1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	1 Il Signore parlò a Mosè, e disse:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "When you have arrived in the country where you are to live andwhich I am giving to you,	2 Parla a' figliuoli d'Israele, e di' loro: Quando sarete entrati nella terra, in cui doveteabitare, della quale io darovvi il possesso,
3 and you burn food as an offering to Yahweh either as a burnt offering or as a sacrifice, whether inpayment of a vow, or as a voluntary gift, or on the occasion of one of your solemn feasts, from your herds andflocks as a smel pleasing to Yahweh:	3 E farete offerta al Signore di olocausto, o di vittima per adempire un voto, o perispontanea obblazione, o facendo abbruciare nelle vostre solennità in odor soavissimo alSignore, sieno bovi, sieno pecore:
4 the offerer wil , as his personal gift to Yahweh, bring a cereal offering of one-tenth of an ephah of fineflour mixed with one-quarter of a hin of oil.	4 Chiunque immolerà un'ostia, offerirà pel sacrifizio di fior di farina la decima parte d'unephi aspersa d'olio pel quarto di un hin:
5 You will also make a libation of wine, one-quarter of a hin to each lamb, in addition to the burntoffering or sacrifice.	5 E altrettanto di vino darà per fare le libagioni pell'olocausto, o pella vittima ad ogniagnello,
6 For a ram, you will make a cereal offering of two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with one-thirdof a hin of oil,	6 Ma a ciascun ariete si offeriranno due decimi di fior di farina aspersa d'olio pel terzo diun hin:
7 and a libation of one-third of a hin of wine as a smel pleasing to Yahweh.	7 E offeriranno del vino per la libagione un terzo della stessa misura in odor soavissimo alSignore.
8 If you offer a bul as a burnt offering or sacrifice, in payment of a vow or as a communion sacrifice forYahweh,	8 Quando poi offerirai dei buoi per olocausto, ovvero per ostia pell'adempimento d'un voto, ocome ostie pacifiche,
9 in addition to the animal you wil offer a cereal offering of three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixedwith half a hin of oil,	9 Per ogni bue darai tre decimi di fior di farina aspersa d'olio, che farà la metà di un hin:
10 and you wil offer a libation of half a hin of wine, as food burnt as a smel pleasing to Yahweh.	10 E altrettanto di vino per le libagioni in offerta di soave odore al Signore.
11 This wil be done for every bul , every ram, every lamb or kid.	11 Così farai
12 Whatever the number of victims you intend to offer, you wil do the same for each of them, howevermany there are.	12 Per ogni bue, e ariete, e agnello, e capro.
13 "Every citizen of the country wil act in this way whenever he offers food burnt as a smel pleasing toYahweh;	13 Tanto quelli del paese, come i forestieri
14 and if an alien residing with you or with your descendants intends to offer food burnt as a smelpleasing to Yahweh, he wil do as you do.	14 Con uno stesso rito offeriranno i sacrifizii.
15 There wil be one law for you, members of the community, and the resident alien alike, a law bindingyour descendants for ever: before Yahweh you and the resident alien are no different.'	15 Una stessa legge, e ordinazione sarà tanto per voi, che per i forestieri del paese.
16 One law, one statute, wil apply for you and the resident alien." '	16 Il Signore parlò a Mosè, e disse:
17 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	17 Parla a' figliuoli d'Israele, e di' loro:
18 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "When you have entered the country to which I am bringing you,	18 Giunti che sarete nella terra, che io vi darò,
19 you wil set a portion aside for Yahweh when you eat that country's bread.	19 Quando avrete mangiato del pane di quel paese, metterete a parte le primizie del vostro cibopel Signore.
20 You wil set one cake aside as the first-fruits of your dough; you will set this offering aside like theone set aside from your threshing.	20 Come separate le primizie dell'aia,
21 For al future generations you will set a portion of your dough aside for Yahweh.	21 Così voi offerirete al Signore le primizie di quel che mangiate.
22 "If through inadvertence you fail in any of these orders which Yahweh has given to Moses	22 Che se per ignoranza lascerete di fare alcuna di queste cose ordinate dal Signore a Mosè,
23 (whatever orders Yahweh has given you or your descendants through Moses, from the day whenYahweh gave his orders),	23 E da questo intimate a voi da quel giorno in poi, nel quale cominciò egli a darvi icomandamenti,
24 this is what must be done: "If it is an inadvertence on the part of the community, the community as awhole wil offer a young bull as a burnt offering, as a smell pleasing to Yahweh, with the prescribedaccompanying cereal offering and libation, and a he-goat as a sacrifice for sin.	24 E se tutta la moltitudine si dimentica di far tal cosa, ella offerirà un vitello di brancoin olocausto in odor soavissimo al Signore, e l'offerta della farina colle sue libagioni,come il rito le richiede, e un capro per lo peccato.
