هي جهالة عند الله لانه مكتوب الآخذ الحكماء بمكرهم.
20 and again: The Lord knows the plans of the wise and how insipid they are.	20 وايضا الرب يعلم افكار الحكماء انها باطلة.
21 So there is to be no boasting about human beings: everything belongs to you,	21 اذا لا يفتخرنّ احد بالناس. فان كل شيء لكم.
22 whether it is Paul, or Apol os, or Cephas, the world, life or death, the present or the future -- al belongto you;	22 أبولس ام أبلوس ام صفا ام العالم ام الحياة ام الموت ام الاشياء الحاضرة ام المستقبلة كل شيء لكم.
23 but you belong to Christ and Christ belongs to God.	23 واما انتم فللمسيح والمسيح لله
