Ezekiel 26

NEW JERUSALEM	KÁLDI-NEOVULGÁTA
1 In the eleventh year, on the first of the month, the word of Yahweh was addressed to me as fol ows,	1 Történt pedig a tizenegyedik esztendőben, a hónap elsején, hogy az Úr ezt a szózatot intézte hozzám:
2 'Son of man, since Tyre has said of Jerusalem: "Aha! She is shattered, the Gateway to the Nations;she now gives way to me. Her riches are ruined!"	2 »Emberfia, mivel Tírusz így beszélt Jeruzsálemről: ‘Haha! Össze van törve a népek kapuja! Felém fordult! Én el fogok telni! Ő pedig elpusztult!’
3 Very well, the Lord Yahweh says this, "Now, Tyre, I am against you,	3 Azért így szól az Úr Isten: Íme, én ellened fordulok, Tírusz, és számos nemzetet vonultatok fel ellened, miként a tenger magasba emeli hullámait.
4 I shal raise many nations against you as the sea raises its waves. They wil destroy the wal s of Tyre,they will demolish her towers; I shal sweep the dust of her away and reduce her to a naked rock.	4 Széthányják Tírusz falait és lerombolják tornyait; még törmelékét is elsöpröm róla, és kopár sziklává teszem.
5 She will be a drying-ground out to sea for fishing-nets. For I have spoken- declares Lord Yahweh. Shewil be the prey of the nations.	5 Hálószárító hellyé lesz a tenger közepette, mert én szóltam – mondja az Úr Isten –, s a nemzetek zsákmányává lesz.
6 As for her daughters on the mainland, these will be put to the sword, and they wil know that I amYahweh."	6 Leányait is, akik a szárazföldön vannak, karddal pusztítják majd el, és megtudják, hogy én vagyok az Úr!
7 'For the Lord Yahweh says this, "From the north, I shall bring Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, kingof kings, down on Tyre with horses, chariots, cavalry and an enormous army.	7 Mert így szól az Úr Isten: Íme, én Tírusz ellen vezetem Nebukadnezárt, Babilon királyát, észak felől – a királyok királyát – lovakkal, szekerekkel és lovasokkal, hadsereggel és nagyszámú hadinéppel.
8 He will put your daughters on the mainland to the sword. He wil build siege-works against you, cast upa siege-ramp against you, raise a screen against you;	8 Leányaidat, akik a szárazföldön vannak, karddal öli meg, téged pedig sánccal vesz körül; töltést hány körös-körül, és pajzsot emel ellened.
9 he wil pound your wal s with his battering-rams, and demolish your towers with his siege-engines.	9 Védőműveket és faltörő kosokat irányít falaid ellen, és tornyaidat ledönti hadigépeivel.
10 His horses are so many that their dust wil hide you. The noise of his horsemen and his chariot-wheels wil make your walls tremble as he enters your gates as though storming into a city through the breach.	10 Lovainak nagy száma miatt ellep téged azok pora; lovasainak, kerekeinek és szekereinek dübörgésétől megrendülnek falaid, amikor bevonul majd kapuidon, mint egy elpusztított város bejáratán.
11 With his horses' hoofs he wil trample through al your streets; he wil put your people to the sword,and throw your massive pil ars to the ground.	11 Lovainak patáival összetapossa minden utcádat; népedet kardélre hányja, és büszke oszlopaid a földre hullanak.
12 Your wealth wil be seized, your merchandise looted, your wal s rased, your luxurious housesshattered, your stones, your timbers, your very dust, thrown into the sea.	12 Elzsákmányolják kincseidet, elrabolják áruidat, lerontják falaidat, és nagyszerű házaidat feldúlják; köveidet, fáidat és törmelékedet a vízbe vetik.
13 I shal put an end to the sound of your songs; the sound of your harps wil not be heard again.	13 Akkor elhallgattatom a te sok énekedet, és citeráid zengése nem hangzik fel többé.
14 I shal reduce you to a naked rock, and make you into a drying-ground for fishing-nets, never to berebuilt; for I, Yahweh, have spoken -declares the Lord Yahweh."	14 Kopár sziklává teszlek; hálószárító hellyé leszel, és nem épülsz fel többé, mert én szóltam – mondja az Úr Isten! –
15 'The Lord Yahweh says this to Tyre, "Wil not the islands quake at the sound of your fall, while thewounded groan and the slaughter takes place inside you?	15 Így szól az Úr Isten Tíruszhoz: Vajon nem remegnek-e meg a szigetek összeomlásod robajától és haldoklóid hörgésétől, amikor legyilkolják majd őket körödben?
16 Al the princes of the sea wil leave their thrones, lay aside their cloaks, take off their embroideredrobes. Dressed in terror they will sit on the ground trembling incessantly, stunned at your fate.	16 Leszállnak trónjukról a tenger fejedelmei mindannyian; leteszik palástjukat, levetik tarka ruháikat és rémületbe öltöznek; a földre ülnek és megrendülve álmélkodnak hirtelen bukásodon.
17 "They wil raise the lament for you as fol ows: You are destroyed then, vanished from the seas,famous city, former sea-power, who with her citizens, used to spread terror al over the mainland!	17 Gyászénekbe kezdenek fölötted, és így szólnak hozzád: ‘Miként vesztél el, ó tenger lakója, te hírneves város, mely hatalmas voltál a tengeren lakóid miatt, akiktől mindenki remegett!
18 Now the islands are trembling on the day of your fal ; the islands of the sea are terrified by your end.	18 Csodálkoznak most a hajók rémületed napján, megremegnek a tenger szigetei, mert senki sem megy ki belőled!’
19 "For the Lord Yahweh says this: "When I make you a ruined city like other deserted cities, when Iraise the deep against you and the ocean covers you,	19 Mert így szól az Úr Isten: Amikor majd elpusztult várossá teszlek, mint azok a városok, amelyekben már nem laknak, és rád bocsátom a mélységet, elborítanak a nagy vizek:
20 when I fling you down with those who go down into the abyss, with the people of long ago, and putyou deep in the underworld, in the ruins of long ago with those who sink into oblivion, so that you can nevercome back or be restored to the land of the living,	20 letaszítlak téged azok közé, akik leszállnak a sírgödörbe a hajdankor népéhez, és a föld legmélyére helyezlek, mint az ősrégi romokat – azok közé, akik leszállnak a sírgödörbe, hogy ne lakjanak többé benned. Amikor dicsőséget adok az élők földjére,
21 I wil make you an object of terror; you wil not exist. People wil look for you but never find you again-- declares the Lord Yahweh!" '	21 semmivé teszlek, s te nem leszel többé; ha keresnek, nem találnak meg soha többé« – mondja az Úr Isten!
