NEW JERUSALEM	SMITH VAN DYKE
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	1 وكلم الرب موسى قائلا
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "When you have arrived in the country where you are to live andwhich I am giving to you,	2 كلم بني اسرائيل وقل لهم متى جئتم الى ارض مسكنكم التي انا اعطيكم
3 and you burn food as an offering to Yahweh either as a burnt offering or as a sacrifice, whether inpayment of a vow, or as a voluntary gift, or on the occasion of one of your solemn feasts, from your herds andflocks as a smel pleasing to Yahweh:	3 وعملتم وقودا للرب محرقة او ذبيحة وفاء لنذر او نافلة او في اعيادكم لعمل رائحة سرور للرب من البقر او من الغنم
4 the offerer wil , as his personal gift to Yahweh, bring a cereal offering of one-tenth of an ephah of fineflour mixed with one-quarter of a hin of oil.	4 يقرّب الذي قرّب قربانه للرب تقدمة من دقيق عشرا ملتوتا بربع الهين من الزيت
5 You will also make a libation of wine, one-quarter of a hin to each lamb, in addition to the burntoffering or sacrifice.	5 وخمرا للسكيب ربع الهين تعمل على المحرقة او الذبيحة للخروف الواحد.
6 For a ram, you will make a cereal offering of two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with one-thirdof a hin of oil,	6 لكن للكبش تعمل تقدمة من دقيق عشرين ملتوتين بثلث الهين من الزيت
7 and a libation of one-third of a hin of wine as a smel pleasing to Yahweh.	7 وخمرا للسكيب ثلث الهين تقرّب لرائحة سرور للرب.
8 If you offer a bul as a burnt offering or sacrifice, in payment of a vow or as a communion sacrifice forYahweh,	8 واذا عملت ابن بقر محرقة او ذبيحة وفاء لنذر او ذبيحة سلامة للرب
9 in addition to the animal you wil offer a cereal offering of three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixedwith half a hin of oil,	9 تقرب على ابن البقر تقدمة من دقيق ثلاثة اعشار ملتوتة بنصف الهين من الزيت
10 and you wil offer a libation of half a hin of wine, as food burnt as a smel pleasing to Yahweh.	10 وخمرا تقرب للسكيب نصف الهين وقود رائحة سرور للرب.
11 This wil be done for every bul , every ram, every lamb or kid.	11 هكذا يعمل للثور الواحد او للكبش الواحد او للشاة من الضأن او من المعز.
12 Whatever the number of victims you intend to offer, you wil do the same for each of them, howevermany there are.	12 كالعدد الذي تعملون هكذا تعملون لكل واحد حسب عددهنّ.
13 "Every citizen of the country wil act in this way whenever he offers food burnt as a smel pleasing toYahweh;	13 كل وطني يعمل هذه هكذا لتقريب وقود رائحة سرور للرب.
14 and if an alien residing with you or with your descendants intends to offer food burnt as a smelpleasing to Yahweh, he wil do as you do.	14 واذا نزل عندكم غريب او كان احد في وسطكم في اجيالكم وعمل وقود رائحة سرور للرب فكما تفعلون كذلك يفعل.
15 There wil be one law for you, members of the community, and the resident alien alike, a law bindingyour descendants for ever: before Yahweh you and the resident alien are no different.'	15 ايتها الجماعة لكم وللغريب النازل عندكم فريضة واحدة فريضة دهرية في اجيالكم. مثلكم يكون مثل الغريب امام الرب.
16 One law, one statute, wil apply for you and the resident alien." '	16 شريعة واحدة وحكم واحد يكون لكم وللغريب النازل عندكم
17 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	17 وكلم الرب موسى قائلا
18 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "When you have entered the country to which I am bringing you,	18 كلم بني اسرائيل وقل لهم. متى دخلتم الارض التي انا آت بكم اليها
19 you wil set a portion aside for Yahweh when you eat that country's bread.	19 فعندما تأكلون من خبز الارض ترفعون رفيعة للرب.
20 You wil set one cake aside as the first-fruits of your dough; you will set this offering aside like theone set aside from your threshing.	20 اول عجينكم ترفعون قرصا رفيعة كرفيعة البيدر هكذا ترفعونه.
21 For al future generations you will set a portion of your dough aside for Yahweh.	21 من اول عجينكم تعطون للرب رفيعة في اجيالكم
22 "If through inadvertence you fail in any of these orders which Yahweh has given to Moses	22 واذا سهوتم ولم تعملوا جميع هذه الوصايا التي كلم بها الرب موسى
23 (whatever orders Yahweh has given you or your descendants through Moses, from the day whenYahweh gave his orders),	23 جميع ما امركم به الرب عن يد موسى من اليوم الذي امر فيه الرب فصاعدا في اجيالكم
24 this is what must be done: "If it is an inadvertence on the part of the community, the community as awhole wil offer a young bull as a burnt offering, as a smell pleasing to Yahweh, with the prescribedaccompanying cereal offering and libation, and a he-goat as a sacrifice for sin.	24 فان عمل خفية عن اعين الجماعة سهوا يعمل كل الجماعة ثورا واحدا ابن بقر محرقة لرائحة سرور للرب مع تقدمته وسكيبه كالعادة وتيسا واحدا من المعز ذبيحة خطية.