25 The priest wil perform the rite of expiation for the entire community of Israelites, and they wil beforgiven, since it was an inadvertence. Once they have brought their offering as food burnt for Yahweh, and havepresented their sacrifice for sin before Yahweh to make amends for their inadvertence,	25 E il sacerdote farà orazione per tutta la moltitudine de' figliuoli d'Israele: e saralleperdonato, perché non ha peccato per volontà; offeriranno nondimeno il sacrifizio dabruciarsi interamente in onor del Signore per sé, e pel suo peccato, ed errore:
26 the whole community of Israelites wil be forgiven, as also the alien residing with them, since theentire people acted by inadvertence.	26 E sarà perdonato a tutta la plebe de' figliuoli d'Israele, e agli stranieri dimoranti traloro, perché la colpa di tutto il popolo procedé da ignoranza.
27 "If it is an individual who has sinned by inadvertence, he wil offer a yearling kid as a sacrifice for sin.	27 Che se una sola persona ha peccato ignorantemente, offerirà una capra di un anno pel suopeccato:
28 The priest wil perform the rite of expiation before Yahweh for the person who has gone astray owingto this sin of inadvertence and, expiation having been made for him, he will be forgiven;	28 E il sacerdote farà orazione per lei, che ha peccato per ignoranza dinanzi al Signore: e leimpetrerà il perdono, e saralle perdonato.
29 whether he is an Israelite citizen or a resident alien, you wil have one law for anyone who sins byinadvertence.	29 La stessa legge sarà per quelli del paese, e pe' forestieri, che hanno peccato perignoranza.
30 "But the individual who acts deliberately, be he citizen or alien, commits an outrage against Yahweh,and such a man wil be outlawed from his people.	30 Ma la persona, che avrà mancato per superbia, sia egli cittadino, o forestiero, saràsterminato dalla società del suo popolo, perché si ribellò contro del Signore:
31 Since he has treated Yahweh's word with contempt and has disobeyed his order, such a man wil beoutlawed absolutely and wil bear the consequences of his guilt." '	31 Perocché egli dispregiò la parola del Signore, e violò il comandamento di lui: per questosarà annichilato, e pagherà il fio di sua iniquità.
32 While the Israelites were in the desert, a man was caught gathering wood on the Sabbath day.	32 Or egli avvenne, mentre i figliuoli d'Israele erano nella solitudine, che fu trovato unuomo, che faceva un fastello di legna in giorno di sabato:
33 Those who caught him gathering wood brought him before Moses, Aaron and the whole community.	33 E lo presentarono a Mosè, e ad Aronne, e a tutta la moltitudine.
34 He was kept in custody, because the penalty he should undergo had not yet been fixed.	34 E lo misero in prigione, non sapendo quel che avessero a farne.
35 Yahweh said to Moses, 'This man must be put to death. The whole community will stone him outsidethe camp.'	35 E il Signore disse a Mosè: Costui sia messo a morte; lo lapidi tutta la moltitudine fuoridegli alloggiamenti.
36 The whole community took him outside the camp and stoned him til he was dead, as Yahweh hadordered Moses.	36 E condottolo fuora lo lapidarono, ed ei perì, come avea ordinato il Signore.
37 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	37 Disse ancora il Signore a Mosè:
38 'Speak to the Israelites and tell them, for all generations to come, to put tassels on the hems of theirclothes and work a violet thread into the tassel at the hem.	38 Parla a' figliuoli d'Israele, e dì' loro, che si mettano delle frange agli angoli de' loromantelli, e vi pongano una fascia di color di giacinto:
39 You wil thus have a tassel, and the sight of it wil remind you of al Yahweh's orders and how youare to put them into practice, and not follow the dictates of your own heart and eyes, which have led you to beunfaithful.	39 Mirando le quali si ricordino di tutti i comandamenti del Signore, e non vadan dietro a'loro pensieri, e ai loro occhi, che nel reo amore di varii oggetti s'invescano:
40 'This wil remind you of all my orders; put them into practice, and you wil be consecrated to yourGod.	40 Ma piuttosto si ricordino de' precetti del Signore, e gli adempiano, e sieno santi al loroDio.
41 I, Yahweh your God, have brought you out of Egypt, to be your God, I, Yahweh your God.'	41 Io il Signore Dio vostro, che vi trassi dalla terra d'Egitto per essere vostro Dio.