25 The priest wil perform the rite of expiation for the entire community of Israelites, and they wil beforgiven, since it was an inadvertence. Once they have brought their offering as food burnt for Yahweh, and havepresented their sacrifice for sin before Yahweh to make amends for their inadvertence,	25 فيكفّر الكاهن عن كل جماعة بني اسرائيل فيصفح عنهم لانه كان سهوا. فاذا أتوا بقربانهم وقودا للرب وبذبيحة خطيتهم امام الرب لاجل سهوهم
26 the whole community of Israelites wil be forgiven, as also the alien residing with them, since theentire people acted by inadvertence.	26 يصفح عن كل جماعة بني اسرائيل والغريب النازل بينهم لانه حدث لجميع الشعب بسهو
27 "If it is an individual who has sinned by inadvertence, he wil offer a yearling kid as a sacrifice for sin.	27 وان اخطأت نفس واحدة سهوا تقرب عنزا حولية ذبيحة خطية
28 The priest wil perform the rite of expiation before Yahweh for the person who has gone astray owingto this sin of inadvertence and, expiation having been made for him, he will be forgiven;	28 فيكفّر الكاهن عن النفس التي سهت عندما اخطأت بسهو امام الرب للتكفير عنها فيصفح عنها.
29 whether he is an Israelite citizen or a resident alien, you wil have one law for anyone who sins byinadvertence.	29 للوطني في بني اسرائيل وللغريب النازل بينهم تكون شريعة واحدة للعامل بسهو.
30 "But the individual who acts deliberately, be he citizen or alien, commits an outrage against Yahweh,and such a man wil be outlawed from his people.	30 واما النفس التي تعمل بيد رفيعة من الوطنيين او من الغرباء فهي تزدري بالرب فتقطع تلك النفس من بين شعبها
31 Since he has treated Yahweh's word with contempt and has disobeyed his order, such a man wil beoutlawed absolutely and wil bear the consequences of his guilt." '	31 لانها احتقرت كلام الرب ونقضت وصيته. قطعا تقطع تلك النفس. ذنبها عليها
32 While the Israelites were in the desert, a man was caught gathering wood on the Sabbath day.	32 ولما كان بنو اسرائيل في البرية وجدوا رجلا يحتطب حطبا في يوم السبت.
33 Those who caught him gathering wood brought him before Moses, Aaron and the whole community.	33 فقدمه الذين وجدوه يحتطب حطبا الى موسى وهرون وكل الجماعة.
34 He was kept in custody, because the penalty he should undergo had not yet been fixed.	34 فوضعوه في المحرس لانه لم يعلن ماذا يفعل به.
35 Yahweh said to Moses, 'This man must be put to death. The whole community will stone him outsidethe camp.'	35 فقال الرب لموسى قتلا يقتل الرجل. يرجمه بحجارة كل الجماعة خارج المحلّة.
36 The whole community took him outside the camp and stoned him til he was dead, as Yahweh hadordered Moses.	36 فاخرجه كل الجماعة الى خارج المحلّة ورجموه بحجارة فمات كما امر الرب موسى
37 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	37 وكلم الرب موسى قائلا
38 'Speak to the Israelites and tell them, for all generations to come, to put tassels on the hems of theirclothes and work a violet thread into the tassel at the hem.	38 كلم بني اسرائيل وقل لهم ان يصنعوا لهم اهدابا في اذيال ثيابهم في اجيالهم ويجعلوا على هدب الذيل عصابة من اسمانجوني.
39 You wil thus have a tassel, and the sight of it wil remind you of al Yahweh's orders and how youare to put them into practice, and not follow the dictates of your own heart and eyes, which have led you to beunfaithful.	39 فتكون لكم هدبا فترونها وتذكرون كل وصايا الرب وتعملونها ولا تطوفون وراء قلوبكم واعينكم التي انتم فاسقون وراءها
40 'This wil remind you of all my orders; put them into practice, and you wil be consecrated to yourGod.	40 لكي تذكروا وتعملوا كل وصاياي وتكونوا مقدسين لالهكم.
41 I, Yahweh your God, have brought you out of Egypt, to be your God, I, Yahweh your God.'	41 انا الرب الهكم الذي اخرجكم من ارض مصر ليكون لكم الها. انا الرب الهكم
